El hotel de la ciudad de Zara, que nos ha encargado de forma auténtica y ha ayudado al proceso de entrada, nos ha mostrado un verdadero interés por los clientes y ha proporcionado información adecuada. La habitación era compacta con todas las necesidades - me gusta especialmente el espacio bajo la cama para poner mi maleta abierta, y las amplias opciones de espejos. La primera cosa que nos queja es que podíamos oír música alta desde nuestra habitación a principios de la mañana (6.30-7am), que sospechamos de venir de las clases de gimnasio.

Few niggles but fantastic stay overall especially the Spa service! Didn’t order food or try the restaurant so can’t comment on that. Toilet facilities fully equipped with essentials you might be missing, like toiletries for women, dry shampoo and deodorant. I’ve never seen this at any other hotel I’ve stayed in, so it’s a nice touch! Close to the station which is a bonus, a little walk to the city centre with plenty of places to eat.

Pleasant room. Only stayed for 8 hours in total, so did not use any of the hotel amenities. Decor is looking a little worn but far from outdated and dilapidated. Bedroom was a fair size and tidy. Tea/coffee supplies, bottled water, hairdryer, iron, soap/shampoo/shower gel. The only thing thing letting the stay down was the bed. The frame felt a little unstable and the mattress felt very ‘bouncy’ and cheap. I still managed to sleep ok but I have slept in much more comfortable beds at basic hotels. Overall, for the amount I paid, it was well worth the stay.

Nice room which was extremely clean and the beds were super comfortable. Powerful shower but why they have installed clear glass doors in every bathroom is a mystery

Dusty surfaces in room and bathroom, rusty bin. I use a wheelchair and the room was large enough to negotiate around and bathroom adequate but there was a ledge going into bathroom and going out of room which was a struggle for my wheelchair and some of the other doors along corridors also has bumps. I told front desk so hopefully they will sort this for next guests. We put card on door requesting breakfast in room about 10.30pm the night before but was not collected. They did, however, promptly provide breakfast when I rang reception and apologised and informed me she would report this. Overall there were parts that looked a little dated and in need of a bit more care and attention such as redecorating. We didn't see the whole building but I hope the function rooms for weddings etc are of a better standard, maybe someone can verify? The bed was comfy and plenty of spare pillows and towels. Breakfast was nice. Bedroom freezing when we entered, no radiator but they had a Dyson electric fan which heated up the room after a while. I would stay here again but I would ring first to check they had sorted the ledge to bathroom first.

What a beautiful hotel in beautiful setting. We had a spacious room with a lovely big bed and separate bath with over shower. Bottle of water in the room and kettle with coffee and tea sachets. Hotel provides toiletries. We had pre booked breakfast which was a buffet and very nice. All in all a good stay

Very conveniently situated at Fleet services.The male receptionist was very polite, well spoken and helpful. The female receptionist in the morning was also polite and friendly. Although the hotel looks a bit tired it was spotlessly clean in the bedroom, with good quality amenities in the bathroom. The only downside was on arrival I was told I had to pay £5 for parking. When I queried it, I was today that if I had booked on the hotel website the parking is free!

Breakfast at the weekend doesn't start until 8.00am. We were playing a Pickleball Tournament on their Acrylic tennis courts and needed to digest our food before running around! The hot items weren't all out which was irritating. Bacon, sausages and eggs were missing. As soon as the eggs arrived they were gone because everyone was queuing. If it says breakfast starts at 8.00, then it should all be available on time! Pools are great, (one specifically for children and one for adults. Sporting facility was excellent. Free parking for hotel guests. Bedroom was very clean and had everything one needed. No air con, but fan in cupboard. Magnifying mirror, iron & board, hairdryer. I had to stay at the hotel to continue playing my tournament, but wanted to have a last swim to ease my muscles before driving home in a terrible heatwave. They said check out had been at 11.00am and I would have to pay £10! I thought that was rather steep so declined. There was hardly anyone in the pool and a small kind gesture after paying for 2 nights would have lifted my spirits and given a better impression. The pool was also only open from 8.00am. Far too late if people want a swim before breakfast. Dogs seem to be allowed at the hotel in the bedrooms. 4 yapping dogs in one room is a bit much. Awful for the cleaners and I put the TV on to mask the noise! Drinks and food quite expensive. Great Indian in the village! It was great though being able to stay at the actual venue for the tournament. Cheaper through Trip com than the Tournament offer rate!
