Comfortable & quiet. Just a little out of the way. Check-in & check-out: Through multilingual self-service kiosk Transportation: 1-2 min walk from bus stop, but no train stations nearby. Room: As per pictures. Comfortable size for 2 pax with at most 2 carry-on luggage each. Pillows are fluffy & just the right firmness for me. Blanket thickness was just nice as well. Cleanliness: In general, it was clean. But it wasn't spotless in the nooks & crannies. Toilet: Strong water pressure for both hot & cold water. Had rain shower. Shampoo, conditioner, & body wash were citrus scented. Note: there's no bidet & small towels, which is typical in South Korea. Convenience: GS25 right at the corner & a Mega Mart within easy walking distance. Loads of Korean food restaurants nearby. Staff: Friendly and helpful but you will need a translator app as they can only converse in Korean. The older male receptionist greets me cheerfully every time he sees me, & tries his best to be hospitable despite the language barrier (i.e. Asking if I needed more towels, do I want my room cleaned, do I need more drinking water) Location: It's quite a distance from central Busan area & all the popular tourist attractions, so it's not ideal if you intend on spending most of your stay exploring these spots (due to long travel time) Note: I didn't realise the TV remote doubled as the aircon remote too, so I slept with just the fan on & window open for most of my stay. The room stayed comfortably cool & I did need the blanket throughout the night

Worst Check-In Experience Ever I recently stayed at this Stubborn hotel in Geoje Busan, and it was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Upon arrival, there was not a single staff member at the hotel — not even one. The property relies entirely on a self check-in machine, which unfortunately did not work with my Trip.com booking number. To make matters worse, there was no advance or welcome email with instructions, leaving me completely lost. After spending about 30 minutes searching for help, I finally managed to find a hotel hotline. When I called, the experience didn’t improve — the staff struggled to communicate in basic English, even counting numbers was unclear, which made the process even more frustrating. Finally getting into the room didn’t bring relief either. The bathroom design was shocking — the shower head was installed directly in the basin. Yes, in the sink. It felt completely impractical and honestly quite unsettling. Overall, this stay was stressful from start to finish. Lack of support, poor communication, and bizarre room design made it a very unpleasant experience. Definitely not recommended unless major improvements are made.

I planned to stay here for one night but stayed for 2. I loved the place and the owner is such a kind and interesting person. They have very beautiful cafe which feels like a botanical garden. Well, it might not be the warmest place in winter but as anywhere else in Korea. In general, I enjoyed the place it is clean and beautiful.

El hotel está muy bien, pero el hotel está muy bien, y se le pregunta dónde ir y luego se le ha llevado a entregar sin costo adicional. El baño también es muy grande, hay un baño, un cabine de desinfección limpio, dando más de 100 puntos, vale más que el precio, cerca de las atracciones turísticas, fácil de viajar.

시설이 오래돼서 싼가격에 만족하셔야 될듯합니다 성수기가 아니어서 그런지 주변에 먹는곳이 적어서 좀 아쉬웠습니다

가족여행 1박으로 다녀왔어요 아늑한 위치라 조용하고 고즈넉하네요 해질무렵 야외수영장 이용했는데 수건을 무료제공해주고 벤치도 여유있어 편히 즐겼어요 조금 더 크면 더욱 좋겠단 생각은 들었지만 숲과 석양을 함께 즐기기 좋았어요 저녁 바다 산책길도 운치있고 좋았어요 담엔 란딩 즐기러 꼭 오고싶네요

The hotel was a bit dated but very clean. They didn’t provide toothbrushes but you can purchase them in the lobby. The staff were kind and helpful. The gym was surprisingly very good for a hotel of this size!

This property has a theme park on site which makes it a typical choice for family with kids. The room is big but wear and tear is obvious, it is stripped of any usual toiletries and coffee/tea bags which are usually common for 4* properties. The only option is to purchase at the mart downstairs or have your meals at restaurants on site. The restaurants on site like many theme park hotels are overpriced. It makes one feel bad for families where its either cook or have to pay exorbitant prices. Maybe they should at least keep up to 4* property's room conveniences to justify its 4*. For breakfast it is possible to grab some bread from the hotel's Italian lounge or Starbucks, they are at about the same price point.

가족과 함께 방문하였는데 굉장히 만족하였습니다! 3인이라 호텔이나 리조트 잡을때 항상 애매했는데, 이 가격대에 이 정도의 큰 룸은 처음이었습니다. 오션뷰도 너무 좋았고, 전반적으로 깨끗했습니다. 하나 아쉬운건 화장실에 약간 피? 같은 얼룩이 조금 있어서 그 부분만 살짝 아쉬웠고 방 크기나 침대나 지리적 위치도 너무 좋았습니다. 거제도에 다시 오게된다면 꼭 다시 오고 싶습니다!

We have stayed here multiple times since 2010, back when the property was managed as apartments by COENS. It remains excellent value for money, offering great amenities for families, including an indoor children’s play area, BBQ facilities, outdoor seating, and a pool. The main drawback is that the apartments are showing their age and would benefit from refurbishment to restore them to their former standard. In terms of location, it is about a 10-minute drive to Okpo or a 30-plus-minute walk. There are no restaurants in the immediate area, and the return walk involves a very steep hill. If you plan to head into town for dinner or drinks, it is best to drive or take a taxi.
