Very good location and good amenities in room with fridge, microwave and crockery. Staff were friendly and check in and out were straightforward. Only downside no parking and there was quite a lot of noise as Window backed onto main street. Regardless would stay again very convenient if in staying in central Gloucester.

Un buen presupuesto no frills hotel cerca de 15 minutos fuera de Gloucester, en el estacionamiento, limpio room.with ensuite (todo trabajado ).comfy y limpio grande cama doble , tranquilo , en el interior y fuera y un muy útil tipo en la recepción cuando me ingresé.Very goo valor por el dinero.

Beautiful hotel. Room is spacious and bedding very comfortable. Bathroom can improve in particular splash from shower n wetting the floor. Staff overall very nice and polite. Waiting staff in Brasserie Joanne and Megan are particularly impressive in accommodating customer’s requests.

No issues with room, comfortable bed. Issue after checkout as the hotel called and left a message asking for money for an adjustment on the booking that I didn't make. I did atrempt to correct my name as it showed up as Newma not Newman, but that's a correction not an adjustment that should cost money when it wasn't my mistake. Also when I checked in it still showed up at the hotel as Newma, so the correction hadn't been made.

A 10 minutos en coche del centro de la ciudad hasta el hotel. Es muy práctico si tienes tu propio coche. El lugar es decente y tranquilo. Ideal para disfrutar de un breve descanso en un entorno silencioso y con un personal atento.

I had trouble checking in and had to get help from the bar staff who were very helpful The bedrooms were a bit on the small side for 2 people, there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms and it was very hot weather. The breakfast menu was adequate. We did not have dinner at the hotel. The bottom step on the main stairway had no markings on the edge, and one of my party fell down that step on 2 occasions. Fortunately he was not injured, but the matter needs redressing. We pointed it out to one of the bar staff who said he would pass on the comment. The staff were very pleasant at all times.

La ubicación es excelente y tiene aparcamiento en la instalación que me alegra. Es un auto-chequeo, por lo que algunas orientaciones en términos de do & no, junto con qué instalaciones/facilidades están disponibles o algo para explicar las horas de check-out y algún tipo de contacto en términos de consultas podrían ayudar. La habitación estaba en el sótano (no se le dio ninguna opción ni lo sabía antes de que me encuentro en el hotel) y fue un poco huele a pesar de una buena limpieza.

It was a good place just a little bit stuffy and makes me choked all through the night

It was a great experience and stay. A bit far from the city center. But the room was spacious and I loved bathrooms. It was very comfortable. And top of that, the restaurant served amazing food! I highly recommend :)

Lovely stay. Complimentary upgraded and breakfast as I am a Platinum Elite Marriott Bonvoy. Spacious room. Great Christmas deco. Staff at check in was very helpful and attentive. He welcome me as an elite member. Breakfast was ok, not excellent. Not much spread. Overall, a great stay for work.
