Éramos 6 extranjeros los que nos alojamos en este hotel. ¡Y la única palabra que podemos decir es PERFECTO! Este hotel es INCREÍBLE, ¡el servicio al cliente es INCREÍBLE! Nos registramos sin problemas, sin mencionar todas las comodidades que nos brindó este hotel. Y estaba muy, muy limpio. UN AGRADECIMIENTO para la RECEPCIÓN, que nos sorprendió con la ayuda que necesitamos como extranjeros. Además, este hotel ofrece el uso GRATUITO de su GIMNASIO.

The Xihe Hotel is really great! The rooms are spacious and clean, the front desk service is excellent, and the value for money is high. It's definitely worth recommending.

My room was in 2130. The bathroom is clean and well maintained, but my first impression of the bedroom isn't quite well. Some lamps are broken and the TV couldn't be turned on (I already checked the electricity outlet). And the room corridor is very confusing, it felt like I was in a maze. Even though they already provide a map, it still needs quite a while to figure out the way to go to your room. And for breakfast, please consider an upgrade. When i was checking in, the staff seemed busy and not focused, but when i was checking out, the staff gave me a hand cream and a can of soda complimentary, which is great.

Oh this is a great hotel, clean rooms comfortable bedding and individual controls for the air conditioning. Rooms are spacious Water pressure great Plenty of hot water Staff super friendly Laundry Room in the basement Lots of great food options within 5 minutes walk from the hotel Subway 5 minutes walk Some noise on street facing rooms but it wasn’t a problem for me and was quite by 9pm. I will definitely stay again when in Dalian Loved it ✌️

In my opinion, this InterContinental doesn’t measure up to others I’ve stayed at across China and the world. While the staff were excellent—accommodating late check-out and communicating well in English—the hotel itself felt old and worn out. My biggest letdown was the massage place (not hotel-operated), which was downright disgusting, offering inappropriate services that tainted my entire experience. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet was very good (especially the pork sandwiches), though overcrowded—avoid peak times if possible. The gym was decent, and the views/location were great for my trail run. A special shoutout to some outstanding staff, like Karl and Vincent—wish I could remember the others' names!

This hotel offers incredible views over the river and into North Korea!! Each room also comes with a set of binoculars so you can get a closer look if you'd like. It was a very luxurious hotel but a friend found a few bugs (earwigs) in their room and that was a little off putting. We didn't eat the food there since it was. a bit expensive for our budget. Since we mainly booked this hotel for its location, it gets a 5/5 for that. As for everything else.... it was all right.

There is no doubt that this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in my life. The staff is great! These are some of the best employees I have ever met in my life. Eric, the concierge manager, and all the receptionists are great. This is a dream hotel with an excellent location. To be honest, everything is perfect. Every time I come to Shenyang, I will definitely stay in this hotel. There is no doubt.

A little hard to find if you come with thr train instead of a didi, just enter the tall building via a C entry. Up to 29 floor.Room was different from the pictures, still amazing.

Overall a good place with a bright design. Location is about 20-25 minutes walking from the train station or 15 minutes from the metro station with a direct link to the airport. It is foreigner friendly, since the friendly staff knows some English or tries to communicate via online translator. The bed was very comfortable, Aircon worked for cooling, WiFi was fast. Two minor flaws: drainage in the shower didn't work well and there was some weird smell in the room when I arrived, but nothing too serious. The breakfast is not a buffet. You'll be served a tray with some food as shown on photo. If you like chicken feet and a prawn in rice porridge for breakfast, you'll love it :) On the flip side, they push you hard to leave them a 5* review when you check out. They even have a special manual for that in several languages. This spoils the overall good impression. In any case, I can recommend this place.

The check-in experience was excellent. From check-in to check-out, the hotel staff were all very enthusiastic. The concierge Clark, knowing that it was my first time in Shenyang, enthusiastically introduced me to the city's scenic spots and routes. My phone couldn't connect to the domestic WiFi, and he actively sought help from his leader Sean to solve the problem for me, which took a lot of time. I was very grateful. The Guest Relations Manager Alisa saw that l was in a hurry and processed my check-in procedures in advance, and even sent a fruit basket to my room, showing great concern for my stay experience. It was wonderful. This is a very human hotel and llove it so much!
