EEvdokimoffThe room is comfortable, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioning works great, there is a safe in the room.Cons: the hotel does not live up to its stated star rating, if it is 4 stars, then it is very old and unloved by the owner: the cows in the elevator require replacement or dry cleaning, the elevator itself falls in when you enter it, the second elevator almost always does not work. The toilet in the room is constantly running, you have to press the flush button many times, otherwise it flows without stopping. There are no disposable toothbrushes in the room, shampoo is added every day, and body lotion only once. All the dishes in the room, except for the kettle, are disposable, there are no forks or knives in the room. The TV is old, having turned it on once, we were unable to turn it off - it does not respond to the remote control, when you take out the card it turns off, but turns on when you insert it. In front of the central entrance to the hotel there is an old fountain, which is therefore turned on in the evening, as a result, even on the 4th floor you cannot enjoy the view from the balcony during a pleasant conversation - the fountain is so noisy that you can hear it even in headphones - my sympathy for the guests of the 2nd and 3rd floors. The pool is small and shallow, the umbrellas by the pool almost do not create shade, and the sun loungers are always occupied by towels and books thrown on them - this clearly demonstrates the poor work of the staff - in any decent place it is the staff that fights this in order to avoid conflicts. The staff at the reception is demonstratively reserved, the feeling is that you are at an official's reception, but not in your hotel. But the biggest disappointment is their beach. Firstly, it was not stated anywhere that it was paid for guests, but ok, they call it a beach club, and such establishments are usually worth their money, but not in this case - here for money you get an old sunbed with an umbrella and a paid shower, it seems there is no toilet at all. The umbrella is very small and almost does not provide shade. They have a system for guests - but it constantly hangs, at the reception there is an old cheap computer, which costs less than 1 day of their services. We tried to order food and drinks through their system, the first time it is difficult to do, you can change the goods in the basket only by going to the reception, which was what I had to do, after which I sent the order there, 19 minutes later they told me that the kitchen was closed, it was noon!!! The beach itself is more like a lake beach: black sand gets dirty easily, plus the pebbles are unpleasant for your feet, and it gets so hot that you can't go to the water without shoes, even the neighboring clubs have solved this problem and made decks, the Panorama Club doesn't care about guests, but you can smoke here, which is what mothers with babies do, not really reacting to comments. It is stated that the beach club is open until 8 p.m., but yesterday, July 17, a certain Vincenzo, in a red lifeguard T-shirt and cheap glasses, announced to the entire beach that the beach was closing at 6:15 p.m., explaining that he was tired of working. We already had a restaurant booked for the 19th, which Vincenzo will never get into, but it's not about the boy Vincenzo, it's about the disgusting management of the beach club. All the neighboring beach clubs worked until at least 20:00, and there were fewer people in them than before. All this splendor cost us €1200 for 3 nights, which of course does not even come close to what we got. In general, I do not recommend this hotel, and especially the beach club, I wish the owners to carry out a major overhaul and teach the staff to communicate with guests, and turn off the fountain at 6 pm!

JjoanlianEl hotel es antiguo. Las habitaciones son relativamente grandes y las instalaciones están bien mantenidas. El único cabezal de ducha en la ducha está roto y no se puede arreglar con una mano, lo cual es muy inconveniente. El ambiente del restaurante de desayuno es muy bueno, el paisaje fuera de la ventana es muy hermoso. El desayuno buffet tiene una persona dedicada y responsable de distribuir la comida, que parece estar bien organizada y la calidad de la comida es relativamente buena. Hay una persona encargada de las plazas de aparcamiento y la tarifa de aparcamiento de 40 euros al día es relativamente cara.

UUsuario invitadoTuvimos una experiencia terrible con este hotel. Después de confirmar la reserva y llegar a la zona, el propietario desapareció durante horas, no respondió a los mensajes de texto ni a las llamadas telefónicas y no dejó a nadie en la propiedad para registrarnos. Tuvimos que rogarle a los lugareños que nos ayudaran a conseguir el número de teléfono del propietario. Además, cuando hicimos el registro, tuvimos que tratar con personas que no hablaban inglés (¿cómo se alquilan propiedades a nivel internacional sin poder comunicarse?) y también exigieron el pago de impuestos en efectivo a pesar de que no tenían cambio, por lo que terminamos pagando más de lo necesario. La propiedad en sí es muy bonita y limpia, pero recomiendo mantenerse alejado.

OoenanayIn my opinion, Palazzo Adele is the best place we ever stayed in. If we go to Ercolano again, it would be our only choice.
The building is very elegant. The terrace on the 2nd floor (or 1st floor in Europe) is spacious. The parking is gated, only opened with a key fob. The room is spotless; I even feel comfortable walking on the floor barefooted.
The owner is such a nice guy! When we arrived, he gave us a warm greeting. He also provided us with some great advice on how to go to visit Vesuvius and Pompeii, as well as where to eat.
In fact, he printed out some useful information, which became our guidebook in the following few days.
We went to the Herculaneum Site as he suggested, spent nearly 2 hours there, only covered 60% of the whole place.
We followed his instruction to purchase the tickets to Vesuvius, and had a great trip there.
We asked about restaurant, he suggested a few of them. We tried the best one on the list, Bistrot Italia, fantastic food, affordable price, nice wine, and impressive service. It was so good that on the day we left, we went there again.
The location of Palazzo Adele is great! Walking distance to almost everywhere (the train
station, the Herculaneum Park, restaurants, The Royal Palace of Portici, oh and an amazing gelato place).
The neighborhood is nice. I remembered we walked through a short tunnel and there was not even a slight trace of urine smell in the air, which was very, very impressive.
All in all, Palazzo Adele is a great place to stay. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the Naples and Pompeii area.

Nos dijeron que habría servicio de aparcacoches, pero no hubo ninguno. Los camareros nos dijeron que aparcáramos nosotros mismos. ¡Bien! Después de registrarme, pregunté si nos subirían el equipaje a la habitación. Recepción me preguntó si tenía un ticket de equipaje, a lo que les dije que no nos habían dado nada. Los camareros se quedaron en la entrada. Dijo que lo subirían enseguida, pero como estaban allí parados, simplemente subimos nuestro equipaje nosotros mismos (aunque obviamente estoy embarazada de seis meses, no me ofrecieron ninguna ayuda). Al llegar a la habitación, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba; lo bajamos constantemente, pero no había aire. Fue sorprendente descubrir que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba para el precio que pagamos. La habitación estaba sofocante e incluso el pasillo estaba más fresco. Además, durante nuestra estancia había una conferencia; nos dieron una habitación en la misma planta que los participantes y, como era de esperar, hubo mucho ruido por la noche. Los oíamos hablar en el pasillo por la noche. Cuando llamamos a recepción, nos dijeron que no podían hacer nada. Muy serviciales. Al salir, el mismo camarero se quedó mirando a una mujer embarazada sacar cuatro maletas. Me pregunto qué hacen aparte de estar todo el día a la sombra. El servicio es pésimo y he recibido mejor servicio en pequeños hoteles boutique o familiares. Lo único bueno de esta estancia fue que las habitaciones son espaciosas y limpias, y nada más.

EEnrico PaoloSigue siendo uno de mis hoteles favoritos en Nápoles, obviamente cuando el precio se ajusta a mis expectativas.
Céntrico, pero tranquilo. Cuando solicité una habitación tranquila, me la cambiaron inmediatamente por una habitación interior realmente tranquila. La habitación era espaciosa y limpia, con sábanas y toallas cambiadas a diario. La habitación era preciosa y agradable.
Además, un desayuno excelente y abundante.

The pictures show the lovely pictures of the compound. Very pet friendly. The hotel is very well located as a base for exploring the Amalfi Coast, Pompeii, and Naples. It offers a quieter and more practical alternative to staying in the more crowded tourist areas, while still providing easy access to key destinations.
The room was comfortable, with a balcony that provided a good view. The ground floor common areas are spacious and well laid out, creating a pleasant environment to relax outside of the room.
Breakfast is consistent and enjoyable, with items such as hot chocolate and a well-prepared cheese omelette. The staff are friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout the stay.
Housekeeping is reliable, with rooms cleaned daily and maintained to a good standard. The hotel also provides a private car park at a reasonable rate of 15 euros per day, which is particularly convenient for those driving in the region. There is a lift available, making it easy to access rooms with luggage.
Amenities are very good overall, contributing to a comfortable and well-managed stay. The hotel offers a balanced combination of convenience, comfort, and value, making it a strong choice for travelers exploring this part of Italy.

En cuanto a la ubicación: está en el puerto, por lo que es muy bueno acceder a la playa y al ferry, sin embargo, tienes que subir ++ escaleras para llegar a la ciudad principal, donde hay restaurantes y tiendas. No creo que la habitación en sí valiera la cantidad que pagamos. Este fue uno de los alojamientos más bonitos y caros de nuestro viaje y estábamos muy emocionados por nuestra estancia aquí. Nuestra habitación tenía moho en la ducha, la puerta de la ducha no cerraba correctamente y la cama estaba dura, se sentía como un pedestal. Intenté discutir esto más a fondo con el personal sobre un cambio de habitación sin éxito ni una solución alternativa a mis inquietudes. Aparte de eso, tener el desayuno incluido fue bueno y la mayoría del resto del personal con el que interactuamos fue muy amable y servicial. En general, no recomendaría el Hotel Il Faro a ninguno de mis familiares o amigos que visiten Sorrento.
