This hotel has very old features but inside the rooms are big spacious and warm The bed although a double was twin beds pushed together which is very annoying as you slide into The middle of the bed and it’s uncomfy. The receptionist was extremely unhelpful and had no empathy I had to walk back and forth from my room 3 times to sort out an issue and then the spa was another issue which finally got resolved So basically it’s a lovely hotel but the staff need to be retrained or understand customers better and the duty manager who was on duty too.

Overall, it was an amazing experience, aside from a few minor issues. **Positive:** 1. The location was good, although it was a short walk from town. However, there is a tram service that runs every 10 minutes, and the cost was £12 per day for three people, which provided unlimited travel for the whole day. 2. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to choose from. 3. The hotel environment was pleasant, featuring a nice reception and lobby area. 4. The room included a safe where you could store valuable items like your laptop and tablet for extra protection. **Negatives:** 1. Our toilet bin was not emptied after cleaning, and they forgot to replace the extra tissue roll in the bathroom, which was inconvenient. 2. There were no slippers or facial tissues provided in the room. 3. The bar was very quiet, and we were so bored that we didn't visit again.

Good morning 😊 I'm very pleased with this me time escape by the sea for a night.as always trip.com looks after me when I'm wanting to come away for a night to pamper myself. This hotel really is one if not the best hotels in Blackpool. It's very clean comfortable beds great bathrooms with plenty of hot hot water to soak all the stress away.good tea/coffee making in the room.pillows are lovely. I always put in a request for a high up quiet room and this hotel has always took the time rato look at my request and do their upmost best to make my stay very welcoming .I could not find and problems with this lovely old classic hotel.its got alot of character. They have some good drinks packages now at reception and also entertainment each night.go on pamper yourself 😊😊😊

El frente del cajón estaba viejo y roto, y estaba suelto, así que se nos cayó en los pies. Las sábanas tenían algo así como grava arenosa. No había control remoto para la televisión, así que no pudimos encenderla. El lavabo estaba lleno de agua sucia y pelos, supongo que de limpiar el suelo.

Fab place lovely lodges outside them could do with little clean but suppose it's nature the inside clean an homey all's u need is provided aswel the balcony was amazing way lead onto lake it's self so my son could b up close to ducks without being in water there is watersports shop bar restaurant playarea in an out crazy golf walking around lake is nice and central to go out exploring Windermere 30min drive and had an amazing day there also little chippy 5 min drive on north road think was called was lovely food and ok priced to

Buena ubicación, muy buen desayuno. Y hermoso personal. El único lado abajo y la culpa que tengo con el hotel, es el estacionamiento. Pagué por un espacio reservado ya que necesito 24 acceso a mi coche. Pero los espacios son absolutamente demasiado rígidos !!! ¡Una vez que se estacione, es una lucha para abrir la puerta a la ancha suficiente para salir! Sólo puedo imaginar lo que es para una persona de una construcción mayor !! Esto sería fácil de reparar si el hotel tomara 2 espacios y hacer las bayos restantes más grandes !!! Por favor, mire lo que haga!!!! Aparte de eso. Voy a estar de vuelta.

Easy to find. Parking a short distance from entrance. If you are in anyway disabled you can drop off my main entrance but cannot park. There is no lift in the hotel so if disabled you are going to need to ask for a ground floor room. I didn't know there was no lift so they had to quickly change my top floor room to ground floor room. They did this effortlessly despite being fully booked. The room smelt unpleasant so I kept window open and used air freshener. There was no remote for the TV and when they found a spare remote, the TV didn't work. They brought in a second TV and the manager was a hilarious man who made me roar with laughter as he tried to resolve the issues. The food was good. I stayed two days. I would come back.

I chose the hotel given it was next to the University that I wanted to visit. The hotel was clean, spacious and friendly staff. A special mention to Carolyn who was particularly helpful and gave me useful information about the town which I last visited 26 years ago!

Tje room jad everything we needed. Could have been perfect with bery little attention as paint and chrome peeling off of things in the bathroom, but didn't affect the cleanliness. Bed was comfy and sheets cleaned well. The hotel has a little café for the morning, but also the pub next door is great for food.
