The hotel has large, clean rooms, but the toilet design is not suitable. When showering, water spills onto the bathroom floor. The storage shelf above the toilet is inconvenient. The glassware and cups are not very clean. On the positive side, the manager speaks Vietnamese fluently and can communicate well in English, Chinese, and Lao. The hotel is 700 meters from the night streets, making it convenient for travel. However, the provided drinking water has a very small volume. I think the hotel only needs to refine some design and cleanliness aspects to be worthy of a 5-star rating. This review does not mean the hotel is bad—in general, for someone easygoing like me, it's okay. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the breakfast is clean and delicious.

Me alojé dos días seguidos. El primer día, me alojé en una habitación estándar. El segundo, me cambiaron a una habitación privada para mujeres. Al principio, hubo un corte de luz en la habitación. El personal lo solucionó con rapidez y dejó a los huéspedes satisfechos. Puedes reservar actividades en recepción. El parapente tiene una excelente relación calidad-precio.

The hotel is a bit hard to find, as you have to walk through another building in order to reach the reception. At approx. 23 EUr the value is not so good. The disadvantages are: Faded hotel room The balconies are misrepresented, as they wrap around whole building and represent a security risk as the rooms could be entered this way. The looks are mediocre. No safe etc. Mediocre breakfast Like other hotels they have a pricelist for damages. The ceramic shampoo bottles seem to be a trap with 150.000 fine, they are very slippery and the surface makes it impossible to have a safe grip. Do not touch them. Who provides ceramic bottles in the shower?

奇妙的體驗！（以下摘抄來自我的朋友圈） 泳池集裝箱酒店很新奇！集裝箱？酒店？反正以我之前的認知是不能把這兩個詞結合在一起的，直到辦理入住我才發現人類的創造力真是無窮無盡，酒店設施齊全入住舒適是首要，夜晚燈光閃爍泳池中央的bar播放着鼓點音樂，旁邊的躺椅上早就躺滿了各個膚色的年輕人，最讓我興奮的是早起或者傍晚天氣好能看到熱氣球➕夕陽➕自然山水的美景！搭配上泳池彷彿真的印證了“萬榮是野外探索者的天堂”這個美麗的地方因為到訪者而年輕充滿朝氣，把我旅行的疲憊一掃而空，感慨一番果然還是得多跟年輕人玩以便於掃除我身上的頑固與懶惰[旺柴]

En comparación con hoteles de precio similar en China, las instalaciones del San San Resort son más antiguas y la limpieza es regular. Sin embargo, estamos en Laos, un país aún menos desarrollado que China, así que acepté la situación con gusto. Lo reservé por su entorno idílico y su patio espacioso y relajante, y no me decepcionó. Por suerte, el agua caliente y fría funcionaba perfectamente. No pasa nada. Quienes busquen un hotel con estándares altos de limpieza y servicios deberían considerar esto cuidadosamente antes de reservar.

Excelente hotel con personal de servicio afable siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Muy limpio, bien decorado, bonito bar en la azotea para tomar el sol con una excelente vista de la ciudad (incluidos los globos aerostáticos). Al alcance de las principales arterias de transporte de la ciudad, restaurantes, tiendas de curiosidades, mercados y otros servicios relacionados con el turismo y el entretenimiento. Really nice place to stay a view days. The fact that it's not in the centre helps if you don't like it noisy. There's enough space to relax and also the swimming pool is great. Some rooms have a balcony the others enogh space right downstairs. The staff is nice and friendly and very helpful with all you need. They can also book you tours, transport and rent Scooters. Would be my hotel of choice in case of return.

La ubicación es buena, hay muchos cafés cerca y un mercado. Se puede cambiar dinero en recepción a buen precio. Como inconvenientes, no sacan la basura hasta que se lo pidas, al igual que el papel higiénico. También pedimos jabón.

Vivimos 3 noches, disfrutamos de la naturaleza, relajamos . El panorama fuera de la ventana es muy bueno.  Después de entrar en la habitación, puede que necesites arrancar el interruptor primero. Incluso si se abre el aire acondicionado, el aire acondicionado no funciona, así que cuando busque, hay un interruptor alrededor de la puerta.  El aire acondicionado huele un poco, así que cuando limpié el filtro, desapareció y se convirtió en frío. La cama es suficientemente grande y tiene agua y facilidades.
