Stayed for 1 night with breakfast with my son and husband . Had a multiple room ( double and single bed ) .  Room was very clean , good size with a desk and chair . Wardrobe , hairdryer and iron facility. Also good sized Tv . Bathroom again clean and supplied with towels , hair and shower gel .  The added bonus was access to the fitness suite ( pool and gym ) .  Hotel contained a bar and separate restaurant area . We didn’t have to book a table , we were seated straight away . Food was slightly expensive in price , but adequate.  Breakfast was a buffet , well presented, a variety of choice of cooked and cold choices .  The only thing I would say was a bit of a “ let down” , was paying £7 to park our car in their private car park .  Overall a lovely hotel , to which I would definitely return to !  The Reception lady was also very happy , friendly and chatty 😁

This is a functional little hotel that is close to the train station. Don't expect luxury, but you can expect friendly and warm service, and a spacious room. The reason I booked this hotel was due to the rail strikes. I was on a business trip and meant to be taking the train to London that evening but wasn't able to. Furthermore, it was the Cheltenham races and all the other places had already been booked out. This room was a lifesaver for me. I was exhausted from an intense itinerary and needed a place to sleep and freshen up. I was pointed to the supermarket close by. As there were all the cutlery and even a microwave in the room, I had no issues rustling up a hot meal for myself. I am giving this hotel a high rating because the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I just want to make it very clear that guests need to understand this is not a fancy establishment designed for holidaying, but if you are travelling for work purposes, this will come close to being home away from home.

Tamaño de la habitación decepcionante  La habitación que recibí no se ajustaba a las especificaciones prometidas durante la reserva. La habitación que me dirigí fue mucho más pequeña (aproximadamente 20 m2) cramped y difícil de navegar, con poca capacidad para el equipaje o cómodo movimiento. Initially, the service agent insisted all rooms were the same size and claimed I'd been upgraded to a Queen-size room. Después de casi una hora de discusión tarde de noche con el administrador de servicio, a las 11:00 pm, finalmente se me ofreció una habitación que era notablemente más espaciosa y adecuada a mis expectativas. Esta experiencia destaca la importancia de las descripciones honestas y exactas en las listas de hoteles.

Everything just nearby, friendly and really helpfull person. Everything just nearby and really safe for the tourist.

En un hotel en la ciudad, el entorno está tranquilo y bonito, pero la actitud del servicio de la recepción es general. También nos ha arreglado una habitación en la puerta del pasillo. Alguien pasa por la mañana con un paseo más lento, y el estacionamiento requiere una tarifa

Lovely setting, plenty parking. Didn’t eat there so can’t comment on restaurants. Just next door there’s a cafe and a pizzeria with a marque type set up and also a van that serves churros, donuts and crepes in the evening. Plenty of walking around and about. Only thing that was a little annoying is not being able to use the pool without booking a spa treatment which we did not do.

Good food, good staff. Place is far from attractions. Need car to mobile. No bus

La cama es muy cómoda, y si lo necesitas, puedes cambiar las sábanas en tres días. Alguien lo limpia todos los días, lo cual es genial. El día del check-in, le prepararemos pan de leche y algunas frutas. El registro es la habitación principal del hotel. Personalmente, siento que las instalaciones son un poco antiguas, no tan frescas como la imagen. Los utensilios de cocina preparados solo se pueden utilizar para comidas sencillas al estilo europeo, y los platos al estilo chino se muestran reacios. La lavadora tuvo que quejarse, estaba muy sucia, había pelos y suciedad, pero era inútil.

No puedo pedir más para esta casa de huéspedes. El personal amigable y la habitación es cómoda. Está cerca de la zona de comedor con hermosa paisaje. Aunque tuvimos que llevar nuestros bolsillos/bagajes al tercer piso.
