Very friendly employees. Located next to a shopping mall but still a distance to the city. 15 minutes. Rooms are clean and neat but not soundproof. You can hear people next door or upstair. Not really disturbing. Great mountain, pool and city view.

El hotel ofrece una excelente ubicación, desde el personal de seguridad hasta el equipo de recepción y el concierto, todo el mundo era amable, profesional y muy útil. La habitación de la habitación era muy agradable, pero no se podía encontrar en el hotel. Es un servicio de cinco estrellas. La habitación era muy cómoda, la cama, la iluminación y el ambiente en general eran excelentes. En términos de ubicación, es bastante conveniente, cerca de Gaia Mall y el aeropuerto.

La habitación era grande.. pero el aire acondicionado no era bueno.no estaba frío.no agua caliente.. desayuno desapontado.. comida no se rellenó.. no reservaré este hotel otra vez.es realmente miserable.

+ Location is great. Near the city center & surrounded by a lot of cafes, restaurant, supermarket, food places, etc + Room is big. + The breakfast is amazing. I like it - The cleanliness is not too good. The cleaning service must pay more attention about this. Overall, I like staying in this hotel. I will come back again.

La deducción de puntos es para la cama: las linternas fueron frescas pero tenían pinturas visibles, y la matriz abajo fue claramente soplada – Esto es donde el hotel necesita urgentemente mejorar sus estándares de calidad. Con camas sin puntos y una matraca renovada o completamente limpia, esta propiedad sería fácilmente una opción 5‑star dentro de su categoría para mí.

Will avoid this hotel in future visits to this town. Too much a walk to downtown with poor sidewalks and crossings. Front desk denied my third night (prepaid breakfast/room) to be used on second night as had to leave early. Emphasize 'prepaid'. Completed review form in the room, Front desk manager emailed with apologies. The front desk lady should either be fired or went thru further customer service training and courtesy. Room circuit breaker tripped burning phone charger, and the outlet extender. Electrician came quickly tho to reset breakers. Room was very basic yet so called 'superior' room.

Me gustan los recuerdos cuando me quedo en Aston Hotels, ya que el personal de servicio siempre son amables y sonrientes. Sin embargo, observé que las instalaciones están normalmente en las propiedades más viejas, aunque intenten mantenerse limpias y que el agua caliente funciona bien. Agradezco al personal de la mesa delantera y al concierge por su alegre deseo y sonrisa ansiosa. Está cerca de la bonita tienda de productos locales para frutas y regalos envasados de Pontianak que compré para casa.

The hotel good , the aircon is also cold . Everything was fine . Only the downside is im almost trip because one of the tile is actually loose and left a big gap .

We are repeating customer to this hotel. We like the location, food and the staffs are very friendly and attentive to the customer. We like to suggest the management to look into the minor lacking of maintenance on the rooms. Also the amnesties such as towel need to replace. The food are good but a bit too salty. The coffee are so nice...
