Staff were helpful despite the language barrier, they were very kind when i used translate app to communicate. There was an unpleasent smell coming out of the toilet With the free airport service it only took 10 minutes to get to the airport. Also there was a convenience store right next to the hotel which is useful. Note: Make sure you bring a Chinese travel adapter for your chargers, the room had one but it was 80 yuan.

Hay muchas tiendas de aperitivos y cosméticos, y una deliciosa tienda de bollos fritos y sopa picante al cruzar la calle. Está convenientemente ubicada cerca del mercado nocturno de Shizijie, y hay varios restaurantes de ollas calientes cerca, así como muchas tiendas de fideos alrededor de la estación de metro. Esta tienda en particular es relativamente nueva, pero el servicio y las instalaciones son bastante normales. La primera noche, después de arreglarme el pelo, volví a las 23:00 y no había agua caliente para ducharme. Estaba empapada y muerta de frío, así que llamé y me dijeron que solo había un hombre en el turno de noche. Fui a ver cómo estaba la habitación, lo cual fue muy vergonzoso, ya que dijeron que había que hervir el agua y que tendría que esperar varias decenas de minutos. Mi pelo tenía tanta laca que era insoportable, así que tuve que madrugar a la mañana siguiente para lavármelo. La segunda noche fue aún peor; La cama de la habitación no estaba hecha ni limpia, y solo habían proporcionado algunos cepillos de dientes, toallas y zapatillas.

Antes de nuestra estancia en el hotel, fue fácil comunicarse con ellos para organizar nuestra recogida en el aeropuerto. Cuando llegamos, la encantadora Wang Jie nos esperaba y nos acompañó al hotel. Al llegar, el personal de recepción fue amable y servicial, aunque no hablaba inglés. Al final, pedimos prestado un adaptador de corriente chino-australiano a otros huéspedes, ya que el hotel no tenía ninguno. Durante nuestra estancia en Luoyang, nos alojamos dos veces (viajamos a Songshan entre ambas) y vimos dos habitaciones. Ambas eran amplias, limpias y cómodas. La primera tenía una ventana grande con vistas al canal. La segunda tenía una ventana más pequeña, pero lo compensaba con una bañera. Cada noche, el conserje nos preguntaba qué queríamos del menú de desayuno y, entre las 7 y las 9 de la mañana, a qué hora queríamos que nos lo subieran a la habitación. Hay una lavadora disponible de forma gratuita, así como detergente para la ropa. No lavó muy bien la ropa, pero hizo un buen trabajo. La ropa de los huéspedes se puede colgar en el balcón del tercer piso para que se seque. La guinda de nuestra encantadora estancia en el hotel fue la conductora Shmile, quien nos llevó a Songshan (por 200 RMB, mucho más caro que un Didi allí) y por Luoyang. Lo que la hizo tan especial fue su dominio del inglés y su entusiasmo por contarnos sobre la vida en Luoyang y darnos información que no podríamos obtener de museos ni placas. En resumen, un gran hotel cerca de la ciudad antigua de Luoyi y con un trato amable con los extranjeros.

Esta es la segunda vez que me alojo en este hotel. Es una visita obligada cuando vengo a Luoyang por negocios. El aparcamiento también es muy cómodo. Me gusta la tranquilidad. La recepción me asignó una habitación y estoy muy satisfecho. El ambiente es muy limpio y el precio es muy asequible. Vale la pena recomendarlo. Hay muchos lugares para comer a 1 km. Comer barbacoa al viento de la noche es otro tipo de vida.

This was the first of three hotels I stayed at during my China and Hong Kong holiday. It was not only the best hotel of the three but also the best hotel I've ever stayed at during all my travels. It comes top in terms of comfort, looks, service, facilities and extreme value for money. I especially liked the two different types of pillows - one of which was the contoured type that i normally use. Its hard to believe you could get such a modern, clean, beautiful room with Xiadu virtual assistant, heated automatic toilet and large screen TV for such a cheap price. The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station and main road where you can call a taxi. It's also very close to Luoyang's famous Street food. The lady and gentlemen on reception when we checked in was so helpful, kind and tentative to our needs. A very warm thank you to them both and for the welcome pack.

I went for the cheapest and most basic room, and it was very cheap! So whilst this review might seem negative here and there, it's merely a description of what I expected. Firstly, it was January and was unusually cold for Zhengzhou, having recently snowed and with sub-zero temperatures. So I expected the room to be cold, as heating isn't the norm in this part of China (as it is in the North). But the air con which one normally relies on, only blew cold air and for some reason wouldn't go above 17°C, so I turned it off. (pic) The room had windows, but was behind a facade and allowed in very little daylight. (pic is the daytime pic of the window without the room lights on). Instead of the Queen bed I expected, I had two very large singles, so I doubled up on the duvets and I was very warm whilst in bed. I found the small things annoying, like plastic slippers that hurt your feet (pic) that other people have worn; coat hangers in the bathroom but not even a nail in the door to hang your coat. I used a broken edge of the door to hang my coat(pic) . And two paper cups (no bottled water but the kettle worked well). And only one towel, albeit a large one. And the big gap all around door (pic) which let in smoking smells from other rooms, as well as the light from the hall. The pillows, and bedding were comfortable and clean. The hot water was hot (I didn't dare to shower because of the cold). The w/c functioned well, and although the beds were characteristically hard, I slept very well. There were better rooms free which they could have given me, but they chose to give me an inferior room, which I am reviewing. The TV worked but I couldn't get any channels on it. I've successfully used that type of TV before so I don't know what I was doing wrong. WiFi was good. The decor appeared 'grubby' but this is normal in China. Check-in was quick and OK. I booked a (free) lift to airport for the next morning, but when I turned up at the time agreed, there was nobody at reception, so I took the subway, which was adequate. I recommend it if you are on a budget. It was cheap. I'll try somewhere else next time. The location is great and there's an abundance of hotels in the area.

La sala es bastante grande, perfecta para dos personas. Tiene un proyector grande y puedes ver lo que quieras si te haces socio. El aire acondicionado también es muy fresco, a diferencia de otros lugares que he reservado, donde el aire acondicionado estaba encendido todo el día y el otorrinolaringólogo no estaba muy fresco. Además, está muy cerca de la sede de Snow King, así que puedes registrarte allí.

I enjoyed my stay and absolutely loved how the management catered to me as a guest. The VIP suite was perfect for my trip and very affordable during my extended-stay. I would recommend them to consider adding some additional amenities for the bathtub experience such as bath salts and loofah sponges. Also, I was exceptionally pleased by a certain housekeeping staff member, unfortunately, I don’t have her name. However, I made sure to inform the management of her excellent service and help; we even took a picture together before my departure. I will definitely stay again when I visit this area.

Great value for money , the owners are very nice and friendly , rooms are very well equipped and maintained , clean and very quiet , close to the university and plenty of other shops around .

Cuando vi Sanshijiu por primera vez, sentí que estaba tranquilo y limpio. Al volver a ver a la entusiasta y capaz hermana mayor y al honesto, conocedor y gentil Xiao Zhou, sentí una sensación de solidez y sencillez. Como tía del noreste que llegó aquí sola por primera vez, Xiao Zhou la cuidó con mucho paciencia en Luoyang. Él personalmente usaba su bicicleta eléctrica para llevar a los invitados a los mejores restaurantes locales, les daba bastones cuando iban de excursión y les pedía que se pusieran más ropa. Regresé tarde por la noche y mi hermana mayor todavía estaba esperando... La limpieza de la habitación estaba más allá de mi imaginación, tan pura como sus corazones. No todos los B&B se llaman Sanshijiu.
