W well-located Hotel with friendly staff and good food. The Hotel is a bit dated in its appearance and could be at an upper grade if rooms/bathroom had more standard items eg hairdryer, draw/shelf space). A ceiling leaking water into a bucket was not the fault of staff but did not create a good impression in reception.

Nos quedamos en un deluxe jardín, que fue espacioso pero en última instancia decepcionante, dada la alta tarifa. El diseño era terrible y no muy amigable. No había sockets de plug cerca de la cama para cargar teléfonos, y la habitación carecía de aire acondicionado, lo que lo hizo incómodo y lleno. Para empeorar las cosas, la ventana/puerta se rompió, por lo que no podíamos ventilar la habitación sin comprometer la seguridad. La habitación era muy pequeña, pero la iluminación interior era muy pobre, y las paredes de la casa de baño eran muy diferentes. La habitación no tiene acceso a la habitación, pero tiene unas habitaciones muy buenas y muy buenas. El personal intentó reparar la puerta/ventana y proporcionaba un ventilador y una extensión, pero estas soluciones fueron temporales en el mejor de los casos. En una nota positiva, los terrenos, el spa, la comida y el servicio general fueron hermosos.

We were put in a very small room on the 3rd floor. The lift only goes to the 2nd floor. The lift that goes to the 3rd floor was marked out of order. We are both in our late 70s and had to carry our bags along a corridor and up about 40 stairs. No member of staff offered to help. As we were going to check out we noticed a member of staff using the lift to the 3rd floor.

The room was spacious and comfy beds. It comes with free breakfast, which is good. Breakfast was alright, the same food every morning. The only thing that lets us down is one of the staff in the restaurant. We sat there for ages waiting to be served. Because he won't be serving us not until 8pm. So we've waited patiently, because we have just arrived that night and was very hungry. This man was serving other people, but not us. So my husband and I were wondering what's going on. So my husband went to the till and queued up. But when it's my husband's turn, he asked, ”Who's next?? Obviously, my husband was in front of him. Then, when my husband asked if we could order now, he looked at him and me and saying ”Oh, just wait to your table, and I will get your order from there. . Maybe because I am the only Asian there. I feel like there's a bit of racism to be honest. We went back to our table and waited to be served again. But he didn't turn up and served the next table beside and served some other customer who came after us. I was so mad and upset. But I don't want cause a scene. So we we just went out and looked for another restaurant outside the hotel. We're so disappointed, and we didn't expect to be treated like that. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. I just forgot his name. But the one at the restaurant is not nice at all. He ruined our family holiday. We won't be coming back anymore there.

Amazing place! The reception is fabulous and the menu looks amazing! It's situated right next to a golf course so plenty of nature to explore. Staffs were friendly, rooms were cosy and comfy, good amenities too!

Más como un club 18-30 experiencia. El hotel fue fantástico, la comida era excelente y el personal se fue, mucho más allá. El hotel tenía dos bodas en la noche de mi estancia y entre las 12:45 y las 14:30 no pude dormir por el grito, la risa, la fiesta que se estaba celebrando por los pasillos. Nunca he oído a ningún personal tratando de resolver la situación, sólo mucho ruido. Tuve que pagar 20 libras adicionales por que mis perros quedarse y no se les permitió En el restaurante - que es muy razonable, pero tengo que decir que se comportaban mejor que los otros animales que no tenían que pagar ningún suplemento o no tenían que seguir cualquier regla de conducta básica. En el checkout, no me preguntaron si tenía una estadía agradable. Si es el tipo de establecimiento utilizado pero Trip.com, entonces sólo puedo decir que las primeras impresiones van mucho y me quedaré con otros corredores de hotel en el futuro.

10年前から何度か利用してます。場所は駅から近く部屋は清潔でスタッフが親切でとても良いと思います。しかしアメニティーが以前より減っていおり、スリッパがありませんでしたので少し残念です。朝食は典型的なイギリスの料理で大変おいしいです。

Booked on behalf of two of my engineers who stated that this was an extremely nice place to stay, and they would happily stay again.

Reception staff lovely. Food lovely and motel well presented.  Couple of issues in room - couldn’t get the shower riser to work but only there one night so managed. However not a fan of two single beds zipped together as zip is felt and disrupts sleep. Also wasn’t a fan of the mattress ended with bad back.
