TTess BBOn the day of checking-in, we found hair and stain marks (mud?) on the bed covering on both beds, however after showing the receptionist the photos, they took it seriously and reacted fast. The room got cleaned while we were out. They provided us with the complimentary breakfast for two as a courtesy compensation. With their positive attitude and efficient responses and reactions, we were happy to think that it was just an accident.
There must be some sort of car racing going on in New Plymouth on the day of our second-day stay. As we were waken up early in the morning, before 7am, by lots and lots of noises coming from the running of car engines that was so close to us. As we opened up the curtains to see what was going on, we then shockingly saw many racing cars were just lining right in front of the hotel main entrance, getting some sort of registration or something as you can see there was a table and some staff there doing something. Therefore, racing cars kept coming in more and more, and the annoying noises were constantly heard from the engine and people’s talkings over and over until around 7:30am. Honestly, we were quite unhappy about that! Visitors coming to stay at a hotel hoping to have some good rest, not expecting to be waken up early in the morning in that way. If they have arranged this type of event, they should have let all other guests know of this in advance when the booking was made to ensure that they are prepared or willing to take it. Therefore, with this thing happening that morning, I am not sure if I would want to go back to this place or not. Sorry to say that but I didn’t feel well after being waken up that early with constant noises and didn’t feel any respect in the situation.
Hopefully to see some improvements there.

Yo sabía que este momento ....””I WANT SLEP IN THIS HEAT TOnight ..hot flush n entonces el apartamento fue realmente 🔥 HOT ...The temperament yyer fue tan alto como 30°c ...I have pictures as evidence .. en la página de la comunidad de Facebook sobre el tiempo de anoche o ayer..

Tenía que enviar un correo electrónico .TRIP.COM..
25MINS ... WIFI tras girar ...
TERCERO ... FLORENCIA EN TODOS LADOS ...
Nos retiramos de las camas .. N dormimos en el piso..
Porque en la cama.. las fleas estaban mordiendo n traje hojas de casa .. que siempre hago cuando voy a cualquier hotel ..
N lo utilizó para difundirlo encima sólo para ponerlo abajo ...
Muy bien aparte de todos estos .. todo lo demás estaba bien ...
Pero sí .. Nunca reservaría ACCOMODATION sin aircon ...I cannot imagine .. how is it possible 🤔 esp in an area such as taranaki ...with so much heat ...n NO AIRCON ... THAS ALL ..

AazizRMExcelente edificio, que nos llevaba más de 10 minutos para cubrir todas las áreas, como recepción, restaurante, jardín y relajación y sección fácil.
El personal del frente de escritorio fue amable y útil.
El único menos iba a nuestro cuarto en el primer piso utilizando las escaleras.

UUsuario invitadoSignage made property easy to find. Property immaculately presented inside and out. Checkin very easy, well dressed host pleasure to deal with. Room was spotless and provided everything travellers would require. VERY tiny,teeny weeny thing- no instructions on how to use the TV! If you dont have Sky at home, and given 2 remotes , very confusing. I strongly believe that host would have solved this issue if I had asked and if I hadnt been so tired, I would have asked him. But this in NO way would stop me returning or recommending this motel to fellow travellers. 5 out of 5 rating.

YYuanTThe unit Is clean though a bit dated. Good bedrooms size with fairly comfortable beds. Dining area is a bit tight with a tiny round table and 2 chairs, so a family of 4 can sit at the table together. Bathroom is dated, air ventilation is quite poor, a refresh to the bathroom would be great. Carpark is an issue, limited space so we don’t drive out during evening time as we are worried not to get a park when we return.

UUsuario anónimoRoom rates are reasonable. Location is quite central so everything is within walking distance . The place is well maintained with free parking on site. Room was super clean and neat. Was happy to find the kitchenette well equipped too. The site manager was also very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this place, it’s worth the penny if you are looking for a comfortable accommodation on a budget!🤗

As I mentioned at reception the room service staff replaced towels that were hung up and which I was happy to use again (contrary to what it said on the card in the bathroom and is now standard practice in most hotels). That was an extra 4 towels to the laundry over 5 days for one room - this all adds up - I am just thinking of the planet and also the autolodge laundry bills!

UUsuario invitadoThe room was older but very clean, the wall was cracked, the carpet stained and the toilet not bolted to the floor. None of things made the stay any less funtional and the service standard and facilities were excellent. It was excellent for our family and we would stay again.
