Ventajas: 1: El desayuno del hotel es realmente increíble, ¡el restaurante es enorme y muy variado! La sopa de ternera que te ofrecen al entrar es recién hecha, calentita y deliciosa. 2: La habitación tiene calefacción por suelo radiante, muy cómoda. Hay que encenderla uno mismo. Sugerencias: 1: Las chicas de recepción no sonríen al atender, pero bueno, son de la generación Z, ya es un logro que vengan a trabajar. 2: Cuando nos íbamos, un joven nos ayudó con las maletas, pero no nos pidió un taxi. Nos quedamos esperando como tontos. Creo que deberían mejorar el proceso de servicio. De lo contrario, tener mucha gente es un desperdicio. El paisaje, qué decir... dicen que por la noche es precioso, pero a mí me gusta más de día, para gustos los colores. Snacks: Probé todos los que mencionaron, pero ninguno me resultó tan reconfortante como un bol de wontons. La masa es muy fina y el relleno no sabe a carne cruda. El espectáculo nocturno también estuvo bien. Fue animado ver a la gente reunida.

El ambiente es muy agradable y limpio. La recepcionista fue súper amable y atenta, siempre respondía a todo. El hotel está muy cerca de la Pagoda del Príncipe Teng, a solo un par de pasos, y al lado también hay tiendas de hanfu, ¡muy conveniente!

The hotel is in the perfect location if you wanna visit TengWang pavillion. It's just right across the pavillion. From the moment we arrive at the reception, we feel warm with the friendly service. Our room is facing the TengWang pavillion with little extra bucks. Nice view both at day & night. Breakfast is decent with good choice. Kudos to all the staff in Mercure hotel. Especially thanks to Alex at reception who assisted me to contact the person on my next day at WangXian valley.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and everything was still perfect. We want to express our appreciation for one of the staff members at check-in, Yuki. She remembered us—perhaps because of our limited Mandarin skills (haaaa....haaa.....)—and went out of her way to ensure we understood everything we needed to know. Yuki also reminded us to reach out to her or her colleagues if we needed any assistance. Her efforts made our stay even more enjoyable!!

I was completely ‘WOW’ by the services and the cleanliness of my rooms during my stay at Shangri La Nanchang. The cleaners who cleaned my rooms were consistent in maintaining clean and sparkling surface top of my rooms. We were given connecting rooms (2713 & 2714) which made it easier for me to walk over to my children without stepping out of my room in my pyjamas. Manager Mr Hank Zhang ensured my stay was pleasant, convenient and enjoyable for me as he knew that I was staying there for 5D4N with my 3 children. Counter staff Ms Ava Li was friendly and professional in handling my request with thoughtful act and professionalism. Thank you to all the staff in Shangri La Nanchang for making my last lap of the China trip a pleasant, enjoyable and comfortable stay from 21 to 25 December 2024. I would strongly recommending EVERYONE to stay at Shangri La Nanchang. Lastly, the bell boy and traffic control staff were always helpful and friendly in treating every guest with respect. Well done Shangri La Nanchang for training all your staff with pride and respect. ❤️💪👍😊 You can watch the fountain dancing every night at 7pm to 7.15 pm and 8pm to 8.15 pm. 🎄

This hotel is really fantastic, and we had an incredibly wonderful time here! The hotel's facilities are top-notch. In particular, the clay (pottery-making) facilities are extremely well-equipped. There's a dedicated pottery studio, and we even have instructors who are masters of intangible cultural heritage to teach us. This allows us to fully unleash our creativity and experience the magic of high-quality kaolin clay coming alive under our fingertips. When it comes to painting colored glazes, it's as if I've transformed into a little painter, using colors to depict the beauty in my heart. The hand-wrapped wontons for breakfast are absolutely delicious. They're not only nourishing but also incredibly tasty. That's why we decided to stay here for three whole days. The environment is also superb. The ”venting bottles” (a special decorative feature) in the backyard have become my go-to spot for taking photos. The pictures I take there have a great ambiance. The koi fish in the pond are so much fun; they actually follow people around. The hotel is very close to the ancient street. It's just an 800-meter walk, and you can get there in a few steps. Wearing the hotel's cheongsams (traditional Chinese dresses) for photos gives off a strong vibe of the Republic of China era. I saw many young ladies wearing them. I'll definitely come back here next time!
