Me iba a dormir después de salir de Hallstatt. Buena elección, el alojamiento es satisfactorio. Pero realmente no hay nada alrededor. Ese supermercado común... Se recomienda comprar comida con antelación y traerla. La insonorización fue un poco decepcionante. Puedo oír todo en la habitación de al lado ********* ¿Es realmente mejor...?

We love Homebound Apartment. Easy self check in. The apartment is good size with kitchen. The toilet is good with heater rack to dry towels. They provide washer and dryer for free love them. They also have bicycle provided and can use to go around town. They have living room with board games which keep my family occupied while I wait for laundry 🤭 we also enjoyed the small gym. Is a good base 15mins from Hallstatt town.

The view from the room was absolutely stunning and easily the highlight of our stay. We were given two rooms, which made the stay very comfortable for our group of 3. The shower had great water pressure and was honestly one of the best we experienced during our trip. If you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay in Gosau, this hotel offers great value for money. There’s also a sauna and fitness room available. One thing to note is that the sauna follows the traditional Austrian style, where guests are expected to use it nude. The bathroom layout was a little unusual, with the toilet and shower located in separate areas, which felt slightly inconvenient at times. As for the breakfast, there weren’t many options. We also tried the hotel’s dinner buffet (€29 per person), and it was quite decent.

The view from our balcony was breathtaking, by the lake and serene. An awesome place to relax and enjoy the peaceful scenery. There’s also a cafe right next to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again if I come back. The hotel is walking distance from Obertraun train station. No need to get off at Hallstatt station and lug your luggage up and down the hill and then load the luggage onto the ferry and unload. Then drag your luggage across Hallstatt to the bus stop at the other side of town. Easy way get off at Obertraun train station and walk to Haus Am See.

We had no issues with the property itself. It is a historic house in beautiful Hallstatt. We already knew about the staircases and need to bring luggages up those staircases. What we were surprised about was the extremely low level of service for such a beautiful property. Apparently the manager was on leave and left two inexperienced girls in charge. Understandably Hallstatt limits vehicular traffic and our car could only stop at a designated spot about 15 min spot from the property. Our driver had called ahead to tell the property we were arriving and asked if shuttle could be arranged. The answer was the only option was to walk. Imagine lugging luggages through the snow. On arriving at the property, we told the girl receiving us to arrange a taxi at checkout to bring us to the dropoff point to meet our driver the next day. She promised to do so. Half an journey before the appointed time she told us no taxis were available and the only option was to walk. You can imagine our frustration with this level of service. A wonderful property let down by extremely poor service.

¡Me encanta la habitación! Está junto al lago. La habitación es espaciosa, la recepción es educada, la ubicación es excelente y el desayuno es fantástico. Impresionante vista desde el balcón. ¡Disfruté de mi estancia allí y tengo una buena relación calidad-precio!

Este resort es realmente inolvidable. Te sientes como en un cuento de hadas, enclavado junto a un lago. El resort cuenta con una gran variedad de juegos infantiles, perfectos para familias. Al otro lado del río se encuentra Hatshepsut, uno de los pueblos más bonitos del mundo. Nos alojamos en una cabaña, una oportunidad única para asiáticos como yo. Era tan romántico y de ensueño que no quería irme. El resort también tiene una pequeña tienda con mucha comida. Las habitaciones están equipadas con menaje de cocina completo y microondas. Puedes comprar comida en la tienda y cocinarla en el resort, así que nunca te quedarás sin comida. La parada de autobús a Hatshepsut está justo afuera del resort. El alojamiento aquí cuesta la mitad que al otro lado de Hatshepsut. Después de mi primera noche, quise quedarme un día más, pero el hotel estaba completamente lleno. La encantadora anfitriona incluso me ofreció un desayuno de cortesía, el mejor que he probado en mi viaje. Al hacer el check-out, amablemente me preguntó qué me parecía el resort. Dije que quería quedarme un día más y la computadora me buscó de nuevo enseguida, pero lamentablemente no había habitaciones disponibles, así que tuve que irme a Hassoutat para quedarme un día más. Espero poder volver a este hermoso pueblo la próxima vez y quedarme unos días más.

Disappointing stay at this hotel. 1. Thermostat not working within the room were the ambient temperature I guess was around 25 degrees. As front desk to resolve and was advised that none of the thermostats within the hotel worked as it was centrally heated. Advise was to open the window...obviously the front desk rep would not have slept in this room with the window open to the traffic noise. 2. Paid room tax by cash upon arrival and requested receipt for expenses and was advised i would receive this at checkout. So at checkout I was then advised the hotel had emailed the receipt to me and as you can guess I never received. Front desk then advised it was being resent and likewise never received. To the manager...I will ensure a return visit to your hotel in the coming weeks and expect you to refund my 4.50 Euros!

Tuve una estancia realmente agradable. Está situado cerca del centro del casco antiguo de Linz, que se puede visitar fácilmente a pie. Para mí, el único inconveniente fue la tarifa del aparcamiento. El hotel no dispone de zona de aparcamiento y hay un aparcamiento subterráneo justo al lado. el hotel, pero las tarifas de estacionamiento son de unos 25 euros por 24 horas, lo cual no estuvo mal considerando que por períodos de tiempo más cortos pagas 3 euros por una hora y si era así en casi todas partes, lo cual me parece un poco molesto porque si te tomas el tiempo para hacerlo. Disfrute de su espresso. Contamos con 20 euros en total con el estacionamiento. Incluso en las calles fueron 3 euros por 90 minutos. La razón por la que hice esta reseña es que yo mismo aprecio mucho cuando alguien más escribe una reseña honesta y me ayudó. con mis estancias y quiero ayudar a que el próximo tenga un buen viaje.

The hotel is a Marriott brand so they have strong attention to customers. Unfortunately I had some issues with the cleanness of the towel and water pressure in the shower and I reported it immediately. I received the full support from management. In particular, Taj from reception went above and beyond to help and make my stay enjoyable, Thank you so much Taj: those subtleties turn what could have remained a bad experience into an enjoyable memory. A big thank you to all the staff! A special thanks goes also to Laura, a young smiling girl in the breakfast service. She prepared delicious omelettes every morning with great care and love :) Thank you so much and wish you all the very best!
