Es un buen lugar como hotel resort con onsen. Los onsens son realmente buenos. La comida es regular, pero ofrecen ramen y helados gratis por la noche como cena y refrigerio. La habitación es espaciosa, limpia y tranquila. Hay una bañera onsen privada en el balcón de nuestra habitación. Es muy agradable disfrutarla en la brisa primaveral. Será mejor si tienes tu propio auto para alojarte aquí. No hay muchas opciones de transporte público directo al hotel. Pero el personal del hotel también es útil para ayudarte a tomar un taxi a cualquier lugar pintoresco cercano. Los taxistas son todos muy amables. Aunque no hablan bien inglés, intentaron conducir despacio cuando pasamos por el hermoso parque de sakura y usaron un inglés simple para presentarnos algunos lugares pintorescos. La limusina del hotel nos proporcionó un viaje de ida cuando llegamos a la estación de Jingu y un viaje de ida cuando nos marchamos del hotel a Jingu de forma gratuita. ¡Me gusta su servicio y disfruto de una estadía genial aquí!

Este minshuku está situado bastante cerca del puerto de Miyanoura, los dueños son muy amables y tienen un baño público perfecto para después de un día de senderismo en Yakushima.

Richmond hotel was located opposite a big department store, with easy access to bus and trams. A combini is just opposite the hotel. They have a wider range of personal amenities to pick at the lobby. They have 3 machines to handle checkout, exchange currency (e.g. 1000¥ to 100¥ coins for laundry machines on 6th floor, or break 10,000¥ to smaller notes). The machines also accept your hotel parking charges. When it was raining, hotel provided full size umbrellas for use, without deposit or giving room numbers, which is very convenient. It has a car park with limited lots, so if you can secure one ,it will be very easy to unload and load your bags. Costs 2400¥ for 2 nights of parking. Main place for food is closer to Tenmonkan area, which is walkable.

Las habitaciones, de estilo tradicional japonés, están impecables y dan al río Miyanogama, cuyas aguas cristalinas dejan ver el lecho del río. El transporte es bastante cómodo, ya que es una ruta imprescindible hacia el desfiladero de Shiratani Unsuikyo. Además, hay una parada de autobús justo enfrente del hotel, una combinación perfecta. El personal es amable y sonriente; aunque algunos son mayores, son muy atentos con los huéspedes. El hotel cuenta con baños públicos y sauna. Si bien no son de una belleza deslumbrante, son suficientes para crear recuerdos inolvidables.

I really enjoyed my two-night stay at Samana Hotel Yakushima. The atmosphere during my visit was very peaceful, and the staff were consistently warm, professional, and attentive. The onsen was a real highlight, beautifully maintained and deeply relaxing, and the view from my room was absolutely spectacular. Although it was whale season while I was there, I did not manage to see any whales this time, but that simply gives me another reason to come back. If there is one small area for improvement, it would be the dining experience. While the food was perfectly fine, it felt rather ordinary compared with the overall quality and standard of the hotel. A more varied and distinctive selection, particularly at the buffet, would better match the hotel’s otherwise excellent experience. Overall, a truly lovely stay, and one I would happily recommend.

Siempre había querido quedarme aquí si venía a Yoron, así que estoy feliz de que mi deseo se haya hecho realidad. La habitación era espaciosa y cómoda. No me aburrí porque pude iniciar sesión y ver Netflix y Hulu. Fue un viaje relajante y agradable. Estoy muy satisfecho.

Nos alojamos aquí para celebrar nuestra recuperación de una enfermedad grave. Aunque llegamos temprano porque mi padre no se encontraba bien, nos permitieron entrar a la habitación antes y fueron muy amables y serviciales. Las bebidas y los dulces de bienvenida fueron un alivio. La comida también estaba bien preparada, con una presentación impecable y deliciosa. Sobre todo, la amabilidad y la cortesía del personal nos hicieron sentir muy bienvenidos. Si tuviera que ser quisquillosa, diría que debería haber habido una rampa en las escaleras del baño, y que el inodoro de nuestra habitación era un poco pequeño y difícil de usar. Todos pudimos relajarnos y nos fuimos sintiéndonos muy renovados. Muchas gracias.

This place seemed great at first sight, the room and the bathtub are spacious (mine was a double room and I was solo). There's blue light at the lift that creates an ambiance. But the onsen is really poorly organized - it's one pool with nowhere to rest your head and relax - the mist sauna was not available. And I felt very upset that they have welcome drinks on the 13 floor and nobody told me anything... I've learned because I was checking until what time the onsen was open at the paper they give at check in and saw the small info. When I went upstairs was already more than 6 ( it's only until 6) and the guy told me it was not available anymore and I should go downstairs. But I could see there were some other teas that were not downstairs... In fact I had one in my hand and he made me return it. I went downstairs to complain and the woman at reception went up and brought me one tea already prepared, because it needs a special machine... But I wanted to have one for me and not only one already prepared ..(i actually threw it away 🥺 after talking to that rude man I would not take a tea that he prepared and I didn't see) In general this was very unprofessional that information was not given, the man saying I could not take anything, and her taking a long time to return with a prepared tea that I didn't want at that moment. Breakfast was good, could have hot chocolate instead of coffee..
