Great Family Stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the toilet was spacious and convenient. The swimming pool was big, and the kids really enjoyed spending time there. The kids’ room was also comfortable and had plenty of fun activities for children to enjoy. There were also various kids’ activities available throughout the stay. My kids especially loved the stamp collection activity, where they could collect stamps and redeem an ice cream once they completed the full stamp card! 🍦 The breakfast had a wide variety of choices, and there was something for everyone in the family. Overall, we had a great family holiday and the kids definitely enjoyed their stay. Highly recommended for families with children!

El hotel está situado en el nuevo distrito de negocios de Malaca. Está muy limpio. El restaurante y el vestíbulo son muy nuevos. Nos registramos casi a la 1:30, lo cual es una buena reseña. Grab es muy conveniente. Cuesta alrededor de 15 MYR en la estación central, 10 MYR para Jonker Street y Straits Mosque. Hay un bar y una piscina en la azotea, lo cual es genial. Hay un supermercado 711 a 100 metros y más adelante hay una deliciosa tienda de fideos con bolas de pescado. En resumen, cuesta más de 200 yuanes la noche e incluye desayuno. Es muy rentable y se recomienda quedarse.

I really loved staying here! The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. 👍🏻 I forgot to request room decorations for our anniversary in advance, but fortunately, the staff were kind enough to accommodate my request. They surprised us with simple decorations and a complimentary cake, which made our special day even happier and more memorable. 🥰🎂 A special shout-out to Ms Ima, Ms Izza, Ms Aisha & Ms Betty for your great service. 👏🏼👏🏼 Your kindness truly means a lot to us. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We also loved the view! We were lucky enough to enjoy views of the town, the sea, and the surrounding Klebang area. 🌊✨ Lastly, I really loved the breafast options & taste, it was variety and good quality of food 😍 I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to others. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay. ❤️

It was a pleasure staying at the Imperial Heritage Hotel again. I've been here several times before, the location is convenient and it's easy to explore the surrounding area. Good views from the 15th floor and the view perfectly matched my expectations. Thank you 👍

The location is strategic if you would like to go for medical at Mahkota, it was super close but quite far away from the main area like Jonker street. The hotel has a great potential if they really take care of the condition of the room. Our room was dusty even though I have put a note for a dust free room, AC was loud at night even though we have turned it off, water heater a bit off not proper, we are not able to take any pictures but it was room 647. I believe the management can review back and take care of this seriously.

It’s a super nice vacation home, just like staying in Bali itself. Lots of eateries around the location. We love it so much!

La habitación es espaciosa. La limpieza es buena, sólo que es un antiguo hotel. La cubierta de la cubierta necesita un reemplazo. El acoplamiento de la cubierta está desaparecido. Añada demasiado grande el espuma de agua en todas partes. La cabeza de ducha necesita un reemplazo, esparciendo cuando se gira de los lados. La cabeza de ducha superior requiere un reemplazo o al menos un estrecho. Room1837. Aircon es bueno. Pero no hay que quejarse de ello. La cama es cómoda. Las hojas de cama tienen algunas pinturas menores. Nada aburrido. Hay una cosa que tomar nota. Solicitar vista de la ciudad en lugar de vista del mar. El vidrio exterior no es limpio, lleno de pinturas. Podría ser debido al lugar de la renovación junto al hotel. Si quieres descansar durante el día. Evite la vista del mar. El nivel de ruido de la construcción es demasiado alto para descansar adecuadamente.

El hotel es grande, limpio y bien mantenido. Puedes caminar fácilmente desde el hotel hasta el centro turístico. O coger un coche barato. La piscina es grande y bonita y buena para relajarse o tomar el sol. La habitación es grande y tiene mucho espacio. La cama era grande y muy cómoda. El baño también era enorme. ¡Tenía una ducha separada y un jacuzzi! Muuuy agradable para desestresarse en el jacuzzi. ¡Tenía un refrigerador que funcionaba estupendamente y que realmente mantenía los alimentos fríos! ¡Las toallas eran bonitas y realmente suaves! El agua estaba caliente con mucha presión. ¡Vale la pena!
