¡En general, fue una buena experiencia! Sólo la cuestión era que no hay microondas en su habitación de hotel, así que cuando usted y su familia regresan de una cena agradable o sólo tienen restos en general tienes que ir al lobby principal donde hay sólo una microondas dentro de una cabina para todos en el hotel ¡Ahora aquí es mi verdadera pregunta....en el interior de ese gabinete...no microondas para ser claro... era un roca muerto....alertámos inmediatamente al personal y se ahogó como nosotros! El personal dijo que lo manejarán de buena fe la mañana siguiente mis niños estaban hambrientos volvieron a esa misma microonda y la roca estaba todavía allí ‼️‼️‼️

Hoteles muy limpios y limpios, y la ubicación es muy buena. El hotel está conectado al centro de exposición y al hotel Kayong, es una excelente opción para las personas que se reúnen. El restaurante en el hotel también tiene un nivel más alto. Más allá de las expectativas.

La ubicación del hotel es buena. El vestíbulo es precioso. Pero la vista de la habitación no es buena & # 128078; el hotel en el centro de Cleveland está realmente en la parte inferior. En comparación con otras casas, la recepción no es lo suficientemente generosa, incluso la botella de agua cuesta $ 4 por botella. Las instalaciones de las habitaciones son modernas.

Algunos decepcionados por el muy limitado sitio de restaurante mexicano comida y era bastante pobre en términos de porción y no tenía ningún sabor real.
La recepción prometió que sería posible volver al hotel esta tarde, pero lamentablemente no fue así y a pesar de sus solicitudes.
En el momento en que le dije que aún no se había hecho, ella acordó que esto no era lo suficientemente bueno como se había asegurado por la custodia de la casa se haría el día anterior.
Jen dijo que envió 30.000 puntos a mi cuenta Marriott para compensar nuestra decepción y que aparecerían dentro de 48 horas. Eso fue el 28 de abril, es ahora 14May y todavía nada.........
Lo que me esperaba es que un hotel de este tipo fuera mucho mejor. Westin usted ha dejado el grupo Marriott y nosotros. Tienes que cumplir tus promesas.

Buen lugar para visitantes a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, a 10 minutos a pie
La habitación es muy confortable, y la habitación es limpia y, cuando llegamos por tren desde NYC, es bueno saber que el escritorio frontal está abierto 24 horas al día.
Decepcionado que el desayuno no fue un buffet, sólo un servicio de la amo, pero esto fue una cuestión menor.

El aislamiento de sonido de la habitación es muy malo, el equipo alrededor está muy ausente
El complejo es muy grueso, el exterior es muy tranquilo, pero el hotel es grueso
Lo único bueno es el salón de desayuno, tranquilo y disfrutando de desayuno en la esquina, se puede ver los pinos y los pájaros
Y su piscina es muy buena, también puede verse afuera

JJupiterThis hotel is big one side is super 8 and the other side is the Baymont it's all connected into one big building so it's like a big maze that you have to walk through to get to your rooms or take the elevator I like that there are several different entrants and exits in this building so if you're not parked directly on one side and have to park say in the back you're able to go right out the back check in and check out process was fairly simple very polite for the couple of front desk people that we had dealt with the beds we're big and fairly comfortable so no complaints really in that aspect I like the extra space in our rooms and I really like the cabinetry so you can definitely put your luggage away or if you want to put your clothes in the drawers or closet so that way you don't have your stuff on your way it definitely gives you that option to do so. Each time I've stayed here our rooms came equipped with a mini fridge and microwave and a coffee maker even though we didn't use the coffee maker so I can't really give you a good review on that aspect only as per the fact that there was one located and ours had its own little coffee station type nook in the wall which was cute bathroom was spacious I don't believe the hair dryer worked in one of our rooms or was maybe not even there I'm not sure I can't remember the hotel was fairly clean for the most part I didn't have any issues with any of my rooms didn't see any noticeable damage all in all I'd say this hotel is definitely an 8 out of 10 didn't have a pool and if it did it was definitely not in order I don't think the workout room or anything like that was working either if they did have one so I was just a basic stay sleep and do what you got to do you are in a cul-de-sac so to speak almost like an industrial cul-de-sac but it's a hotel called a sex so you're right off the highway which is a plus and convenient down that called a sac road there are a couple restaurants or eateries nearby so even in walking distance however if you wanted something other than the handful of options that were down in the hotel cul-de-sac you could drive and wouldn't take you more than maybe 7:00 to 12 minutes tops to get to the closest Royal area to be able to go to any gas stations convenience stores or any other eateries so location was definitely a plus for this Hotel! I would recommend this hotel to anybody traveling maybe for business or just need a quick stay they don't have continental breakfast I believe what it's called as a complimentary breakfast where you just get two little choices of juice that tasted a little odd to me or watered down out of a machine I think they gave you like a banana and an orange or something in a fruit basket to choose from a bagel maybe some bread to toast or something or a pastry of some sort and there was two options of cereal I believe so nothing fancy nothing great breakfast really wasn't that fantastic I would recommend that the Baymont and the super 8 since they are joined together should really think about upgrading their breakfast to something a little bit better like the waffle maker you know maybe something hot I better selections and I could turn my review into at least a 9 out of 10 if not a 10 out of 10 because honestly having that breakfast makes the hotel sometimes and being a conjoined Hotel there should be no reason why they can't afford to throw in since they both share the same lobby slash diner area!

UUsuario invitadoWas a convenient location and check in was easy. However, there was difficulty with the room keys. I entered the room left my purse and one key in the room went out to my car for luggage - entered at the rear door using the key. However, the key failed to work for my room. Had to go to the desk and have a new set of keys made. This happened again the next day as well, however, that time the on call clerk said it frequently happens when using the rear door. If they know it happens why not fix it or warn the client in advance. This was very stressful.
The room itself was extremely disappointing. It was supposed to sleep 3 adults yet it contained only a queen size bed and a window ledge. No couch, roll away nothing. The sitting area was non existent. Your options were the bed, the window ledge or a straight back wood desk chair. Not at all comfortable. The television was smaller than my computer monitor definately not more than a 24”. Even though all advertisements stated a refrigerator in the room there was not one. Which meant I was unable to keep any cold drinks in my room. The breakfast was an even bigger joke - cold hard boiled eggs were available one day, cold cereal, very limited fruit if you were not there early there was none it was not refilled. Donuts were prepackaged and old. Was not anything available that was at all desirable. I knew there was not a pool or exercise room which I did not expect however, for 100 a night in Delphos, OH I expected more. I had a handicapped room as I have 2 artificial knees and occasionally have difficulity with low toliets and tubs. The room showed handicapped on the exterior door however, the toliet was low and there was not a shower but a tub you had to step into. I spent 3 nights and the only maid service I received was towel replacement - the bed was not made and I do not believe the vaccum was ran. One day I someone had left their pass key in my room along with a roll of wastepaper bags. I took it to the desk and told the clerk I thought #6 would be looking for their keys in the morning. Not a thank or any sense of concern. I entered the lobby at various times of the day and evening and I don't believe I EVER saw anyone sitting at the desk just a sign that read ring bell for service. They were not even in the office directly behind the desk. To say I was disappointed would be putting it mildly I can assure you I will not be returning to this facility or any other Microtel in the future. Stay away it is definetly worth an additional 20-30 to get an indoor pool, hot breakfast, king size bed, comfortable chair as well as an adjustable desk chair with a refrigerator and microwave in your room which you did not get here. Stay in Van Wert at the Comfort Inn or Holiday Inn express.

Me quedaría definitivamente aquí otra vez! No estoy seguro del nombre de las damas del escritorio delantera, pero ella era increíble!

UUsuario invitadoOur stay at The Lodge was nice. There were a few little things that I questioned, but that honestly is normal & did not really effect our stay. Everything in the lodge was clean & I do not know what wonderful smell they are pumping through the building... but walking into the lobby was wonderful!
The decor was nicely decked out in holiday cheer! The Christmas Trees were beautiful too. We booked a King Suite, as the pic on Trip.com showed a jacuzzi tub in the suite. This is not the case. In fact, The staff at the front desk said they have not had jacuzzi tubs in the rooms for over 8 years. That was a disappointment...
And King suites do not have a balcony, but Queen suites do have a balcony with sliding doors! They front desk did not offer to help with that misunderstanding, as offering a ”Fireplace room” (they said the jacuzzi rooms now had fireplaces after the removal of said tubs??... but no fireplace in my suite) or offering anything else... probably because I booked thru a third party(trip.com). It was definitely a spacious room, but a little overly ”roomy” with just a king bed, 2 nightstands,the entertainment/dresser, completely with a fridge in the cabinet, a very small ”dining table”, a glass coffee table & a pull out couch. The thermostat was set at a scorching 75 degrees, which I immediately turned down. At first, I figured it was just a fluke, but the power did go out one evening & sure enough, when the power was restored the thermostat reset to 75 again! We dined at the bar on a few occasions, which was nice & staffed ok, not the latest hours for a bar. The food is good & of course a little pricey. I'm sure there is a lot more to do during the nicer seasons... the answer for everything it seemed was ”it is the off season”.
Overall, it was a nice place to stay in wine country & probably will return next year.

UUsuario invitadoViajando por una muerte en la familia, a nuestra llegada, que fue un poco más allá del check 3:00PM en nosotros se nos informó que estaban cortos en el mantenimiento de la casa y no estaba disponible una habitación y si estaba bien con una habitación con discapacidad, No tenía problemas porque estoy deficiente. No hay biggie, fuimos a cenar. El problema era que no recibimos una llamada telefónica hasta después de 6PM, 3 horas después de que podíamos inspeccionar y nuestra habitación era una habitación estándar, claramente no para ayudar a las personas con discapacidad. Si hubiese sido un servicio de vistas esa noche, sería un problema importante porque tuvimos que poner nuestros bienes en otro cuarto de familiares. Cuando finalmente llegamos a nuestra habitación, había como 2 piezas de papel higiénico en el rodillo sin rodillos adicionales disponibles. La última noche, me despertó un alarma que me despertó de otra habitación antes de que yo tenía mi propio alarma. No estaba a punto de ir y tratar de localizar este misterioso alarma y de cerrarlo, pero el alarma se extendió bien durante 15 a 20 minutos.
El personal que estaba en la vista fue muy amable y útil para su mejor capacidad, considerando su falta de personas para hacer los trabajos necesarios y me encantó que estaba aparcando para los veteranos. Si viajaba con mi esposa y mis hijos, optaría por un hotel diferente, pero ver cómo era este el lugar donde mi familia decidió que todos nosotros ibamos para que podamos estar juntos en nuestro tiempo de tristeza, es lo que es. No voy a mirar a esta cadena de hoteles para planes de viaje futuros.

GGregHGran estancia en general. Reservado para un aniversario de vacaciones en casa. El bar de la azotea estuvo cerrado por el resto de la temporada, lo cual fue decepcionante teniendo en cuenta que fue la razón principal por la que elegimos este hotel. Curiosamente, la presión de la ducha era francamente dolorosa. Sin embargo, el servicio y el personal fueron excelentes y amables.
