Hoteles con parking en Scottish Highlands, Reino Unido

Este hotel parece recibir malas críticas, pero creo que muchas son injustas. Por lo que vivimos, era un buen hotel, con una ubicación excelente y la persona que nos atendió fue muy amable, sobre todo porque tuvo que atender a un cliente incómodo que iba delante. La cama era muy grande y tenía un buen colchón. Todo lo que se busca en una habitación de hotel, incluyendo buenos artículos de aseo gratuitos. La ubicación del hotel es ideal para explorar el centro de Inverness, a menos de 10 minutos a pie del cajero automático más famoso de Inverness (IYKYK). El aparcamiento es limitado, pero hay un aparcamiento de varias plantas a un precio razonable a solo unos minutos a pie. La escalera de la recepción que conduce a la primera planta también es impresionante.

I found my one night stay at the Highlander Hotel to be very pleasant. My room was a generous double en suite and was spotless. As a solo traveller on a pedal bike I was pleased that there was a secure shed where I could leave my bike in confidence. The staff were very helpful over this and again when I reported that the tv wasn't receiving a signal. This was sorted very quickly with a new aerial cable. Breakfast was good, with plenty of fresh fruit and a choice of hot dishes. Great value and I'd certainly go back.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, justo enfrente está el castillo de las atracciones principales, el lago Ness atraviesa la entrada del hotel, camina, paisajes agradables, desayuno, las habitaciones son grandes, la salud es buena, limpia, hay un restaurante Michelin al lado del hotel, Pero reserva con anticipación

Hotel grande, espacioso y atractivo, servicio de recepción amable y servicial, actitud accesible y cálida de todos. La ubicación del hotel era excelente para la tranquilidad, sin molestias durante la noche. El único comentario sería el camino entre la carretera principal y el área de estacionamiento, lleno de baches, si los caminos estuvieran en excelentes condiciones, sería 5 de 5 para la ubicación en lugar del 4. De lo contrario, una gran experiencia al hospedarme y sin duda volvería a reservar

I’m so happy to have stayed at AC Inverness! My friend and I were very satisfied with our stay—the room was comfortable, and the cost-performance ratio was great. One experience that left a deep impression on me happened when we were about to leave. We were in a rush to catch a bus and very hungry, so we bought some quick meals from a nearby convenience store but had no way to heat. I went to the hotel bar on the first floor for help and met Ismail, a staff member (an elderly gentleman). He was incredibly kind and helped us heat our food. He even worried that we didn’t have utensils and provided them for us. I was truly touched by his kindness. Encounters like this while traveling far from home are incredibly heartwarming. Thank you so much, Ismail! I will definitely stay at AC Inverness again next time and will recommend it to my friends.

Una persona acaba de ser suficiente, en ese momento, 400 no era muy rentable, y paseó diez minutos al centro de la ciudad, es demasiado costoso! El servicio de recepción es bueno, es el aislamiento de la voz en el Reino Unido.

The hotel has seen better days and could do with attention to details, especially the public areas. The rooms however, were clean and organised. Reception staff was very friendly as was one of the restaurant staff. The hotel looks like 25 years ago and hasn’t been updated since. The outside of the hotel doesn’t look inviting, rather scruffy. It also appears to cater for tour groups.  Breakfast was ok, but again a bit of modernisation wouldn’t go amiss. A 10:00 am check out time is too early and should be considered when booking this hotel.

其實房間整體還算不錯，但是是民宿，全程自助，不能提前入住也不能遲點退房，下午3:30才能入住，早上10:30就退房真的很不合理，房間裏面還有大蜘蛛，早上10:30退房，9:30打掃衞生的白人姐就來敲門，然後10:30非常不客氣非常mean的説你們必須立刻離開，不理解，我們是客人，怎麼能夠這種態度呢？？？我們也可以加錢再多耽擱一下？完全不理解

非常驚喜的酒店，在英國十幾天感覺最舒服的酒店！酒店在河邊，有自己獨立的花園和停車場，很安全便利，環境安靜、優美宜人！房間設施齊全，乾濕分離兩用非常方便合理，床品及毛巾都幹整潔舒適，提供一次性的拖鞋、牙刷、棉簽、剔須刀、梳子和針線包，這在英國的酒店是非常罕見的！每一位服務員都彬彬有禮，主動幫忙把行李送到房間，耐心帶我們去挑選喜歡的房間，餐食可口！各服務細節都非常細緻周到！感覺非常棒，又讓酒店安排了一晚在一樓可以走出陽台的房間，享受着綠草如茵，參天大樹，小鳥鳴叫的大自然的味道，還在草地上發現了野生大靈芝，非常愝意！以後來蘇格蘭高地肯定會再次入住！
