El hotel está situado junto a la autopista, a unos 30 minutos en coche del aeropuerto de Oslo y a 15 minutos del centro de la ciudad, con cómodo transporte. La habitación es limpia y espaciosa, el desayuno es abundante, hay estacionamiento propio y el check-in y check-out son muy rápidos.

Al principio, era un cuarto doble, debería ser decorado después, el baño era grande, y la habitación era grande, es que el pantallaje era muy europeo: pequeño

Estamos muy satisfechos con este hotel. Principalmente con la recepción 24 horas, el desayuno buffet por la mañana y la amplia habitación. Tuvimos que salir muy temprano, a las 4 de la mañana y no pudimos ir a tomar el desayuno buffet. La recepción nos dio desayuno para llevar para el camino. Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel a todo el mundo 😄

Este hotel está cerca de la estación de tren, lo que resulta muy práctico para levantarse temprano y coger el tren, pero el hotel es principalmente de autoservicio y el personal no siempre está disponible. Los precios en el norte de Europa son realmente altos. Elegí la habitación más barata, pero esta habitación es realmente muy pequeña y no es fácil colocar una maleta grande. La ropa de cama no está muy limpia, como si el anterior huésped no hubiera cambiado la ropa de cama después de marcharse. .

El hotel es muy caliente y la recepción también es muy buena. Las instalaciones están completas. El desayuno es especialmente delicioso. Todo el mundo le gusta comer. El camino a la estación no es muy conveniente en general.

El hotel está justo enfrente de la estación de tren de Oslo. No está lejos de varias atracciones. Es un hotel relativamente grande y recibe a muchos turistas y grupos de turistas. La habitación es espaciosa para ser del norte de Europa, y la cama es muy suave y cómoda. También hay puertos USB para cargar el móvil. El hotel también cuenta con piscina y sauna. El desayuno se sirve en la segunda planta de 7:00 a 10:00. Es muy completo y hay mucha variedad. El restaurante también es muy grande. En general, está muy limpio. Recomiendo encarecidamente alojarse aquí.

El desayuno es espectacular, todo está muy bueno. Aunque todos los días es casi igual pero esta muy bueno.
Las camadas son cómodas, el baño es moderno pero algo pequeño para mi que mido 1,80 cm. La ubicación es espectacular. Mejor ubicación es imposible: cerca del puerto, cerca del centro y de todo lo turísticos, 3 supermercados que venden de todo.
El check in es automático pero es fácil e intuitivo. Si no lograras hacerlo, hay una persona que te ayuda a realizarlo.

While location is good, near steen and stroms.
too many doors to open using the app. different codes for building entry and rooms. too much reliance on app to open doors (which often need more tries before it can work) instead of having digital buttons to enter premises.
low ceilings for hallways so it seems like a container house. good supply room for bath towels.
laundry area can be improved. only two washing machines (small one) and one dryer.
old style elevator, small - have to use stairs in between. so if you have lots of luggages...this place is not recommended.

Went to check in before my time,hotel staff suggested me to keep luggage at storage ,and checked in will be only possible after 3 pm ,check process is in online system,if you want to do early you have to pay additional charges.There is no slippers and bottle water in the room.
Cleanliness of room is fine ,but the waiting area in reception area needs a improvement

UUsuario invitadoThe location was conveniently close to major sites like Oslo's Central station and all the attractions in Karl Johan's Gate. We could see both the Oslo Opera House, Munch Museum and Oslofjord from our room's window. It is a short walk to many good restaurants, cafes and shops as well as some convenience stores. The area is pretty walkable but you just have to watch out for uneven pavement. Bus 30 has a stop right in front of the hotel and many of the museums worth making a trip out of the city centre for are on this route.
The ”barception” combines both a bar and a reception area. There is plenty of seating in the lobby which also functions as the breakfast area in the morning. The reception desk also has a small convenience store where you can purchase snacks, drinks and some sandwiches but it is a little bit pricier than the nearby convenience stores and supermarkets. Reception staff were welcoming and friendly during our stay and we visited a few times and received information and assistance quickly. We were initially worried because there was only one working elevator during our stay but that was only an issue a couple of times.
We liked our room with the furnishings provided but would say it is very dim. We got a corner room which had a work space, a bench by the window, a chair and a good sized bed. We appreciated that there were several coat hooks on the walls to hang our winter clothing on when we visited. The hotel promotes sustainability throughout and while the lighting is perfect in the hallways and common areas we found our three small lights and two bedside lamps did not provide enough lighting in the evening which comes early in December. The TV was a big flat screen but unfortunately the smart features were disabled and the programming available is a little dry at this hotel.
The amenities at the hotel are sufficient but I booked believing that there would be laundry facilities on site which there isn't. They recommended going to a sister property which was about a 10-15 minute walk away and online had one laundry machine and we were lucky not to have to wait long to get it done. Kettles and extra pillows are available upon request.
Our favourite part of the bathroom was the heated floor which made the bathroom nice and cozy. The shower had swinging doors on both sides which helped open up the space when it wasn't in use but it didn't provide a perfect seal to keep the water in during a shower. Thankfully the heated floor helped evaporate the overflow quickly. The shower pressure was good but it was initially tricky to get the right temperature. We appreciated that there was plenty of counter space in the bathroom which made up for the lack of ventilation so use the toilet wisely.
The breakfast was pretty good. There was a good variety of hot and cold items including smoked salmon, pancakes, chia seed cups, overnight oats, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, cheese and an area to make your own yoghurt bowl with toppings. They also had a tea/coffee area with plenty of additives like non-sugar sweeteners and creamed honey. We liked the fruit platters but found by the time we went they were largely picked over and they were the less desirable pieces leftover. We started each of our days off right with a decent breakfast each morning.
Comfort Hotel has seemingly taken over Oslo in this area and there are quite a few locations. We picked this hotel because it was pretty central for our itinerary, was fairly priced and it has decent sized rooms.

SShauna McFaulFor our stay, we booked a studio apartment at The Sweet. The room was lovely and kitchenette was well-equipped. We were able to cook meals there over the days of Christmas when most restaurants and shops were closed. The location is a little outside of the center- nice and quiet but easy to access public transit.
My biggest issue with this hotel was that communication was very… odd. As the booking notes, I called the hotel in advance to schedule my check-in. When my call was answered, I told them who I was and that I was calling to schedule my check in (for a time when the booking said check in is available). I was told no one would be at reception at that time (3pm on Dec 23) and they would text me instructions for how to check myself in. Then she confirmed my phone number and asked for my email address, but when I started to give it, she said, “oh, that’s ok. We can’t use email anyway”. Odd. Before getting off the phone, I had her confirm that I would receive a text the next day with instructions to check in.
Our train arrived around 2pm in Oslo and we still hadn’t received a text, so we waited at the train station thinking perhaps they would send the text right at 3pm since that was the time I had requested. At 3, I still hadn’t received anything, so we called the hotel again. A different employee answered from the one I had spoken to the day before. I gave my name and explained that I was calling because I had scheduled check in the day before but hadn’t received the information to check in. The employee asked where I was and told me that there were people staffing reception to help us check in, which I thought was odd because the previous employee told me no one would be there. When we got to the hotel, we rang the bell and got into the building, but reception is apparently in the basement- there is only a very tiny sign that says this- so we missed it and I called them again. A man came up with our keys and got us set to go.
We got into our room and it was lovely! About 5 hours later, I got a call from Trip saying that the hotel is trying to contact me because they are wondering why I hadn’t checked in and they don’t have a way to get in touch with me. I was sitting in the hotel room when I got this call. I told the Trip representative that I was checked in and it was fine for her to give my phone and email to the hotel.
I know the communication elements have taken up a huge portion of my review and I know they are not the end of the world, but I want to share them because I believe it would be quite simple to avoid situations like this in the future and make the guest experience that much more pleasant at The Sweet.
We greatly enjoyed our stay at the hotel overall and thoroughly enjoyed exploring Oslo!

UUsuario invitadoThe location was excellent....close to downtown plus there was an interesting restaurant area behind the hotel that bordered the Akerselva (?) River. However, many of these restaurants were large and did not appeal to me for this reason (see below).
It was also an easy walk to Oslo Central Station.
The hotel itself was appealing - with a nicely decorated lobby.
I was disappointed with the service from the Front Desk staff, who were busy with ”reception related” tasks and had little time to discuss areas of interest in the City. Often there was no one at the front desk.
Also, the bar/restaurant attached to the hotel did not open until the evening, and while there were restaurants close by, many of these were large open spaces and not ”warm”

BbillyoojiEste hotel está a unos minutos a pie de la estación central de Oslo. No muy centralizado, pero conveniente. El personal es muy útil cuando tuve problemas con conexión al wifi. El desayuno es increíble y hay una amplia variedad de opciones. Un desayuno muy pesado y un almuerzo para ahorrar dinero.
Además, el hotel está muy cerca del supermercado llamado Kiwi, permitiendo que usted compre frutas y snacks a un precio asequible.

BBillNot a good experience at Numa Hallen. NOT RECOMMENDED. Rooms are big, clean and quiet. However, the “hotel” is not supported by any staff.
The digital check in failed initially. We did not receive the check in email as advised. Maybe if you book directly with Numa, not a third party like Trip, this might work. Don’t know. We rang the web site and Trip advertised phone number to get a check in email. It is disconnected. This defect is recorded in previous reviews, Does anyone read these complaints?
Read the previous reviews and noted the WhatsAPP number to be found at door front. Was ready for this we thought. The WhatsAPP number only has a virtual attendant. So no verbal communication available only short text messages readable. Jumped through many hoops and eventually received our check in details on the kerb outside the hotel. Thought we would be sleeping on the street for a while.
Once inside we noted the big sign in kitchen about leaving a window open when cooking. Next morning all fire alarms in the hotel section went off. A closed window somewhere perhaps. Alarm couldn’t be shut off so we evacuated with our bags like many others. Guess it must happen often due to the prominence of the sign.
The experience wasn’t good and is a great example of technology making life more difficult. The quest to remove people from hospitality jobs diminishes the hospitality aspect. It also leaves no backup except for meaningless, valueless, unaccountable apologies.
The communications failures and fire alarm intrusion are significant infrastructure short comings.
Wouldn’t stay there again.

Es muy práctico para hacer turismo en Oslo y es el mejor punto de partida para explorar otras ciudades de Noruega. El hotel ofrece excelentes instalaciones, como la piscina y la sauna en la planta 32. Desde la planta 33, podrá disfrutar de unas impresionantes vistas panorámicas y relajarse tomando algo por la noche. El personal del hotel se encarga de atender a los huéspedes. Disfrutamos de los aperitivos, tanto de comida como de vino, para animarnos en el desayuno. Nos encanta la excelente cadena Radisson Hotel de Noruega y la recomendamos encarecidamente.

It turned out that they could meet a day earlier than they had previously stated. Though I offered to Home Hotel Bastion that I delete 5/26 and substitute 5/30, that was not accepted. The problem was that Trips.com would not allow it, even though I announced the request by message before I left the U.S. There should have been a provision for making a change withing a reasonable amount of time.
