Este es un hotel Airbnb de reciente apertura en Malaca. La propiedad es limpia, moderna y está bien mantenida. En general, la estancia fue cómoda y satisfactoria, con instalaciones bien equipadas y un ambiente agradable. Su ubicación es conveniente, lo que lo convierte en una excelente opción para los visitantes. Sin duda, consideraría alojarme aquí de nuevo en mi próxima visita a Malaca.

Check-in remoto. Indican la hora de llegada por WhatsApp y envían instrucciones sobre dónde recoger la llave. Todo es sencillo. Me cambiaron de habitación (había otras reservas) y me cambiaron de categoría gratis. ¡Muchas gracias! La habitación no es la más nueva, pero está limpia y es acogedora. Hay un salón (microondas, hervidor de agua, tazas), un dormitorio con cama doble y un baño con ducha y bañera. La cama es muy cómoda y la ropa de cama es de buena calidad. La ducha/bañera tiene buena presión de agua, pero cuidado, el agua puede estar muy caliente. Al hacer el check-in, dos botellas de agua y té/café. Salida a un balcón grande. Es cierto que las puertas se atascan un poco. Vistas a la ciudad. Mesa y silla cómodas para trabajar, internet normal. La habitación es tranquila. Hay alfombra en el pasillo. Enfrente hay supermercados y cafeterías. A 15 minutos de la Plaza Roja, a un ritmo tranquilo. Hay piscina en la azotea, tumbonas, mesas y sillas. Hay sauna. No hay gente.

Overall, the front desk team was friendly and approachable. My wife had requested birthday surprise decorations, and although they were only arranged after we checked in, it was still acceptable as we could see that the team put in genuine effort to fulfil the request. The room condition was generally acceptable, but toilet cleanliness needs significant improvement for a Parkroyal brand. The basin was not properly cleaned, and the tabletop still had dirty stains that appeared to have been left by the previous guest. This was rather disappointing and something the housekeeping team should pay more attention to. I also believe the hotel should consider engaging professional pest control services. My wife’s back was bitten by what appeared to be insects, possibly from the bed. Fortunately, it did not appear to be bed bugs, but this was still a concerning experience. I hope the hotel can conduct a thorough inspection of the beds and room to ensure proper hygiene and guest comfort. Breakfast was decent, with a reasonable selection, although there is still room for improvement in terms of variety and the overall dining experience. Overall, the friendly and approachable staff left a good impression, and we appreciate the effort made to fulfil the birthday decoration request. However, room cleanliness, housekeeping standards and pest control need more attention to meet the expectations of a hotel under the Parkroyal brand.

I had a very pleasant stay at Birkin International Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the facilities were good. The two king-size beds were especially convenient for my family. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was very satisfying. The location was also convenient, and I really appreciated the breakfast provided. Everything was well organised and made our stay comfortable. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay and would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended!

Reservamos las habitaciones entre 4 y 6 días antes. Solo había habitaciones de lujo disponibles. Solicité dos almohadas adicionales con antelación. Al llegar, me recordaron que había almohadas adicionales. El personal del mostrador dijo que había cuatro almohadas en cada habitación. Repetí mi pedido, pero el personal insistió en que había cuatro almohadas en el interior. Mi comentario sobre esta situación es que el personal debe intentar adaptarse. Indique si se debe pagar por pedir almohadas adicionales o no. A veces, ciertas solicitudes pueden deberse a problemas médicos. El hotel ya no está bajo la administración de Hatten, lo que es un poco molesto para los visitantes que no pueden acceder a ciertas vías de comunicación. Gracias al personal de servicio de entrada del hotel Hatten, pudimos llevarnos hasta la entrada del hotel Estadia. El hotel Estadia definitivamente ha envejecido. El menú del desayuno es estándar. Nada fantástico. Lo que es digno de elogio es el esfuerzo por decorar sus interiores. Las habitaciones de lujo son muy pequeñas para nosotros. Cuando estás durmiendo, puedes escuchar a la gente hablando desde los pasillos. Se puede escuchar a las camareras charlando muy alto mientras limpian y se ríen. No descansamos bien en las habitaciones. El guardia de seguridad de turno a media tarde es muy atento y servicial. Muy recomendable. En general, no recomendaría reservar la habitación de lujo si te vas a quedar mucho tiempo. Para una estadía más cómoda, reserva habitaciones mejores o reserva en el Hatten Hotel.

It’s a super nice vacation home, just like staying in Bali itself. Lots of eateries around the location. We love it so much!

Really enjoyed my stay at Hatten Hotel Melaka! From the moment I walked through the front door, everyone was so attentive and welcoming. The bellman, front desk staff, housekeeping crew, literally everyone I interacted with was super nice, helpful and professional. The breakfast was also really good. so many choices and everything I tried was delicious! The room was spacious and super comfortable too. Honestly, very selesa throughout my stay. I couldn’t ask for more. Excellent service from start to finish and the staff really made the whole experience even better. KUDOS to the whole team ＜3

El hotel es grande, limpio y bien mantenido. Puedes caminar fácilmente desde el hotel hasta el centro turístico. O coger un coche barato. La piscina es grande y bonita y buena para relajarse o tomar el sol. La habitación es grande y tiene mucho espacio. La cama era grande y muy cómoda. El baño también era enorme. ¡Tenía una ducha separada y un jacuzzi! Muuuy agradable para desestresarse en el jacuzzi. ¡Tenía un refrigerador que funcionaba estupendamente y que realmente mantenía los alimentos fríos! ¡Las toallas eran bonitas y realmente suaves! El agua estaba caliente con mucha presión. ¡Vale la pena!
