今年秋天海拉爾旅遊真火啊！我們一行三人基本都要訂套房，本來預訂的套房無房門隔開，有些不方便，辦理入住時，前台工作人員熱情周到，主動為我們免費升級到了黑駿馬套房，這份意外之喜瞬間拉滿好感。 升級後的套房完全超出預期，空間寬敞通透，佈局合理，無論是收納行李還是日常活動都格外方便，完美滿足了我們的出行需求。全屋的智能設備操作便捷，價格合適，堪稱海拉爾住宿的性價比優選。

This was my first time in China and the first city I visited was Manzhouli. I found this hotel and honestly I think it's the best place if you want to explore the city. It's located right in the center, the room is very big and you have all the services you need. But most importantly is the lovely receptionist Paule that I met there that made the whole experience much better. She will help you with whatever issue you have and I recommend to ask her how much should a taxi to go to a certain place because some taxi drivers take advantage of the fact that you're a foreigner and overcharge you. Come here and you won't be disappointed 😉

Not too far from Hohhot train station, the lobby looks nice and features a Mongolian yurt display. The room is quite spacious, though it’s clear that the hotel has been around for quite some time. There is also a ******* locker near the entrance, which makes food delivery very convenient.

El hotel Shangrila es realmente grandioso. La experiencia de estadía es realmente muy buena ～ Si no estás aquí, habrá una empresa de hotel, la señorita Bai Chen Min, que llamará a mi habitación satisfactoria antes de que me llame. La recepción también es muy buena para la estadía. Los equipos de la habitación están completos, La higiene se hizo muy bien. Location is the best. Shopping, food, metro and bus stations are all together. Close with Silk Road garden which is very beautiful and peaceful place for walking and running. Service was good. Bed sheets and towels were all new and clean. So satisfied for price and happy to come again. Thank you

La ubicación es un poco difícil de encontrar, pero el hotel es increíble; la habitación es grande, agradable y cálida. Superó mis expectativas.

El apartamento está muy bien tiene de todo se duerme bien sin ruidos entrada de metro cercana, pero cuesta de encontrar debería aber más información, está en un edificio de 27 plantas el checkin lo hice en la 24 y el apartamento me lo dieron en la 21

Very good hotel and a very nice Hohhot city! Was the perfect last night after our Inner Mongolia road trip. Very good service and excellent English speaking support made our stay very comfortable. Also the breakfast was very good with a comfort local and international food.

Excellent Stay at a Beautiful New Hotel I spent a night at this hotel and had an awesome experience! Everything was perfect—from the modern, stylish decor to the overall cleanliness and comfort. The hotel is brand new and you can really feel the quality and attention to detail. Front desk girl was an amazing host—friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make the stay special. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!
