El hotel está situado en la ciudad de Narti, en el condado de Xinjiang, muy cerca de la zona de paisaje de Nati, y se puede decir que la puerta es. One reason for choosing Wanda Moments was to see the views of the mountains from the rooftop but it was so so. The mountain view from the room window is awesome. Another reason is for the Oxygen supply in the room but it was so confusing. We couldn’t understand what the staff is saying. We don’t understand why only one guest get the oxygen supply. The young guys at the reception were not helpful and were hesitant to go up to the room to assist us. Our stay was all in all hectic, going up and down to get assistance. For tourists from out of China, be warned that the food serving is huge. Rice came in a huge portion, soup in a huge bowl. It was sad to see them go to waste. Perhaps the hotel can tailor the menu down to smaller portions.

El día después de que nos fuimos ya la extrañamos. El hotel es perfecto, las habitaciones son confortables, las camas son agradables, se siente como en casa, y la ubicación es increíble. (Y hay un gato muy amable!)

They have truly perfected the meaning of glamping (glamorous + camping) in every single way. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s hospitality and service were not just comparable to world-class 5-star hotels in many ways, they exceeded them. As a non-Chinese speaking guest, I was a little nervous at first, but the team went above and beyond to make me feel completely at ease. Their cheerful smiles and genuine warmth were so heartwarming. What touched me the most? They constantly checked on my fiancée, who is vegetarian, making sure she had wonderful options at every meal. Seeing that level of care for her meant the world to me. They even carried my heavy luggage to the room❤️ Activities (both paid and free): They have horseback riding with the on-site coach – highly recommend (yes, it's a paid service). For free activities, there’s a giant swing (reminiscent of the one in Kalajun Grassland), archery, and the most beautiful, calm animals: two incredibly cute lambs, a cow, several horses, and the sweetest little dog who will greet you. If you’re nervous around animals, don’t worry – they are the chillest, calmest creatures and will only approach if you call them. Food: 10/10. My fiancée said it was the best meal she had in all of Xinjiang. Cooked by the wonderful Ah Po and Ah Gong, every dish felt like a loving home-cooked meal made by grandparents. There’s also an adorable cafe hut (though we didn’t get coffee – we were too busy being in awe of everything around us). Room standards: This is where they truly shine. Air conditioning, heater, soft comfy bed, overhead curtains to open or close for stargazing, fridge, hairdryer, lighted mirror, heated toilet – and spotlessly clean. We slept like a baby. And finally… stargazing. This is exactly why I chose this place. We stayed up until 3 AM, completely mesmerized by a sky full of stars like I’ve never seen before. The hotel has a great location: a brisk 5-7-minute walk from the metro (exit A). The route itself is interesting: on the left and right are entrances to the Grand Bazaar and plenty of street vendors selling fruit, food, clothing, and souvenirs. The hotel was unusual for us as tourists. When you open your room, the curtains automatically open, and you hear a voice message in Chinese. We didn't understand what it meant, though. The room was large, beautiful, and comfortable, with good beds, a huge TV, and panoramic windows. The courtyard view means the windows overlook other hotel windows through a narrow pedestrian walkway with a transparent roof, allowing you to see other guests—and they can see you. Although our silhouettes weren't very clear, we still felt uneasy, so we asked to change rooms. We were upgraded to a room with smaller windows. The sink was separate in the room, and the bathroom had only a toilet and shower. The toilet didn't have a flush button; it flushed automatically and had a small blue light, which was convenient if you want to use it at night in the dark. At first, we were very disappointed that the room didn't have a refrigerator (minibar), as stated in the room description, as we had strictly chosen a hotel with a minibar. At reception, we were told we could put food in their refrigerator. As compensation, they allowed us to check out a little later for free. Also cheese yoghurts «Tea Ballet» were offered every day. They were very tasty and of good quality. There are several robots roaming inside the hotel, but we didn't understand their function either. You can pick up some essentials for your stay on the ground floor (tea, sleeping masks, hair elastics, and other suitable stuff). We really enjoyed the breakfasts. The selection wasn't huge compared to other hotels, but they were all well-prepared and delicious. The food wasn't too spicy, with pleasant seasonings, good milk tea, corn, etc., which gave the impression of a healthy meal. We had a few small suggestions regarding the room: it would have been very helpful to have more towel racks in the bathroom and a bit more storage space for clothes. Also, we noticed there were no forks available during breakfast, which was a little inconvenient. We believe addressing these small details would make the guest experience even better. El hotel es un hotel con una habitación limpia y un vuelo de 1130pm desde Tashkent, y se llevó a la ordenación de la inmigración y el uso a 1210am, y se le dio un transporte propio al hotel de 1230am (último). El hotel ofrece un desayuno de calidad con comida china básica y no hay comida o café occidental o continental. La recepción polita y por el precio que pagamos , no hay quejas, pero satisfecho ya que sólo necesitamos una cama para dormir volando tarde.

Excelente ubicación y excelente relación calidad-precio. El personal es muy amable y servicial, y la habitación tenía todo lo necesario. Mi única preocupación fueron unos huéspedes extremadamente ruidosos en otra habitación, que continuaron desde la medianoche hasta las 6 de la mañana una noche. Admito que no se lo comenté al personal porque me pareció demasiado tarde, así que no puedo opinar sobre su eficacia. Estoy seguro de que habrían ayudado a solucionarlo. Esto significa que la insonorización no es perfecta, pero todo lo demás estuvo muy bien. Disfruté de mi estancia y volveré si vuelvo a Kashgar.

El hotel tiene un bonito diseño. El servicio fue excelente. El guardia de seguridad vino hasta aquí para recoger mi equipaje, y la camarera de pisos incluso me preparó un baño de leche para los pies por la noche, lo cual fue muy relajante. Está muy cerca de la calle Hotan Second.
