VENTAJAS: Las habitaciones estaban limpias. La azotea es divertida. Se puede comer rico y organizan diferentes actividades todos los días. Es como un hostal de lujo. DESVENTAJAS: El recepcionista me cambió de habitación sin darme una razón válida. De hecho, iba a pedir que me cambiaran, pero en cuanto estaba a punto de decírselo, me dijo que lo hiciera, ya que estaba planeado de antemano. Me sentí muy mal. Si hubiera molestado o hecho algo mal, me lo habrían dicho. Me habría disculpado y me habría cambiado de habitación con gusto. Me sentí un poco mal. En general: es un buen hostal, buena ubicación, buena comida, un poco caro, pero definitivamente vale la pena una vez si no son malos con nadie, sea del país que sea.

Estuvo muy bien. Costó unos 2000 yenes por noche para dos personas, pero después de alojarme en uno de los peores hoteles de Nueva Delhi, valió la pena.

I recently stayed at this hotel, which claims to be a 5-star property, but in my opinion, it's more of a 4-star hotel. The stay was generally good, with comfortable rooms and decent service. However, there were a few areas that fell short of my expectations. The breakfast options were limited and could be improved. Additionally, the spa was not operational during my stay, which was a disappointment. Overall, it's an average hotel that needs to work on its amenities and services to live up to its 5-star claim. We have a very large room (1 bedroom with separate living room), the design was nice. The staff in the hotel is very nice and friendly and ready to help. The lobby of the hotel is small, the restaurant is a medium size. Breakfast is ok, only Indian food, everything is quite spicy, even the eggs. There are fruits and vegetables. The coffee is bad, but the masala tea for order is nice. The location of the hotel is around 2 km from the city of the center and I don’t find it quite friendly or convenient. There are nothing useful near the hotel: no shops, no cafes or rests, to walk by foot is quite scary and inconvenient. Better use tuk-tuck or taxi.

Está muy bien y nos dieron una salida tardía, también es bueno, me gusta, pero la ubicación está un poco lejos, pero puedes usar un rapido para reservar. Está muy bien en general.

El hotel es un hotel normal. А poco cansado, pero están tratando, habitaciones renovadas frescas comienzan desde el tercer piso, el personal es responsivo, seguro, techo frío, excelente vista! Los precios son más que atractivos.

Room facilities expected of Holiday Inn Express standards. One of the cupboard handles in my room was barely able to hold on to the cupboard door, and would fall off if not careful. Perhaps, the room maintenance could be up-kept better.Otherwise, the staff were generally polite and service oriented.

requested for early check in and twin bed room but waited for 45 mins at the reception as room was not ready even at 1 pm and at last they jusr seperated the king bed into two parts and make it twin bed with a gap of hardly 2 inches
