First the good: great location close to the island and with a direct view to the lake, friendly staff, nice swimming pool, good breakfast. What can be improved: 1. Sound insulation - you can easily hear guests in the neighbouring rooms talking or snoring during the night, making it sometimes difficult to sleep properly; 2. Rooms are built in such a way that hardly any direct sun comes in, meaning you've got to turn on the lights practically the whole day of you want to see properly; 3. The floor surrounding the swimming pool is very slippery, not appropriate at all for the location; 4. Speaking of pool, it gets very little sun throughout the day so you'd better be tactical if you want to sunbathe; 5. Fixtures are quite dated and rooms could use some refurbishment

We knew we were booked into a shared bath arrangement, but still was disappointed about the room itself, very small, damp with smoky smell, very bad motel experience. Hotel complex itself is much nicer, proximity to Tikal allow you to tour the ruins at sun break; I would have picked another facility if I had choice, though there's very limited availability closer to the park.

The Jingle Lodge is a nice hotel in a great location. However, the rooms do not have air conditioning, and the power is turned off at night and for part of the afternoon. You'll receive the power schedule when you check in. Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby and restaurant, and there is no cell signal in Tikal.

New hotel with nice rooms but no hot water in the shower and no window. They serve good food, water is overpriced. Very friendly and helpful staff.

1. El desayuno del hotel es general; pero no se requiere mucho de acuerdo con este precio; 2. La vista es buena, directamente al lago, es equivalente a la habitación de la vista del lago. Pero también puede ser la razón por la que el lago está en la habitación, es muy humedecedor, no experimenta bien.

The place and service were great. But the facilities in the room are a little bit older.

El personal de servicio es amable y cuidadoso, lo que hace que la experiencia de alojamiento global sea más perfecta. Las instalaciones completas, ya sean piscinas, gimnasios o restaurantes, mantienen niveles altos. Cada detalle muestra su corazón y permite que las personas se olviden de él. Este es un lugar ideal para relajarse y alejarse de los problemas, ya sea en vacaciones o en viajes de negocios, vale la pena probarlo.
