It was very clean and so exiting.First I wrongly booked 2 single beds but I asked for to give me a couple bed from reception.And They helped me ro this. Hotel room so clean and breakfast was a very delicious. And we ordered extra water from reception ,and they brought free. And we ate a national food from restaurant which under the hotel.And we got 15% free coupon . I say thanks

The room was very clean and the location was excellent, making it very convenient to travel around. The reception staff were very helpful and available 24 hours a day. The hotel interior looked সুন্দর and well-designed, with a very pleasant atmosphere. Highly impressed with the stay.

La habitación es muy agradable con muchas comodidades, las camas son cómodas y hay incluso una cocina para cocinar luz. El desayuno era muy bueno, me disfruté mucho! Se entregará a la habitación cada mañana y hay pocas opciones para elegir. Hakim es muy amable, útil y atento. El hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad, y el hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad. Cuando llegamos la primera noche, sentimos que estaba en un pequeño callejón y pensamos que la ubicación no era buena. Cuando me desperté al día siguiente, me encontré con que a sólo unos pasos estaba la madraza Nodir Devon Begi, en la zona central. La plaza de al lado era muy animada y el complejo Kalon no estaba lejos. El hotel en sí es un B&B, pero está bastante limpio. Aunque el mobiliario de la habitación es sencillo, tiene todo lo necesario. Punto importante: También hay mucha agua fría y caliente. El desayuno no es rico, pero definitivamente es suficiente. El jefe no es muy entusiasta, pero el servicio es bueno y la comunicación sencilla en inglés no es un problema.

I recently stayed at the Wyndham Bukhara Hotel and had an excellent experience. The facilities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was both welcoming and comfortable. A special mention goes to the reception team for their outstanding service. Sabrina, in particular, was incredibly helpful and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. Sarhad Hotel is located rin the Old Town, making it very convenient to explore Bukhara on foot. Major cultural and heritage sites, including the Ark, are within walking distance, so there’s no need for transport. This is a family-run hotel, and the personal touch truly stands out. The owner makes the effort to greet guests daily, creating a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. When we arrived past midnight, the owner was on standby to help us check in. We were hungry after the long journey, and they went out of their way to help us order food online — recommending a nearby pizza place, calling the store to check if it was still open, and placing the order for us. Special mention to Asilbek, who was very helpful and attentive, always greeting us and checking on us during breakfast. The team also assisted us with laundry at a very reasonable charge and helped arrange our airport transfer, making the stay hassle-free. The hotel itself is charming, with exquisite interiors that reflect traditional Bukhara style and give a homely feel. Our room was spacious, very clean, and newly renovated. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were fresh and well maintained. Breakfast was simple and adequate — nothing fancy, but perfectly fine if you don’t have high expectations. One small downside: the hotel is located along the road, so you may hear some traffic noise at night. That said, it wasn’t frequent and didn’t significantly affect our stay. Overall, a lovely hotel with genuine hospitality and heartfelt service. Highly recommended for those who value location and personal touch

Room is clean and neat. Location is good that you can walk to many tourist attractions. It is run by a family. The two young boys can speak English. They are helpful and talkative. I would definitely choose this hotel when I visit bukhara again.

Este fue el mejor hotel en el que me alojé durante mi viaje a Uzbekistán; la relación calidad-precio era inmejorable. La ubicación era excelente, a 10 minutos a pie del casco antiguo y junto a un supermercado de cadena. Las habitaciones eran amplias, limpias y tenían terraza. El desayuno fue sorprendentemente abundante. Los dueños fueron muy amables, pero no dejaban de preguntarme por qué no había solicitado el servicio de limpieza. Incluso después de decirles claramente que no lo necesitaba, vinieron y lo limpiaron ╮(╯＿╰)╭, lo cual fue un poco demasiado entusiasta e irrespetuoso. Por lo demás, no hubo ningún problema.

El dueño de este hotel es muy bonito, entusiasta y acogedor, cuidadoso. La ubicación de la población está a sólo unos minutos a pie de las cuatro torres y está en el centro de la antigua ciudad. Aunque no es un hotel de lujo, el pequeño cortile es cálido y la habitación está limpia. El propietario también es muy formal para ayudar a pagar impuestos. Es muy recomendable.
