Wifi, personal amable, ambiente limpio, huéspedes respetuosos, ubicación conveniente con izakayas, restaurantes, tiendas y la estación de tren cerca. A solo unas paradas del aeropuerto y la estación de Miebashi (puerto de Tomari para quienes toman el ferry). El baño público fue relajante y agradable después de un largo día. Se proporcionan toallas y artículos de aseo. Muy recomendable, especialmente para viajeros solos con presupuesto limitado.

The check in was very easy, as was finding the location along of the villa on the beach. The condo/villa is absolutely stunning with a view of the ocean that cannot be beat. We appreciated the gorgeous sunsets, the pool and soaking tub on the 2nd floor balcony, and the outstanding views of the beach and island (Yojima) in the distance. The beds were some of the most comfortable we slept in while in Japan. We deeply appreciated the amenities - breakfast and food delivery (sausages, veggies, fresh bread, eggs and drinks) upon arrival, and found the layout of the house was fantastic for our family of 5. With two sleeping areas downstairs (kids), and an upstairs master bedroom (parents), we had MORE than enough space. One thing we would have liked about the location description online is an understanding that there is VERY little near by in terms of restaurants, convenience stores, etc. Depending on the weather, not much is walkable within 15-20 minutes. We ate at the Taco Rice restaurant, and walked 30 minutes to a local supermarket, and we drove the other places we needed to go. Also, the general impression we got from the website was that you can access the beach directly from the villa - sort of a, ”walk out to the sand” idea. You cannot. There is a 6-foot wall that separates the bottom floor of the villa with the actual beach area (needed for water level rising during storms, we get that :))... but there is no way down without jumping, nor a path to the beach (from our #3/C Villa, at least). We ended up jumping down the retaining wall using their small gate, walking around to a local business area that had a clear path, and accessing the beach that way. This was fine, don't get me wrong. Also, while the view is spectacular (and it really is), there is a TON of rebar from a former construction project (unfinished, we asked around) that sticks up out of the ocean at low, or extremely low tide (both of which we experienced while visiting - the extremely low tide happens each new/full moon, we were told). When this occurs, the beach stretches for 550 yards. We were able to ”walk and explore” (careful of course of the coral!), but for 1.5 days, we had a view of tons and tons of rebar sticking straight out of the sand, that stretched for 100s of yards in each direction. Again, this did not ruin anything, but it would be nice to know when booking a pricey room. I think the views are outstanding, given the timing you take the photo :) Overall, we would likely not stay again for the price, but it was a relaxing and splurge-y way to get that Okinawa sunset in at the end of long trip (5 weeks) in Japan. We are grateful for this adventure and my shared experience in this review is simply to help families understand more about the property. We traveled in mid-July. Thank you!

When we arrived, already liked the atmosphere of the lobby- bar-restaurant, which was lively, with nice lighting and the green foliage from the window wall and smell nice too, which is very important. We could early check-in in a corner room and high floor! Our purpose was to leave our bags and was surprised with rooms ready. Our room was spotless, decorated with neutral colours, very comfortable, everything was new. The only thing, the window only opens just a little bit and was hard to close it back and the faucet of the sink was just below the glass shelf and you will hit it every time you turn it on and the room lights had few individual switches, therefore was almost an all lights on or all lights off deal! Another down thing was the flip-flops which weren’t comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and fresh, with just the right amount of choices but everything available was really good. The public bath as well, everything was new, clean and with enough number of showers and the bath had the right size, decorated with simple and tasteful colours, the water was delicious. The location of the hotel was very good, just a few minutes walk to the monorail and with convenient shopping around. We enjoyed every minute of our stayed! It was excellent!

福ちゃん、ニコルさんと２匹の猫、藻玉と煮豆に優しく迎えられ、あっという間に滞在日数が過ぎてしまいました。大満足で、皆さんへおすすめのお宿です。 内外装ともとっても素敵です。リゾートに来た〜と感じます。レンタカー用に駐車場を使わせてもらいました。 居室内は清潔・快適です。ベッド・布団はとってもふんわり良く眠れました。 エリアはレンタカーがあればとても便利な立地です。フサキビーチのすぐ近くあり、徒歩でビーチまで行けます(フサキビーチリゾートのメインの建屋の方を通り、特に手続き等不要です)。 朝食を頂きました。食材・調味料の一つひとつにこだわったお料理で、心も身体も癒されます。 私たちは未体験ですが、ヒーリングトリートメントやYOGAを受ける事ができます。 また是非訪れたいお宿です。

Review of Onna Resort, Okinawa About me: I’m a frequent flyer to Japan and a long-time fan of staying at villas and resorts across the country. I enjoy discovering different accommodations across Japan. This time, I chose Onna Resort for a relaxing group trip. ⸻ 👍 What I liked: • Spacious resort– Very roomy and comfortable, easily fits 7–8 people. Perfect for families or groups of friends. • Clean and well-maintained – The entire resort was spotless and felt well cared for. • View exactly as shown in photos – Stunning ocean view that matches the listing. Great for enjoying sunrise and sunset. • Beach nearby – A beach is within walking distance. While it may not be the best in Okinawa, it’s still nice for a stroll or quick swim. • Washer and dryer setup – Includes both a washer-dryer combo and a separate dryer, which is especially handy for drying towels and clothes after swimming. • Well-equipped kitchen – Good selection of cookware and appliances for preparing meals. • Private and quiet surroundings – Peaceful setting with no disturbance from other guests. ⸻ 👎 What could be improved: • Inconsistent check-in information – The email offered early check-in, and a staff member via video call said I could check in at 2pm. But when I arrived, another staff said it was 3pm. This communication gap should be addressed. • Missing basic items – No cups or glasses were provided, obviously an oversight by the cleaning staff. • Limited towel supply – Towels are provided strictly based on headcount. Given the proximity to the beach, it would be more convenient to offer a few extra towels without needing to ask. • Limited Coffee Supply - The resort provides coffee bags based on headcount as well, which was insufficient for guests who consume two or three cups daily. A more generous and considerate coffee supply would enhance the experience. • Insufficient tableware – Only two large plates were provided. It would be more practical to include additional small dishes, rice bowls, and condiment plates (e.g. for soy sauce or wasabi), especially for guests who plan to cook. • Lack of basic cooking ingredients – It would be helpful if staple items like cooking oil, salt, and pepper were provided to make meal preparation more convenient. • No power outlets near beds – Most sockets were located low on the wall and away from sleeping areas, making it inconvenient to charge phones or devices overnight. • Weak Wi-Fi signal in places – Internet connection was spotty in some areas of the villa, although it offers several wifi spots within the resort, but still weak

Excelente ubicación en la estación de monorraíl Makishi n.° 9. Gire a la derecha y camine 2 minutos hasta el hotel por un puente. Es muy práctico, ya que el aeropuerto de Naha tarda solo 20 minutos para tomar el vuelo de la mañana. La calle Kokusai, con numerosos restaurantes, está a solo 150 m. Sin embargo, la habitación doble puede resultar un poco pequeña.

We had spent 4 nights at the hotel during the Golden Week which might have influenced the perception of service, but not dramatically. Among the advantages of the hotel are: nice spacious rooms (ours had a stunning sea view); generally good location with beautiful nature and access to the beaches where you could actually swim (not a given on the island) - at least until the tide goes too low; reasonably good food across the restaurants with rather friendly prices; stylish bar with quality drinks. Among the disadvantages are: very non-Japanese service (generally not very helpful, with low penetration of English among the staff) and lack of attention to detail that could make the resort actually very nice - again, not very typical case for Japan. A few pieces of advice to the management: 1. Bring the option of in-room breakfast. If a guest is sick and can’t go down, it’s impossible to order in-room breakfast on the day, while rooms service opens at 11:30. Same frustration goes to the coffee stall downstairs that doesn’t serve coffee during earlier breakfast hours 2. Consider equipping rooms with coffee machines and contemporary electronics - low costs to take, yet massive disadvantage for the 5* status for not having them 3. Pay more attention to room service: we spent 48h without shampoo and shower gel. Our glasses were washed occasionally. New bottles of drinking water arrived only once. 4. Fix the beach! The amenities there look like a poor community beach area, especially those shameful umbrellas. You have reasonable amenities at the pool - why not spreading them to the beach areas to make them feel more like a resort rather than public beaches that no one gave any care? 5. Gym and SPA amenities could use a bit of refreshment. I won’t mention SPA service itself which might be a result of poor luck with the specific technician 6. Empty mini bar equals lost revenue. You could easily cover the modifications above through adding more options for people to enjoy drinks at their balconies. What makes staying in Japan truly special - genuine care and attention to every detail - was completely missing over our stay at this Hyatt. In fact, we consistently had that feeling “this could actually be really nice” and then something would go terribly wrong with the awkward service. The hotel that looks like 5* on pictures leaves a 3* aftertaste at max. I am only writing this because I felt it didn’t have to - those are easy aspects to fix.

Cuando fui allí, me preocupaba si sería demasiado viejo después de leer las críticas. De hecho, fui. Para amigos como yo que no son muy exigentes, pensé que era muy bueno. Como hotel de larga trayectoria, La ubicación es absolutamente impecable. Creo que puedo escribir una guía sencilla para mayor comodidad en el futuro. Vayan, gente. Entorno: Vamos en Año Nuevo, que probablemente sea fuera de temporada, no hay muchos lugares para elegir para comer alrededor del hotel y por la noche está aún más oscuro. Simplemente seguí las luces y las antorchas en la puerta para encontrar el hotel, y afortunadamente el sabor no fue malo. Hay un Lawson en la puerta, que se ha convertido en nuestro centro comercial designado. Cuando nos perdimos una comida, compramos una lonchera en Lawson, que también estaba deliciosa. Cuando regresamos, tomamos el autobús de enlace del hotel de regreso a la ciudad. El autobús de enlace tiene un horario y se reserva con antelación por una tarifa. . El autobús lanzadera del hotel va desde la terminal al aeropuerto y pasa por la ciudad, nos bajamos del autobús a mitad de camino. Instalaciones: La habitación es bastante satisfactoria. Algunas puertas de los gabinetes se cayeron al tocarlas, pero aún así está muy limpia y ordenada. El mar en el hotel es hermoso, el mar de cristal y hay varias instalaciones recreativas. Incluso si fuimos en invierno , hacía demasiado frío y no jugamos. Los niños cavaron en la arena. Lo malo es que cuando miras las fotos se ve que las camas se pueden armar, pero no se pueden armar en el sitio. Además, la ubicación del piso de la habitación reservada por Ctrip no era muy buena.

Localización El hotel está situado en una calle lateral justo a la carretera principal, y ofrece un tranquilo lugar, pero un fácil acceso a los restaurantes cercanos. Cuestiones de servicios • Pobre comunicación: llegué una hora antes de las 3:00 horas del inicio del check-in. Aunque entendí que no estaba disponible, el personal me dirigió a un pequeño y incómodo banco en la entrada del restaurante para esperar. Estaba lloviendo fuera, y el asiento era tan pobre que finalmente decidí salir a la lluvia para matar tiempo. Aquí está la sala de estar. • Incentivos engañosos: El hotel ofrece una tarjeta de información que indica que los huéspedes reciben 1.000 créditos para limpiar la sala de desplazamiento. Cuando volví a la habitación para una segunda estancia y me lo preguntaba, el receptor me dijo que desde que ya había comprobado, no había ”no pruebas” la habitación no estaba limpia, no se podía ofrecer ningún crédito. Calidad de la habitación En una nota positiva, las habitaciones son muy espaciosas, lo que hizo la estancia física muy cómoda

The hotel was very easy to locate, right off the main road, yet not noisy. The staff gave us a warm welcome and was very friendly and helpful. They are English speaking too. Room was spacious in Japanese standards. Very comfortable for 2 of us. Beds and beddings were clean and comfortable, we had very good sleep. Lots of amenities for you to pick at each floor lobby. And they have free washer and dryer on the 3rd floor too. Great for travellers staying longer. There are many restaurants and convenience stores all with minutes of driving in the vicinity. This is definitely a great place to stay.
