El hotel es realmente bonito y tranquilo, la cama era muy cómoda. Puede ser bastante difícil encontrar el camino si llegas de noche, cuando está oscuro y no hay mucha gente alrededor. Es bastante sencillo con conexiones de transporte hacia la ciudad cuando sabes a dónde vas.

El personal de servicio es muy amable

Everything you would expect from a Holiday Inn. Comfortable, clean, good service and value for money. Location was a little further out but no big issue. Easy access to the motorway and a quick journey to Glasgow.

A very handy location for those undertaking a long drive to/from Scotland. Spacious rooms, my room facing fields to the rear was nice and quiet. Good for EV drivers as loads of charging points including Tesla. Be warned though - £5 cost of overnight parking if it’s not included in your hotel booking.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Cosy rooms! And reasonable price!

We stayed the night of 12th September at this hotel to split up our journey. The hotel was in an excellent location and easy to find with ample off-road parking and in a very quiet area for being just off the motorway! Hotel staff were excellent- friendly, polite and helpful. Room was spacious, clean, ample amenities and we had a beautiful view over the racecourse. Breakfast was delicious with many choices. Would certainly stay again!

No muy feliz con los servicios , en primer lugar todo el desayuno era muy baja calidad , no había ningún tipo de fruta disponible, no hay zumo aparte de una caja sólo puede obtener 45p de Asda No creciente en absoluto El maniquí de la toalla estaba exactamente en el lado de su asiento y cubierto por un tapón de baño cuando está sentado ,, Cuando reservaba el hotel se prometió que la habitación sería aire acondicionado, pero cuando se recibió una ventiladora de mesa de 10 pulgadas era como aire acondicionado 😆 que era muy ruidoso en la noche La limpieza fue buena El personal se comportaba bien

Beautiful place. The room was nice, comfortable bed. Breakfast was good. Dinner was okay, but really noisy in the restaurant. I think the mussels was bad. 3/4 of the mussels was not opened when cooked. I ate one that was opened and was still sick 2 hours later. There was a wedding going on. Our room was next to the lift on the top floor. The music was loud, but everything went quiet after midnight. Until maybe some guests come back to their room. Apart from that all was okay. Maybe would be better for wedding guests to get the room by the lift so it doesn't disrupt others.

It was a lovely hotel. The food and service was very good. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a suite which was huge and we really enjoyed it.
