Llegamos a las 12 y pudimos ir directamente a nuestra casa. El hotel es hermoso y limpio. Teníamos cena en el hotel que era muy delicioso y el desayuno tenía una gran selección de comida caliente y tuvimos que hacer nuestras propias waffles 🤤

The room is so spacious. Couple of gripes are i was unable to have a coffee as the kettle had seen better days and was really grubby inside. When we got out of the lift at floor 1 there was an overwhelming smell of ******** as if someone had been smoking it in their room. We just looked at eachother as it is a personal dislike of that smell. Its very distinguished and lingers - the smell remained each time we got out of the lift. Service was impeccable.

Free parking - lie.Had to pay £14 quarter mile away. Unwelcoming reception behind screen. Struggled to get key card to work (twice). Terrible noise from sirens (hospital nearby). Wont use hotel or trip.com again. Review system is very awkward.

Estaba bien hasta que yo y mi compañero volvíamos de una gilipollas, alrededor de las 22:45, y nos encontramos completamente cerrados por un buen 20 minutos, tuvimos que tener al oficial de seguridad de la puerta de abajo para llamar al trabajador del presidente para abrir la puerta. Nada, no tanto como una excusa, por dejarnos en frío.

Cozy little inn, great atmosphere in a rural countryside location. Food was very good, the staff were friendly, and the room was clean. Can’t ask for anything more!

Esta casa no es buena, esta vez es demasiado pequeña, y vivía dos veces en el primer piso del suelo. Desayuno está bien, desayuno británico estándar El servicio también está bien, la piscina es buena

La ubicación del cuarto es excelente. Hay una entrada para el parque de juegos de 1 minuto a pie. Puede ver el mar inmenso a través de la carretera. La decoración del cuarto es muy nueva, el desayuno es bueno, es un gran hotel en Blackpool

El hotel es muy limpio, se quedó por una noche, el personal que me inspeccionó era muy agradable, aunque tenía problemas con trip.com. Recomendaría y permanecería de nuevo

Tje room jad everything we needed. Could have been perfect with bery little attention as paint and chrome peeling off of things in the bathroom, but didn't affect the cleanliness. Bed was comfy and sheets cleaned well. The hotel has a little café for the morning, but also the pub next door is great for food.

We stayed over for a night - late check in and out. The staff were very attentive and accommodating. We have 2 children, a 4 years old and a 5 months old. We arrived quite late and so were the last table in the restaurant for dinner as well as the last to join the breakfast. However, the staff made sure we have all we needed and tried their best to help us. Impressive service and a pleasant stay. We will definitely come back to this hotel in the next visit to Lancaster.
