Very nice and polite staffs especially Miss Huang. Hotel is very near Xining train station, view from hotel room is great. Easy to flag a taxi from hotel, there is free use of washing machine which is great for our dirty laundry. I got a free upgrade and gifts😊 Hotel provide very clean slippers in the bathroom, bathroom and toilet is separate Highly recommend this hotel will stay here if I visit Xining again 👍

Sheng 45 Is located a 25 minute walk from city attractions and a 15+ minute taxi ride to the train and bus stations. Around 8am and 5pm, traffic is terrible because of parents picking up their kids at the nearby school. The Good The best part was the social experience. A couple volunteers were very friendly. They played games and watched movies with us in the communal area on the ground floor. It is a great place to meet people. The Bad While the dorm bed and room were comfortable, there were significant issues elsewhere. The door to the room made loud noises whenever entering and exiting that disturbed sleep. Someone kept the door to the roof outside open, permitting the toxic stench from the nearby auto shop inside as well as street noise and humidity. There was only one functioning squat toilet on the third floor in a dirty bathroom with little privacy—one of the doors wouldn’t close.

Close to the railway and bus stations. I went to Kambula Unesco site. There is no specific instructions how to get there. You are on your own to find your way. People are used to tours going to Tibet or the Qinghai lake anything extra you ask no answer. Thats including the tourist information in the bus terminal. Your best friend is amap in this city. Good hotel friendly people. They dont know much about how to get around. When I first checked in the first question was to upgrade my room as the room I booked was small I was told. Well the room I booked for a single person was way too big besides the room was for double occupancy to begin with.

Aparte del mal servicio, el hotel está en una ubicación extraña, rodeada de tiendas cerradas y edificios - en ninguna parte cerca del centro comercial de la ciudad - con nada a pie. Con la gestión correcta, podría ser un excelente hotel, pero no está bien allí en este momento.

The room is clean and spacious. The buffet breakfast is good with more variety of food but coffee machine is not in working condition on the day of visit. Take long time to get the lift from car park to upper floor. Overall is good.

Nos quedamos en Sofitel Xining por un total de cuatro noches, y nuestra experiencia fue excepcional desde el principio hasta el final. El hotel es hermoso, las habitaciones son modernas y espaciosas, y las instalaciones (baño, gimnasio, salón ejecutivo) son de clase mundial pero lo que realmente hizo la diferencia fue la increíble hospitalidad. Aquí está la casa de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los niños, los niños y los niños. ¡La habitación del hotel era comodísima y moderna! Tuve una estancia estupenda en una buena ubicación, cerca de muchos mercados, la gran mezquita y la estación de tren. La recepcionista fue encantadora y servicial, ¡y amenizó mucho la estancia! Fue muy amable y nos dio buenos consejos sobre dónde ir y qué hacer.

No pensé que en el noroeste del norte todavía chovería en marzo. Es una sorpresa para la primera vez, pero siempre está caliente, porque el servicio intimido del personal del hotel hace que la gente se sienta caliente. Very nice hotel - centrally located The hotel is very clean. The room was big and comfortable with good amenities and very comfortable beds. Our room was clean and good. It was also possible to open the window a little if you want fresh air. The hotel is located «above» a mall, you must take the elevator to the 19th floor where the reception and restaurant is located. This was absolutely no problem, and the location is excellent. There is a vibrant and modern area around the hotel. It’s not close to the railway station, but catching taxi or even bus is easy. The breakfast was very good and had a nice selection of Chinese food. Tasty and fresh dishes, and nice service from the staff in the restaurant. The service of the staff in the reception was very good. We stayed for two nights, first one and then we returned again because of the good service and overall quality of the hotel. The staff didn’t exercise much English, but with the translation apps it’s absolutely no problem to communicate. If you have WeChat it’s super easy to communicate - the hotel has its own WeChat. BoLi Hotel provided a very good experience and we can truly recommend this hotel.

I will start off by saying that the room and bathroom were well appointed, the staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. However, whilst the room was generally clean, when I dropped something that subsequently rolled under a fitted unit, I was pretty disgusted to see the dust and filth beneath it. It clearly had not been cleaned for…well…ever? I appreciate that these areas will not be as clean as the more visible parts of the room, however for a five star hotel, this is unacceptable. I do not expect to find dirty tissues and a thick layer of dust and dirt anywhere in my hotel room. But by far the absolute worst part of my stay was the inability to control the temperature in the room whatsoever. The room was so swelteringly hot that despite the comfortable bed, and everything to go with it, I was almost unable to sleep at all. I do not expect this in a five star hotel(and have never experienced it other than here and at anther Wanda hotel in Hohhot), I pay for luxury; controlling the room temperature is a basic requirement that I can even do in a 50 yuan a night hostel dorm. When I asked the staff at reception the following morning I was told the AC wouldn’t be available until after April 15th because ‘it’s cold outside’. Firstly, I am not sleeping outside, I am sleeping inside, on the 22nd floor, where it is anything but cold. Not to mention it was April, not January, even in Xining it is not that cold. Secondly, as a paying guest, in a five star hotel, it should be up to me to decide if it is hot or cold, not the hotel. For this reason, as lovely as the room, staff and breakfast may have been, I would not stay here again. I checked out and moved to the lower rated Hilton, where I could control the room temperature and actually managed to sleep…generally what the whole point of a hotel is.
