El hotel está situado en una zona de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los alrededores de la ciudad. La ubicación es excelente si te gustan los centros comerciales, pero tenemos una motocicleta para llegar a algunos excelentes restaurantes de veggie, así como a los bordes exteriores de la ciudad. Es caro para Indonesia y cuida de los grupos ruidosos que se quedan allí.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The service was truly excellent, from the security staff to the reception team and concierge, everyone was kind, professional, and very helpful. When we arrived, we were welcomed with a refreshing welcome drink and were even allowed to check in early, which we really appreciated. The security staff were especially friendly, helping us with our luggage and opening the car door for us. It truly a five-star service. The room was very comfortable, the bed, lighting, and overall ambience were excellent. What I loved most was the strong water pressure in the shower, which made it very comfortable and enjoyable. In terms of location, it’s quite convenient, close to Gaia Mall and the airport.

We have transited through Pontianak a couple of times and stayed here both times. It’s easy to get to the ferry to Sukadana and the Damri bus stop to Singkawang - great veggie restaurants close by and motorbike rental right next door. Very handy. We had a problem with our room and the staff changed our room immediately - very kind and efficient. They also let us leave our bags in their secure office so we could travel a bit lighter. The hotel itself could do with a make over. The reception makes you feel like you’re entering an upper class hotel but then you get to your room and it’s poor. Stained sheets and towels, mouldy shower and damp patches in walls, curtains need changing and washing. Unfortunately it seems to be the norm in the hotels we’ve stayed in in West Kalimantan.

+ Location is great. Near the city center & surrounded by a lot of cafes, restaurant, supermarket, food places, etc + Room is big. + The breakfast is amazing. I like it - The cleanliness is not too good. The cleaning service must pay more attention about this. Overall, I like staying in this hotel. I will come back again.

Hoja de cama descura, no blanca, pero ya se vuelve gris 🙈 El piso de la ducha VERY VERY slippery, es peligroso para los niños o los ancianos !! No se puede satisfacer la solicitud del cliente

Will avoid this hotel in future visits to this town. Too much a walk to downtown with poor sidewalks and crossings. Front desk denied my third night (prepaid breakfast/room) to be used on second night as had to leave early. Emphasize 'prepaid'. Completed review form in the room, Front desk manager emailed with apologies. The front desk lady should either be fired or went thru further customer service training and courtesy. Room circuit breaker tripped burning phone charger, and the outlet extender. Electrician came quickly tho to reset breakers. Room was very basic yet so called 'superior' room.

I have fond memories when staying at Aston Hotels as the service staff are always polite & smiling. Always going out of their way to please. However, I observed that the premises are normally on the older properties, albeit they try their best to keep clean & that the hot/water works well. I commend the front desk & the concierge personnel for their cheerful demeanour & eager smiles. It's near to the nice local produce shop for fruits & packed gifts goods of Pontianak which I bought for home.

The hotel good , the aircon is also cold . Everything was fine . Only the downside is im almost trip because one of the tile is actually loose and left a big gap .

En general, muy bien para un breve fin de semana para explorar la ciudad, pero el próximo viaje, un poco de empuja a un hotel en el más central Gajah Mada haría que eso sería un poco mejor, especialmente para el grupo más grande.

La única queja que tengo sobre el hotel es el wifi.Mi habitación estaba en el nivel 5 y pensé que la razón por la que es lento probablemente se debe a la distancia de la habitación del router. El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está en el centro de la ciudad.
