Un hotel fantástico cerca del Palacio del Gran Mariscal y la Calle Zhongjie. El personal ofrece un servicio excelente, son amables y educados, especialmente en la recepción, donde el check-in es muy rápido. La habitación estaba muy limpia, el agua embotellada es ilimitada y tanto la habitación como el baño están impecables. La ubicación es ideal para moverse, muy cerca del Palacio Imperial y del Palacio del Gran Mariscal. Justo al salir, está la calle peatonal, lo cual es muy conveniente. También me gustó mucho el té de la tarde (de 13:00 a 15:00) de autoservicio.

After carefully weighing the options between the Horizon Club Room and the 2-Bedroom Residence, we chose the Residence and could not have been happier with our decision. The enormous extra space, privacy, and comfort made it the perfect choice for our stay. For families or groups traveling together, I highly recommend considering the Residences. A special mention goes to Mr. KAKI, the Residences Manager. From check-in to check-out, he was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely courteous. His constant presence and willingness to assist elevated our experience from a 5-star stay to what truly felt like a 6-star experience. Having spent the previous two weeks traveling throughout Northeast China and staying at several other 5-star hotels, we can confidently say that Shangri-La Dalian stands out as one of the finest hotels we encountered in every respect. Some highlights of our stay: • The breakfast was generous, varied, and absolutely delicious. • Housekeeping was exceptionally efficient and responsive. • The air conditioning worked perfectly, providing consistently cool and comfortable temperatures. • The automated toilets with spray bidet functions were a thoughtful touch and added greatly to the overall comfort of the room. Shangri-La Dalian delivers excellence not only through its facilities but also through its people. Our stay exceeded expectations, and we would not hesitate to return on our next visit to Dalian.

Extremely pleased with this hotel. It was on an unassuming street, upon enterring the hotel there is a feeling of class and neatness to the atmosphere. The room is comfy and classy as well, a pity that I spent more time outside than enjoying the room comforts. Will definitely book here again if I ever come back Shenyang.

The stay was enjoyable. Although the hotel is somewhat dated, it is clean and well maintained, with good service throughout. It is one of the few in the area that offers a swimming pool, which is a nice bonus. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated being upgraded to a higher floor upon request. Breakfast includes both Chinese and Western options, but it is fairly ordinary in quality. The location is convenient—about 300 metres from Anton Old Street and next to Wanda Plaza. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. We definitely stay again.

A good and satisfying stay with large room and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Easily travel to the city by Subway Zhongsan station. The reception staff spoke some English which really helped through check-in and enquiries. The plus point is location, cleanliness, and value. Amenities were fair and focused on practical and functional needs The hotel was clean with nice comfortable beds and clean sheets and the design was smartly done and functional

Wow! Very impressive! Our family stayed here with our friends from back home for one night. Thoroughly enjoyed it! Everything was top notch. From the decor down to the last details of cleanliness live up to the 5 star standards! The service was friendly and efficient. Most staff can speak some English to help us. Nice big windows with a great city view. The breakfast was probably one of the best in all the 5 star hotels I have tried in Asia! They had an awesome real expresso coffee machine and REAL Canadian bacon plus a very good variety of pastries and hot food! More than enough to get you through the morning and afternoon! Went to the pool on 5th floor and it had a panoramic view of the city and water was very clean. So yes! Well worth the money! Only regret was that we wish we had booked one more night of stay! Keep it up! We will be back!

This is a beautiful hotel and we were extremely satisfied with our room. We missed out on the breakfast as we had to leave at 6:30am which is when the breakfast service commences. We wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Estaba impresionado con este hotel. Pensé que la habitación de vapor y los tubos calientes/refrigerados eran excelentes. Un tratamiento durante el tiempo de invierno. La habitación era muy limpia y las camas estaban cómodas. Muy tranquilas en la noche. Caterings para desayunos para sabores asiáticos pero me gustaba. El café era excelente.

We couldn’t find the hotel we went too a different building then I called the hotel number, the guy was very friendly and directed us to the right building! The room is very nice and quiet! The location too is nice everywhere we went a Didi was cheap ! A small note is the cleaning can do better! Overall We enjoyed our staying !
