Hoteles con parking en Scottish Highlands, Reino Unido

Hay mucho que mejorar, pero se podrían hacer algunas mejoras. Lo más importante son las puertas de las habitaciones. Son de madera pesada y se cierran de golpe muy fuerte. Como te puedes imaginar, es bastante molesto cuando la gente entra y sale, despertando a la gente. La puerta del baño está podrida por abajo por la humedad; necesita ser reemplazada; se ve horrible. Limpiar debajo de los lavabos y grifos de los baños, ¡lo que se ve al sentarse en la bañera! La pintura de la habitación podría estar un poco más ordenada; hay pintura blanca sobre las tuberías grises del radiador. Los limpiadores podrían ser un poco más cuidadosos al aspirar; golpean las tuberías del radiador de las habitaciones y la vibración se transmite a la habitación de al lado. Se han agotado algunos sabores de cócteles; se ha visto al personal joven con el móvil de forma muy casual. ¡Escóndanse! El cliente y el servicio son importantes. La comida es cara para la calidad que ofrece.

Awful. Initially I was in a double room. Women daily 0540 by loud music which I believe was the kitchen staff starting breakfast preparation. Moved to single room on my final night. The heating on full was the difference between having a cooler box or a freezer. No cable other than power cable for the TV so no reception whatsoever. This was pointed out to the reception desk who told me no maintenance staff were available due to rostering. A coaxial cable would probably resolve the problem. However that was not provided. The staff were polite but had their hands tied on what they could do to resolve the issues. Just an awful experience sadly as the hotel is in a prime position. Polite staff who had to attend to a number of embarrassing complaints from other guests.

First let me say that the owners were incredibly kind and accommodating. It pains me that to even write this but I thought fellow travelers should hear my experience. First, there are two aye stays in Inverness. My gps took me to the wrong one first. That was awkward. After I finally figured it out, the place was very cutely decorated with Scottish and Loch Ness decor. Contactless check in was easy however a board with everyone’s name and room numbers does not feel super safe for me a solo female traveler. But over all easy enough. Next I stayed in room 7 which is up a flight of stairs so make sure you pack light! (Which you should do anyway in Scotland.) My room had just been renovated with new carpet but it smelled like off gassing and I had to open the window (which was broken) there was a radiator for heat which I had no idea how to use. So it got a little chilly. Now here comes the problems: the rooms are very close together and the walls are paper thin. I was kept up until 3 in the morning hearing conversations and snoring. We were only given the choice of receiving breakfast between 7:30-8:30 in the dining room. So I woke up earlier than I would have liked to eat breakfast. Which was just okay. Nothing too outstanding to write about but again the hostess was very sweet. Overall I could see that they’re trying their best. But I would recommend sound machines in each of the rooms or something so people can have a good nights sleep. The location was pretty good and just over the bridge from the high street.

This is a genuinely nice hotel sat right on the banks of the River Ness and a few minutes walk from the center of Inverness. Our room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast had a good range of choices and was delicious. The staff were polite and friendly and were very happy to fuss over my small child!

Realmente buen hotel. Más barato alrededor también por lo que no se puede llegar cuando la gente reserva hoteles baratos y se queja de que no es 5* 😂. Situación es increíble. El lago es hermoso. El personal es realmente agradable. Las habitaciones tienen todo lo que necesitas y son bastante espaciosas. La comida es realmente buena aunque un poco costosa pero todavía buenas porciones.

The hotel was easy to find, located right by the main road. The rooms were quite small, and with luggage, the space felt a bit tight. However, there was a small outdoor balcony with a table and two chairs, which provided a nice spot to sit and eat. The rooms looked modern and recently renovated. The bathroom was well-designed, featuring sleek black tiles and gold fixtures, and the hot water worked perfectly. One of the best features of the room was the separate sink area, along with a microwave and fridge. This was especially convenient for heating up food or enjoying ready-to-eat meals from the nearby Aldi if you’re too tired to head out. The room also came with a kettle, coffee, tea, and even a chocolate wafer as a thoughtful welcome touch. There is no reception desk at this hotel, so it’s important to have internet access as check-in is fully digital. You’ll receive your room number via email just before your arrival. Make sure to complete the online pre-check-in to confirm your stay and receive further instructions. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient one-night stay.

Questions emailed to the hotel prior to our arrival was answered quickly and was very helpful.  A very warm welcome on arrival by Miss Mary who was also the one who wa replying to our emails.  Friendly staff. Gave us great suggestions on what to see and do in the area.  We highly recommend this place to everyone.

Me alojé aquí hace poco durante un viaje por Escocia. Un hotel muy agradable. La ubicación es bastante alejada del centro de Inverness. No hay autopista para ir ni volver del hotel al aeropuerto, así que el trayecto puede ser lento debido a las carreteras estrechas. La proximidad al aeropuerto no supone ningún problema de ruido de aviones. Sin embargo, podía oír el secador de pelo de mi vecino. Me gusta el tamaño de la habitación y el baño. Es más grande que en la mayoría de los hoteles. Me gusta especialmente la ducha a ras de suelo, ya que mi esposa y yo no podemos entrar ni salir de las bañeras. El desayuno estuvo genial, aunque la variedad de opciones puede no ser tan amplia como en otros hoteles de la cadena Marriott. Hay que pedir huevos fritos. El desayuno soleado fue el mejor que he comido. Todo el personal fue maravillosamente amable y servicial. Es necesario matricular el coche para evitar que te lo cobren. Pero estoy seguro de que, con el gran talento de todo el grupo Marriott, se les ocurrirá una mejor manera de gestionar el sistema de aparcamiento sin que sus clientes se quejen por internet. En general, mi esposa y yo disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia.

I had a good time here in hotel. The hotel has everything mentioned in it. The room & bathroom was clean and nice. Had powerfull hot water in the shower. Staff were helpful. Very less hotel in this area so it was good one. Food looked like they brought it from outside. It was not that much good. I prefered to eat outside.

Slightly dated but very clean and well looked after property and grounds. Our room had a very modern toilet and shower room with quality shower gel etc provided along with lovely fluffy towels. Beds were nice and comfy. The staff are fantastic, very polite and helpful. Pets are very welcome . We ate in the bar and the food was excellent with the highlight being the sweet trolley. For the price they ask you would be hard pressed to find better value for money. Highly recommended. Mark & Frances 5/06/26
