What an incredible host! He speaks English, gave us a free room upgrade, and helped us out with everything. This trip wouldn't have been possible if it wasn't for the hotel owner. He went out of his way to offer us his car, drive us around, and even arrange a driver for us to head back to the train station. There are plenty of halal food options nearby, however don't come without a car or driver. The view is spectacular!

Located next to a river, and to an office building - which looks new but empty. The room itself is huge, arranged in a typical 5-star Chinese hotel lay out. The room is spacious, with more than ample room for big luggage and space to hang our winter clothing. There is complex control of the lighting, and heating & insulation is good. Shower water pressure is strong and temperature is hot. The one main downside is the toilet bowl that wouldn't flush. We had to ask the service man to come on both days. There is a need to upgrade their pumping system for the bowl. Breakfast is Chinese oriented with the eccentricities of yak meat and goat yogurt. The servings appears to be Halal as no pork is served and the cooks are Muslims.

Room is spacious, location is great however the breakfast is pretty miserable. Bring a 5 star hotel, the breakfast is disappointing!😞 breakfast is served from 6.30am-10.30am, we arrived for breakfast at 9am but most food are almost finished and not replenished. At the egg station the condiments such as onions, tomatoes etc for scramble eggs were empty, told the chef nothing left for the eggs, he replied : orh, means no more already😱😱 its 1.5hrs from closing for breakfast and most food items not replenished anymore is not acceptable. Usually I don’t write bad reviews but this is certainly a very bad experience

Aparte de estar cerca de la zona turística, no tiene otras ventajas. La higiene es regular, la cama está muy húmeda y había gente encendiendo fuegos artificiales en plena noche, lo que me despertó varias veces. Es uno de los peores hoteles para alojarse en el Gran Circuito Qinghai-Gansu. El desayuno tampoco es muy bueno.

Muy bueno hotel, la ciudad es muy pequeña, esta residencia es especialmente buena, el servicio es bueno, recomenda la tienda de cuchillos junto al hotel, el pollo grande es especialmente grande! El hotel tiene una estancia maravillosa. El asistente de la empresa Xiao Yan y su personal han ofrecido un excelente servicio durante toda nuestra visita. El hotel está situado en el corazón del nuevo barrio cerca de la plaza Wanda, y ofrece vistas nocturnas hermosas. Las zonas de baño secas y húmedas separadas fueron especialmente convenientes y concienciales. Las cenas nocturnas son muy calientes y satisfactorias, y el desayuno fue excepcional con una gran variedad de opciones. Nos quedaremos aquí la próxima vez que visitemos Xining.
