Newly added a water refill faucet, its an excellent and a welcome upgrade! Previously only provided limited water bottle, which most of the time not enough, now drinking water here would not be a problem anymore!
The normal faucet now work better than my previous stay too, either they took the opportunity to do all the repair/upgrade or i was lucky to get a good condition room.

Had a great & relaxing times at Lexis Hibiscus. Private pool and the room are the highlight of our stay. We took the package included buffet breakfast, while the breakfast choices are Vegeterian friendly too.

Well the resort was located strategically in front of the beach and many nearby eateries. Room was clean and newly renovated but bathroom start to get some mold. More attention need to be taken care off. Especially some of the rooms lights are out of order. Front desk staff are friendly but lack of rooms information. Please keep up with the good work. Breakfast staff were are also friendly but was not seen attending the buffet spread promptly. were hiding in the kitchen most of the time. Staff not to be blamed but top management ways of manage. Hope management will trained their staff and take care of their well being. Summary, great place for affordable price.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were impressed by its beautiful surroundings and clean facilities. The 3-bedroom family suite was spacious and comfortable, and the kids loved the swimming pool and kids club. The hotel's private beach is a lovely feature, although the water and sand quality were not the best. The hotel is accessible to the Cape Rachado light house and you need a 10-15 min hike to reach the light house.
While the hotel has its charms, it's clear that some facilities are showing their age and could benefit from an upgrade, particularly the lifts. Some design elements, such as the staircase in the master room toilet, raised safety concerns. We also experienced issues with the master room bed's lighting, which flickered throughout the night.
Parking was a challenge, with limited spaces available in the basement car park and roadside parking outside the hotel often being the only option. The hotel's popularity with hikers and event attendees added to the crowds, making breakfast time particularly chaotic.
Despite these drawbacks, the hotel has a lot to offer, especially for families. With some TLC, it could be a truly fantastic destination.

Location wise is depending on where you want to visit. If you wish to visit Pasar Besar Seremban (old Town), it will cost RM 9-11 by Online taxi. The receptionist both male and female are not customer-oriented. They should have Hospitality training especially the young male receptionist, no greetings, no smile.The air con is not cold enough in our room but in general, this hotel is OK for short stay, room is clean and easy to find eating places also near by with convenient store.

Afortunadamente no perdona ningún bien caro, pero imagine lo que otras personas pueden hacer, ya que el hotel está por encima de una tienda de compras con lleno, donde la entrada o el ascensor al hotel no tiene acceso restringido para el público, las personas pueden entrar y esconderse dentro, o crear una cámara oculta, o cualquier comportamiento inimaginable.
La primera queja al contrapartida del lobby el día siguiente, el personal se disculpó y presentó un informe.
Regresé a esa noche para encontrar el servicio de habitaciones ese día no es normal en comparación con los 3 días anteriores. No se recogieron botellas de agua de plástico, 3-in-1 no se llenaron café y té, se rompen nuevas botellas de agua de plástico que apenas pueden resistir por sí solas. Después de terminar bebiendo 2 botellas sólo se realizó cuando abri las tapas, no se siente como se atañe al anillo de sellado, se podría reciclar botella con agua de tapón en ella, o simplemente mi imaginación.
El personal de servicio de habitaciones es una retribución o simplemente un servicio no estándar.

El personal de recepción fue amable. El personal de conserjería fue muy servicial. El conductor del buggy fue amable. La habitación está en buenas condiciones. Podrían haber comprado más rollos de papel higiénico. La capacidad máxima para este tipo de habitación es de 4 personas, pero solo se proporcionan 2 toallas de baño. Es necesario solicitarlas al personal de limpieza. El desayuno buffet es excelente, delicioso y variado.

It's a nice hotel. The room is clean and very simple, but it is a bit on the small side. The room is not soundproof, but i don't mind. You can hear little noises coming from the outside every now and then. A great place to shower and sleep for a night after a long drive. Easy parking. We booked the family superior room.

It is located in Teluk Kemang area where along the stretch are plenty other choices of accomodation. I chose Thistle however for its name and reputation for being there quite sometime already. No worries for food hunting as you find endless options of restaurants on each side of the road. The town is about 12km away, where I visited Waterfront PD, a newly built area centred for night-life. Here you can find a lot of the famous cafe outlets like Mykori, Kenangan Coffee, Inside Scoop (to open), and my favorite being Zus. Love the setup Zus does here.. feels like somewhere in Aussie as the outlet is right next to the sea.
Arrival:
Upon arrival, the bellboy was helpful and friendly. Smooth check-in process. But, unlike stated by Trip.com, there isnt a need for deposits. Instead, I was charged what is called as ”Lestari Fee”, something newly introduced by the government. Per night is RM 4 I suppose, as I paid RM 8 for 2 nights-stay.
The lobby area was okay, tho I expect a lot more grandeur charm.
Room:
Spacious room, I got the King Bed, Garden View located on level 5. Overall there are 6 floors and as this is off season, not even a quarter of the rooms were occupied. Room as in pictures you can find on the net. Quite disappointed with the bathroom. Old and deserve for a makeover. Nevertheless the shower is fantastic and happy that the shower floor is even and doesnt flood. There is a bidet to my satisfactiom by the toilet bowl. Toiletries are provided but very basic, by the hotel itself.
Facilities:
Up to its 'resort' name, you have a huge pool, 2 or 3 types of kids slides and an infinity pool overlooking the sea. The depth of the pool starts at 1.5m up to 2.0m which was great. The cave deco that runs as if a waterfall looks old and in need of a proper cleaning. Lifeguard is always on duty. You may rent a few types of equipments to play in the pool.
There is also a tennis court. For now, the rental of the tennis racket isnt charged but requires a deposit. There is a mini area of arcade (open space) where the table tennis is also located at. You can also rent PS5 to play in your room.
The sea stretches into the Malacca straits, you see quite a number of big cargo, ships travelling. You can also rent a fishing rod (comes with bait) from the hotel!
Activities wise I rate as fantastic!
Food:
I took room with breakfast and I think it commensurates with the price. I'd say food quality is basic and of 3-stars hotel tier. Due to crowd on the first morning I even got a burnt omelette hahaha. The omelette was a lot better on the 2nd day.
Sad i didnt manage to try out Chinoise, where I was aiming for its 'seafood yee mee'. Perhaps I'll come again?

Check-out was smooth and as this is off-season, I got to late check-out.
Please support this hotel so it can live up to its name again! I love my stay 😍

- spic n span clean hotel with beautiful surroundings
- quite isolated yet not that far from the busy PD town
- choices of rooms: rooms with sea-view or lush greeneries; ours was one overlooking the palm oil plantation, which was really calming & breathtaking.
- the splash park is superb! and in fact its main attraction i think. the pool is kids-friendly- about 0.5m deep with a battleship platform that serves as a water-park- we adults enjoyed it too!
- we didnt have breakfast during our stay there, but we enjoyed dinner which was scrumptious! esp the fried kueyteow n pizza.
downside:
1. i guess because it’s a newly opened hotel (few months young),
- room delivery service for food was not available
- room aircond remote control was not available upon checkin; need to be requested and they’ll send to ur room- almost immediately
- iron & ironing-board not available in the room or floor- they are shared, thus they need to be booked and waited for turn before being sent to your room. we had to request many times on day 2&3 of our stay n we finally got them on day3. each time we asked, we had to wait for ＞half hr before we gave up as we needed to move on to our next plan
- lifts availability esp during checkout..hmmmm
2. safety aspects
- i tripped over its bedpost which is a hard & rather thin metal piece n broke one of my toe bones; i suggest to remove the bedposts/ change to beds without posts.
- later in the day at the splash park someone else tripped n injured her head. also, 2 slides are meant for persons ＜45kg, but adults of all sizes (obviously easily ＞60kg) were using the slides as well. only one staff actively looking after everyone’s flow at the pool. i suggest more staffs & bigger signboards at the pool; may also fine those who are non-compliant to pool rules.
- we stayed at the 14th floor n were surprised that the big windows could actually be opened! (although limited at certain small angle) no grill whatsoever. suggestion: some adjustment- either make the openable part small n high, or just locked the windows.
altho the hotel is new, i feel that safety measures are of utmost importance n shud not be overlooked. nevertheless all in all we had a pleasant stay n will definitely recommend the hotel to others. looking fwd to come again in a few months/ years time, hopefully when the safety & amenities are better established.

NNurulmukhtarrI recently stayed at a 3-bedroom apartment and was genuinely impressed by how spacious and comfortable it was — perfect for families or groups seeking both space and privacy. One of the best parts is its prime location, just a short walking distance to the beach, which made morning strolls and evening sunsets effortlessly enjoyable.
The hotel also offers excellent recreational facilities, including pools with fun water slides that my kids absolutely loved. Another plus point is the abundance of eateries right outside the hotel, offering a wide variety of local and international food options.
However, one area that could be improved is the lighting in the apartment. The lights were quite dim at night, especially in the hall. A single white fluorescent light would make a big difference and enhance the comfort of the space.
Overall, it’s a great place to stay — convenient, family-friendly, and ideally located. I’d definitely return, especially if the lighting issue is addressed.

ZZaheerZainalOverall, our stay was fine. The hotel’s location is great — close to the mall and not too far from KL. The staff were very friendly, which we appreciated. However, the room amenities and cleanliness could be improved. The facilities felt a bit old, and the hallway to the room had an unpleasant smell. On the positive side, the swimming pool was very spacious, and my child absolutely enjoyed spending time playing there.

UUsuario anónimoA retreat into nature less than 1.5hrs from KL. Start with a serene drive leading to Pantai then turn left to the narrow road deep into the forest where all the villas are located. Kairos Villa is the only one with the paranormal view over the beautiful forest. My 1st feeling is like I am returning home. Beautiful home built with the generous use of local and Brazilan wood, 2 floors of wraparound terrace where we hung out most of the time to relax, detox from the e-world, catch the morning dew and sunset views in crisp air with a gentle flow of breeze. As this was an ex bird nests structure / the ventilation of the whole house is superb.
An accessibility room at the ground floor with shared indoor and outdoor kitchen, outside BBQ area. Here you have access to the organic garden. 1st floor there are 3 rooms with its own en suite bathroom, private balcony. At the landing a common seating area comfortably furnished. 2nd floor is the repeat of the same. The designer looking chairs esp just invite you to sink in to read a book. Seating area is so welcoming - rich wooden floor that is smooth and shiny, wood panel walls with eccentric paintings and photos.
Impressed that the whole house is so clean - I was walking about bare footed and no dirt not even at the balcony. About the only villa that welcome dogs. Local breakfast is served; unlimited tea, coffee and fresh spring water in the kitchen.
Rooms: Our room named Peace is sufficiently furnished with both fan, air conditioning, private balcony facing a green hill, 2 bottles of fresh spring water. The bathroom is basic with toilet and shower.
Food and drinks: Local Malaysian breakfast is provided. Plan to bring your own lunch and dinner. There is a double door fridge, oven, microwave, air fryer, gas stove with all utensils for cooking and dinning. Bonus is the garden has four angle beans, chili paid, pandan leave. The host let us use their extensive sauces and seasonings.

RroadtripperLa entrada era suave. Aunque solicitaron depósitos en efectivo, que no sabía. Al final, debí haber preparado algunos depósitos. Pero he estado sin efectivo durante mucho tiempo. La recepción nos permitió inspeccionar, a pesar de depósito cero.
Los niños disfrutaron de la piscina durante toda nuestra estancia.
La primera noche era asustada, aunque debido a la tormenta senyar. No podíamos dormir. Los grandes árboles, el largo post de lámpara estaban desapareciendo. Nuestras flotas volaban por la piscina. El día siguiente vimos la destrucción causada por la tormenta y nos aliviaron, todos estaban bien.
La piscina necesitaba reparaciones. La cubierta metálica del filtro se desapareció. La cama de piscina era aguda. Los niños tenían unos pocos cortes en sus pies. La zona de ducha junto a la piscina también necesitaba una buena lavada.
Preferiría que existiera un ferrocarril para que sequemos nuestros trajes de nacimiento.

UUsuario invitadoRecientemente me quedé en Avilion Admiral Cove y me gustaría compartir mi experiencia como un feedback constructivo para la mejora del hotel.
1. El personal del escritorio frontal no estaba bienvenido durante la entrada, lo que creó una pobre primera impresión.
2. No había conexión Wi-Fi disponible en mi habitación, y me informó que todo el edificio estaba enfrentándose a problemas con conexión Wi-Fi.
3. Al entrar, descubrí que el gel de ducha estaba casi vacío, que debería haber sido subido antes de que llegaran nuevos huéspedes.
4. El bidet de agua se rompió y el bañón se cerró.
5. Desafortunadamente, la receptora que respondió a mi llamada fue muy ruda. Ella terminó la llamada de repente mientras yo estaba explicando el asunto, sin cortesía, sin “gracias”, y sin cerrar adecuadamente. Esto es inaceptable para el servicio al cliente y dejó una muy mala impresión.
Espero que la gestión tome estos puntos en serio, ya que la experiencia del cliente puede mejorarse considerablemente con una mejor formación del personal, la preparación de los locales y el mantenimiento de las instalaciones.
