👍La ubicación es excelente, justo enfrente de la salida 1 de la estación de metro Miyagi-no-dori (salida sur). Está a 5 minutos a pie de la estación JR Sendai. Aunque se encuentra en una zona menos concurrida cerca de la estación Sendai, aparcar es relativamente fácil para quienes van en coche. 👍Las comodidades de la habitación son básicas pero suficientes. Excelente relación calidad-precio. 👍¡Aire acondicionado individual! Usar el secador de pelo y el hervidor eléctrico a la vez provocó un apagón. La recepción lo solucionó rápidamente, lo cual parece ser la práctica habitual. 👎🏻Sin embargo, había un ruido molesto, intermitente y frecuente (la habitación está en la planta 8, la última planta, lejos del ascensor). Parecía el sonido de un gran extractor de aire, ¿o una bomba de agua? Resultaba bastante molesto por la noche, cuando había mucho silencio.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the essentials provided. The facilities were impressive, especially the dining area and overall cleanliness throughout the property. Location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and access transportation. Breakfast offered a good variety and everything tasted fresh. Overall, the hotel delivered great value for money, and I truly enjoyed my time here. I would happily return and highly recommend it to others.

Location couldn't be better. Staff speaks just a little bit of English, but it's possible to find workarounds with translator or if you know just a little bit of Japanese. Considering the prices of the region, it was the best cost benefit that we could find. The Japanese bath is quite good, you would need to spend much more for a better hotel.

Everything is good and especially the equipment is very user-friendly! Also, the room size is big enough to open your luggage !

El hotel está situado justo fuera de la estación de tren (shinkansen salida occidental) y está conectado a las tiendas que están alrededor de las estaciones. El hotel está muy cómodo y el personal del hotel es muy amable.

We went to Sendai for last three years and we stayed at this hotel for at least three to five days. Nevertheless, no loyalty credit has been given. We booked a room at the last date we left Sendai (ie 2-3 Dec) and lastly we changed our mind to stay tat this hotel for two more days (ie 30 Nov to 2 Dec). When we asked if we could stay at the same room from 30 Nov to 3 Dec but not staying at the corner room, the hotel replied either we had to upgrade the room we booked for 30 Nov to 2 Dec by paying extra JPY4,000 or downgrade the room we booked on 2-3 Dec. 「No refund」was offered for any downgrading, thus we had no choice but paying extra JPY4,000. When entered into the room, we saw some rubbish on the floor, we went down to the reception immediately, in the lift, one of receptionists was with us, we intended to tell her about the cleanliness of the room but she didn’t make any response, seemed that it was none of her business. We showed the vedio regarding the rubbish to the receptionist and asked to change the room. He replied no available room for the change and no helper could help us to clean the room. At last, the receptionist came up and pick up the rubbish. No offer to clean up the room next day but sticking to the hotel’s rules to clean the room every three days. We were very unsatisfied with the hotel services and concerned about the cleanliness of the hotel.

La habitación del hotel está impecable. La cena y el desayuno son tipo buffet. La comida es bastante normal. La comida no impresiona. Si buscas buena comida japonesa en un hotel con onsen, este definitivamente no es una opción. El onsen público es espacioso y sin buenas vistas. Reservé un baño privado, pero era malo, pequeño y completamente interior, ¡sin vistas! No recomiendo pagar más por el baño privado. Perdí la llave de mi habitación dentro del hotel y me cobraron 10.000 yenes en efectivo. Creo que el precio por la pérdida de una llave es irrazonablemente alto. El personal del hotel no habla inglés. Es muy difícil comunicarse con ellos. Cuando me comunico con el personal en inglés, me responden en japonés y la mayoría de las veces no me ofrecen la ayuda adecuada. En general, no fue una estancia agradable. Por favor, considera otro hotel de la zona cuando veas esta reseña.

Would definitely stay here again after spending 4 nights here. Seems to be a new hotel in a good location in Sendai. It’s less than a ten minute walk from Sendai Station, it’s located even closer to the Subway, just 1 block from shopping arcade, and a few blocks from the Asaiichi market. Hotel room was very spacious for 3 including a 1 year old. Our room was on the 11th floor with a view of the next buildings rooftop. The lights are controlled with a touch screen. Wifi seemed to work well. Good luggage and jacket storage at the entry way. Lots of free amenities in the lobby and you can get 2 bottle of water per day. We did not have breakfast during our stay but the lounge is open from ~2pm to ~9pm and there’s a Starbucks coffee/latte machine. You may also purchase a glass of sake for ¥500 from a machine. The second floor has pay laundry machines, microwave, ice machine, and vending machines. Hotel staff was helpful. They can arrange your luggage to be sent to your next destination. I don’t think there is any added service charge. I had opted for no cleaning when booking to save a little but they still cleaned the room daily. My only complaint is when I asked for a new key because i lost one, the receptionist gave some attitude and said that I should look in my room for it after issuing another key.

The location of the hotel is convenient just walk along sky walk through AER building you will see the hotel.The room is bigger than the other hotel we stayed during this 13 day trip. We stayed here for 2 nights. The first day of our stay, 2 water bottles, set of green tea and coffee were provided in the room. Because we would like to save the environment so we agreed with the hotel not to change towel and bed sheet.The the second day nothing was provided only garbage picking. But my friend's room was different . Everything was provided because they didn't say anything. Even we didn't want to change bed sheet or towel but we still want to drink coffee or tea. So we were confused with the hotel service.Anyway we still recommended this hotel to anyone who come to Sendai.
