El hotel está bien mantenido (aparte del gimnasio) con un personal muy amable y útil. Si buscas un hotel de piso, hay mejores opciones en un paseo de 20 minutos, ya que este hotel tiene una pequeña piscina. El gimnasio no se mantuvo muy bien con pesos en todas partes y el equipo podría haber sido mejor.

We had a very bad experience during check in. Despite explaining that we were very tired & hungry (as it's already almost 8 in the evening), and we just need to check in immediately & have dinner; the staff at the reception denied our confirmed & paid reservation at trip.com. The staff knew that we were very tired, and we even offered to guarantee reservation with our credit card (just so we get the room & can have dinner); but he insisted to keep us waiting until he can get the response from trip.com. After waiting for so long, he said that still no responses from trip.com and he just asked us to wait forever. I got really upset after a long argument with him; and i have to strongly argue with him to give us room & we paid with our credit card for a new reservation. WE NEED A ROOM! I showed him the amount I paid for the Seaview Room charged in USD. (I just realised the next day that he charged me the wrong amount instead of calculating it to USD amount with the correct convertion). So i was charged a wrong amount as I was too tired to check how much he charged me. After a long argument & waiting, he finally gave me the room key; and said sorry for the waiting. They said that they will upgrade the room as an apologies. Just when we were in the room, I found out that they DID NOT upgrade the room. That's exactly the room I booked at trip.com; just I had to pay again with my credit card with a much higher rate! I was to tired to argue with the staff, so I no longer care after calling them saying they didn't upgrade us! This staff didn't even try to change the room; after we said this is not an upgrade. We PAID for this room category at trip.com. Nobody apologies for these so many mistakes from the staffs or management. When we checked out, the manager asked me how was our stay? He was not even aware that WE HAD ISSUES that they denied our paid & confirmed booking! Trip.com finally settled this issue with the hotel, and the hotel returned our overpaid credit card charged. Trip.com apologies a few times, they made many efforts to call us a few times. But the hotel & the management acting as if nothing happened! Is this really how a 5 stars hotel service? Luxury what? They treated us like a homeless person begging for room! So UNACCEPTABLE! I have never experienced staying in a 5 stars hotel with such a BAD service like this! This is the worst in our history of travel! This place must keep their act together! Learn hospitality BETTER! Overall, we were very disappointed, & this place is far from Luxury Collection, it's a CHEAP collection!

Parado por una noche. Buen hotel de playa. Los turistas son pocos, probablemente debido a la proximidad de Israel. Su alcohol no puede transportarse, tienen en el hotel. Para comparación - una botella de vino brillante en el almacén costos 12-15 dinar, en el hotel - 60! El hotel está bien, es una gran opción.

كل شيء على مايرام ولكن واجهة مشكلة بعدم توفير المتطلبات مثلا تواصلت الصباح مع موظف الاستقبال وطلبت تنظيف الغرفة وتبديل الحذاء (تم التنظيف لكن لم يتم توفير الحذاء) في المساء طلبت توفير الحذاء واجاب الموظف ((حالا)) ولم يتم توفير طلبي

Nuestro estancia en el campamento Shaheen fue una experiencia increíble, aunque nos trasladaron al campamento Hasan Zawaideh debido a la baja temporada. Dado que los campamentos están juntos, y probablemente tienen los mismos propietarios, la transición fue sin fin, y nos congratulamos de la llegada. Absolutely loved the stay at Luxotel. From the moment you srrive till you leave, you’re taken care of by a pleasant group of staff. The rooms are clean and nice and words can’t express how unreal the place is. Secluded and you don’t get wifi in the room which keeps you away from the busy life. The food at the restaurant is amazing with a vast array of delectable foods. I thoroughly enjoy the stay. Also, please arrange the 4 hour tour for 70 JOD with the hotel. We had a sunset tour and it was by far the best thing I’ve done today. Loved the stay and the staff and so thankful for making the stay unreal.

We had a truly memorable stay. The room was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and the entire place was incredibly calm and peaceful — a perfect escape. From the moment we arrived, everything went smoothly. The driver was already waiting for us at the village parking, and the ride to the resort offered breathtaking views. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. Since we came during the low season, we were the only guests at the resort, and the personalized service made us feel truly special. The food was outstanding — cooked over fire, full of flavor, and served with care. The welcome dinner setup was charming, and every meal felt like it was made just for us. Yusif made us feel completely at home. He prepared a delicious omelet and even fresh orange juice, which was surprisingly refreshing. The traditional dessert was delightful — such a treat. It’s rare to feel so well cared for when you’re far from home, but here, it felt like home in the best way.
