今年秋天海拉爾旅遊真火啊！我們一行三人基本都要訂套房，本來預訂的套房無房門隔開，有些不方便，辦理入住時，前台工作人員熱情周到，主動為我們免費升級到了黑駿馬套房，這份意外之喜瞬間拉滿好感。 升級後的套房完全超出預期，空間寬敞通透，佈局合理，無論是收納行李還是日常活動都格外方便，完美滿足了我們的出行需求。全屋的智能設備操作便捷，價格合適，堪稱海拉爾住宿的性價比優選。

The hotel is one floor in a huge building with many ”hotels” within the building. So I was confused when I was looking for the hotel. The room is big and while you can see the facilities are old, they are still servicable. Eg. the tap was wobbling and literally almost loose but well, still works :). The main downside is, its a smoking allowed place, so even though my room is ”non-smoking”, once you open the door, the whole corridor is cigarette smoke. Even people at the reception smokes.

It would have been nice if there is someone who can speak English to help foreign tourists. The front desk receptionists need more training. They must ask the guests which method is preferred to pay the deposit instead of directly charging it to the credit card without informing the guest first. Apart from the unpleasant check-in experience, overall, it was a good stay. Concierge staff were super helpful. Wish I could enjoy the hotel a bit more.

El hotel Shangrila es realmente grandioso. La experiencia de estadía es realmente muy buena ～ Si no estás aquí, habrá una empresa de hotel, la señorita Bai Chen Min, que llamará a mi habitación satisfactoria antes de que me llame. Location is the best. Shopping, food, metro and bus stations are all together. Close with Silk Road garden which is very beautiful and peaceful place for walking and running. Service was good. Bed sheets and towels were all new and clean. So satisfied for price and happy to come again. Thank you

Nos alojamos 3 noches en el Xinhai Holiday Hotel. Era acogedor y estaba cerca de la mayoría de los lugares que queríamos visitar. Lo único malo fue que no pudimos regular la temperatura de la calefacción, pero lo logramos. Muchas gracias por el buen servicio. Mucha suerte.

La habitación es muy amplia, y la habitación es muy amplia. La habitación estaba en el piso 2410 del Block C, 24 de piso, y la encontramos después de un tiempo. La habitación que nos dio estaba en el piso 21. La ubicación es fantástica, en Wanda Plaza, fácilmente accesible por el subterráneo y los autobuses. En la noche, hay muchas cenas a lo largo de las calles de los pies junto a Wanda Plaza y detrás de ella. ¡Es un hotel muy agradable, muy agradable, muy recomendable!

I recently stayed at Wanda Vista, and honestly, it was such a nice experience from start to finish. The hotel is super comfy, with clean and cozy rooms that make it easy to just relax and chill. What made the biggest impression was the staff. Everyone I came across was so friendly and welcoming,they genuinely seemed to care about making sure I had a good time. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or the restaurant team, they all went above and beyond to make me feel at home.Overall, it was such a relaxing and pleasant stay. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a comfortable place with awesome people!

乾淨整潔衞生 這次入住體驗超棒！酒店地理位置優越，周邊商圈、景點步行可達。房間寬敞整潔，床品柔軟舒適，智能設備一應俱全。工作人員熱情周到，從前台到保潔都耐心解答問題、主動提供幫助。早餐種類豐富，中西式搭配合理。性價比超高，下次還會選擇這裏！
