This place has a 120 years of Legacy banner but actually is the 120 years of bureaucrassy. Had two visits of the technician - first one when the washroom door got locked on its own. On calling they sent support after 15 minutes - upon reminder the receptionist very bluntly stated these take time. The service staff came and said the doors are old and this is normal. Great, so no repair Next day we find our room supply failed at 550AM. On calling them service staff once again appeared after 15 minutes and while they politely regretted the situation they spent 20 minutes exploring and eventually the boy shouted - sir it's the same LED driver in wardrobe - so once again we find a known issue disturbing our sleep/ stay. Room service for water refill takes 10 minutes. It could be that Indians are treated poorly at this iconic place but I have had a better experience in Paharganj than here. On checkout I was asked my email again when on check-in I had put everything. I was told we might have had technical issues. Each issue is completely small in itself but series of such careless events in a day's stay and the crass attitude of delay only leads me to write this long rant. So much for the most known name for hotels in India. Avoid - choose the ITC which is much much better and no-nonsense.

Best part is hotel is within airport compound and saves lot of hustle in transit times… bit expensive side and they should give hourly basis booking option as well because it makes no sense to book for whole day when you actually need to spend few hours before ur next flight in the hotel… overall nice experience..

Es un hotel decente. Se llaman 4 estrellas de negocios, pero falta en ciertos lugares. Por ejemplo, el baño está cerrado. Está pintado en la mármol. El espectáculo fue la vista de la habitación. En general es un hotel decente. También ofrecen sólo 2 botellas de agua complimentaria en la habitación.

Service The staff at Taj Santa Cruz went above and beyond to make my stay special. From the efficient check-in process to the friendly concierge who helped me with local tips, I felt genuinely cared for throughout my visit. En el hotel, el personal dijo que no sería necesario que fueras a casa y que no te dejara ir a casa. Una vez llegados aquí, ellos negaron totalmente que no podían ayudar, pero aún entendíamos sus cosas que les dijimos que al menos les proporcionamos un lugar para mantener nuestra promesa a la que nos han ofrecido. Una vez volvimos al hotel y le preguntó al tipo de recepción que si él nos puede ofrecer una habitación por 1 hora como queríamos descansar y estabamos listos para pagar por lo mismo a lo que él negó totalmente que no tenemos una habitación cuando todo el hotel tiene así ***y habitaciones vacantes . El hotel ***agement debe tener la decencia básica de hu*** para dar a sus huéspedes la estancia más memorable en lugar de arruinar el viaje. La experiencia patética, no tienen una eminidad básica de polvo en las habitaciones, su fachada de salud se ha roto, ni siquiera ofrecen toallas básicas. Después de unos minutos volvimos a verle y le preguntábamos cuáles serán las tarifas por 1 hora y él preguntó por Rs.600 y reservamos este hotel por un día en 850! No lo recomendaré, porque el tipo de recepción no es de ninguna utilidad.

El hotel está bellamente construido, muy cerca del aeropuerto, conveniente para el transporte, el hotel tiene un área grande, hay un jardín afuera, la habitación es vieja y la colcha es relativamente delgada. Las comidas del restaurante son deliciosas.

The hotel is in a good location. The breakfast is delicious and has a lot to choose from. The room is clean. The reception staff is very nice. The bed is soft.
