«⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely wonderful family stay at Mason Pine Hotel and it exceeded our expectations. Even before our arrival, the communication with the hotel team was excellent. They responded promptly to our requests and made us feel truly welcomed. Upon check-in, we were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade with a beautiful pool view. The room was also thoughtfully prepared with a personalized welcome message on the mirror, a delicious cake, and adorable elephant towel decorations. These small touches made our family feel very special. The facilities are outstanding, especially for families with children. Our little one had so much fun enjoying the swimming pool, trampoline, arcade games, and the various kids’ activities available throughout the hotel. We were also pleasantly surprised to find pickleball facilities, which added another enjoyable activity during our stay. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and the entire hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What impressed us the most was the genuine hospitality of every staff member. Everyone was warm, friendly, and always willing to help. They even kindly granted us a complimentary late check-out until 1 PM, which we truly appreciated. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and family-friendly getaway near Bandung. I started my morning with a 5K run from the hotel to the Bumi Hejo and IKEA Kota Baru Parahyangan area before returning to the hotel. The route was enjoyable, the morning atmosphere was fresh, and it was a perfect way to begin the day. This is definitely an added bonus for guests who enjoy running or morning walks. We’ve stayed at several hotels before, including a beachfront resort in Bali, but Mason Pine Hotel has become our favorite family staycation destination. It wasn’t just because of the facilities—it was the genuine hospitality, thoughtful attention to detail, and the complete family-friendly experience that truly made the difference. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to come back.»

«I had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this resort. There was a small cockroach in the cabin, but it wasn't unexpected since the resort is nestled in a forest surrounded by nature. What I loved most was the cool weather, peaceful atmosphere, and beautiful natural surroundings. The campfire in the evening created a warm and memorable experience, while the BBQ was enjoyable and the jacuzzi was the perfect way to unwind after a long day. I also upgraded to the Golf View cabin (Cabins 1609 & 1611), and it was absolutely worth it. The view was beautiful, and there was a lovely chilling area near the lobby where we could relax at night. The breakfast was superb, offering a great variety of delicious food, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. There are also plenty of nearby activities to enjoy, such as ATV rides, paintball, and other outdoor adventures, making the stay even more exciting. If you're looking to escape the busy city and enjoy fresh air, nature, and a peaceful glamping experience, this is definitely a fantastic place to stay. Despite the minor issue, I truly enjoyed every moment of my visit and would happily return again. Highly recommended for anyone who loves nature and glamping! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐»

«The hotel is relatively brand new, the room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The swimming pool facilities in the hotel is very large and clean, as well the gym facilities are also great and spacious. The hotel is considered luxurious. However, the location is quite isolated so we could only reach the hotel if we have a private car, and the location surrounding is quite far from Lembang city center. As for the quality of food in the restaurant for breakfast, I think it should be improved from the taste and variant, since this is considered as 5 star hotel. However, as overall this hotel is great, moreover the price is also affordable.»

«Really enjoy the hotel, (sorry no pics), straight forward check in. Pick up keys on the main lobby, then drive in to the hotel complex with your own car. During day time = there’s bugee available. Many animals available for viewing and theres shows available. This cenderawasih is nearest to the entrance and food area. Scooters are available for rent at extra cpst (good rental to commute and explore the whole area) Rooms clean, however there was a smell in the bathroom initially, dialed room service and they came immediately to handle it and it was good afterwards.»

«It's the budget hotel of ascott so you can expect good standard in term of cleanliness and services. I got trouble when I check in as the electricity in the room was not working but the staff fix it quickly. Happy with the services.»

«Our stay at Gaia Bandung was truly exceptional, and the team deserves every bit of praise. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Whoever selected and trained the staff clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Everyone we encountered was warm, kind, genuinely welcoming and incredibly helpful. There was something particularly special about the smiles from the staff — they never felt routine or forced, but genuinely warm and sincere. We honestly felt like celebrities throughout our stay! 😊 The hotel itself is beautiful, stylish and very chic, while still managing to feel warm and welcoming. The food was excellent, with a wonderful variety of choices, so there was something for everyone. We also had a fantastic massage, which was another highlight of our stay. And then there was MonoMono. The restaurant was absolutely amazing, both in terms of the food and the experience. We received wonderful service from Ramdan, Roma, Hali and the entire team. They were knowledgeable, attentive and genuinely caring, while also knowing exactly when to be present and when to give us space. It made the whole dining experience feel very special. But what impressed us most was what happened when our stay unexpectedly took a difficult turn. When my husband ended up in hospital, the care and concern from the Gaia team went far beyond anything we could have expected from a hotel. The concierge team and the entire crew were incredibly helpful, and the duty manager and staff were checking on his condition every couple of hours. They genuinely cared about how he was doing and whether there was anything they could do to help. That kind of care cannot be taught from a service manual. It comes from people who genuinely care about their guests. Gaia gave us a beautiful stay, wonderful food, excellent service and an absolutely lovely environment — but most importantly, it gave us a team of people who made us feel looked after when we really needed it. A huge thank you to everyone at Gaia and MonoMono. Ramdan, Roma, Hali, the concierge team, the duty manager and every member of the staff who took care of us: you made a lasting impression on our family, and you deserve all the praise. ❤️ We would happily return to Gaia, and we will remember the people here long after we leave.»

«Actually, I've been wanting to stay at this hotel for a long time, it's really my dream, in the end I ended up staying with a friend, there was a little story that wasn't good, my friend's bed sheets and pillows a bit dirty, maybe they weren't changed or they weren't properly check. I recommended this hotel to her ,which wasn't good, I asked for the bed sheets to be changed, in the morning I had to leave immediately at the time I booked the hotel, not including breakfast because I was in a hurry, the photo below then went upstairs I think 5 minutes take the photo above for a moment, I wanted to see the view, there was an employee said that to take photos, you have to wait for breakfast to finish, namely 10 o'clock, hmmmhmmmm, the story is in a hurry, long story short, for the overall experience, the cleanliness is 4/5 for the view nice , but better you have time to a relaxing stay»

«Cleanliness is so-so, there are some stains on blankets, the towels and sofa. They gave us extra tissues with bare hands, no gloves or whatever so i doubt the cleanliness lol. But we got upgraded to the family room instead of triple room so we enjoyed it. Wifi is slightly slow. Breakfast wasn’t good at all, restaurant area is dirty. The bed is old like we can hear the sound of the bed “krek krek”. Price-wise is ok. Location is ok, near to everywhere. We enjoyed the smart tv.»
