El hotel está cerca del centro turístico de Nati, a unos 150 metros. Es el hotel más cercano a la puerta de la zona del panorama de la ciudad. En la tarde del 3 de agosto, vi dónde se habían instalado plataformas personalizadas para ayudarme a reservar a la gente a 10 kilómetros de la puerta del área del panorama, y a toda la carretera, no podía soportarlo, y yo mismo fijé la casa con Trip.com. Free station pick up and drop off. Staff very friendly and helpful in recommending reasonable 1 day taxi to the canyon. Free unlimited bottled water. Breakfast is quite good with varieties. Room is clean.

有機場接送，可載運2輛裝箱自行車。飯店9:00(還是6:00)即可入住，讓轉機的旅客可提早入住休息。 因入住時，飯店的早餐時間尚未結束。前台讓我們先行用餐，對於因為搭早班飛機未用餐的旅客很是體貼。 因行李較多，感謝前台幫忙升等房間。房內設施完善，一次性毛巾、浴巾很方便，面料柔順。早餐選擇比較多，湯麵、粥，或是西式麵包、中式小菜、水果，還有豆漿、牛奶、咖啡。 服務人員友善，笑臉迎人，對於旅客的需求，會盡可能幫助協助解決問題。 唯一缺點，廁所沒有掛勾，無法吊掛衣服，浴室地板略滑。

Amazing hotel. Wonderful service, Extremely good value for money! Aliya was extremely helpful! I was looking for a touristic place to visit as I only had an hour to spare. She helped me order the Didi and helped me set the locations to come back the hotel on my phone. The rooms are clean with beautiful views, all amenities are available with a pillow menu! The restaurant serves extremely fresh fish(as they have a live fish tank) & delicious dishes. A must in Altay !

El lati es muy bonito, el hotel también es muy diseñado, la moda no está inestable y es importante para una ubicación de 5 kilómetros. Las camas limpias son muy seguras, el control de los clientes inteligentes es muy conveniente, las frutas frescas son muy intimidas, tienen un sabor de regreso y se les da la regalo a su compañero cuando se va de la tienda, y se esconde la mente por todas partes. Conducir sin problemas, estacionar gratis y ofrecer un camión ideal. Le daré cinco puntos.

Our short one night stay was wonderful. We preferred this hotel a lot better than Atour Yining Shanghai City for its grand beauty, the surrounding view (hotel sits on the main road with nice view of the city). Breakfast is halal and yummy, only thing that needs improvement was for the restaurant staffs behavior - they were standing near the food counter, staring at us when we were getting the food, taking pics etc leaving us feeling so very uncomfortable. If they wish to observe us, pls do so at the entrance door and not at the food area.

Wow! What an amazing place to stay and how lucky we were to find it. By far the best place we stayed in China. Mrs. Li (the owner) was so genuinely nice and caring, and we felt like part of the family staying there. One of my favorite things in Kashgar was hanging out with her and her family in the evenings. She always invited us at night to hangout in the common area where she would make us tea and share her fresh and dried fruits with us. She was really good at using a translator app, so we were able to have a good conversation with her through that. She has a great little family. Her son speaks good English and was also very nice. She had a young daughter who also speaks English, but is more shy with it (though she will sing you a Taylor Swift song..she has a great voice). They have 3 cats and the youngest one, little tiger, is just the sweetest and the friendliest cat I have ever met. It was such a good and warm feeling to stay there. We definitely wish we could visit again. A home away from home. And we were treated so generously in more ways than we can write here. Mrs. Li asked us right away if there was anything she could help us with, without us having to ask, which we really appreciated, and she took the time to sit down with us to go over our plans. She let us store our luggage for 3 days and walked us out to help us get a taxi when we departed. While it was the family that made it simply amazing, some might also be interested in the following information. The location is great. On a quiet street. Close to the big mosque which is a good landmark to use to find the area. And of course close to the old city. It's also really close to the biggest supermarket we have found thus far in China (we have to admit it was nice to get a few ”luxuries” from home like cereal and hot chocolate). The guesthouse is cute and has a Central Asian feel. The shower works great and is hot. We were there in the winter, and the room has heat if you needed it. Mrs. Li was able to arrange a driver for us to go to Tashkorgun and the Karakorum Highway, which was super helpful. The place was nice and clean. Thank you so much Mrs. Li!
