El hotel está nuevo, hay una fiesta de apertura el día que vine. El nuevo hotel, las instalaciones están bien. Dale un primer comentario y adjunte algunos detalles para la referencia. No hay jaula de agua caliente, recuerden llevar agua dulce 😏

No hay aparato de agua caliente en la habitación, no se le da. No es conveniente estacionar. El baño no está bien, no hay sitio para lavarse. La ducha tiene un sofá.

after baddest experience with ibis, I must admit this is a very nice hotel, just 5min walk from the train slation, just a little higher up, offering a nice view of the lake even from lateral hotel windows. modern ambiente, upgraded facilities, comfy lobby and fast WiFi, will chose this again in march.

Замечательное место - все новое и современное! Рядом с вокзалом, но поездов почти не слышно. Есть кондиционер. В номере все чистейшее, мягкие полотенца, хорошая кровать, прекрасная сантехника. Подушки тонкие, если кому критично. Можно заказать завтрак за 10 франков. Сотрудница на ресепшен была очень любезна. На все время пребывания дают карту гостя, дающую право на бесплатный проезд по всему кантону Тичино на поездах и автобусах , плюс куча скидок. Мне все понравилось, к сожалению, я была там всего одну ночь.

after being forced to leave Ibis Locarno because of partying teenagers, coming to hotel D'Angelo was such a relief, beautiful peaceful and antique ambiente, was just what I needed, the feeling of security, of staff fully in charge, being taken care of from A to Z, that's how a proper hotel will survive for 150 years, highly recommended

位置很好，出行方便。房間乾淨，設備齊全。 如果通過攜程預訂，一定要問攜程的客服人員拿到B開頭的6位預訂號碼，不然就沒法在網上自助check in，也拿不到進門的密碼。 這一家是無人服務，需要提前在網上自助辦理入住登記，進門密碼需要等到下午3點才正式生效，早1秒都不能。。

The room was very clean, but overall had the basic necessities needed to get by. There were no charging ports by the bed, which meant we had to charge our phones by the sink (an active water outlet) which was a health and safety hazard. The bed was rock solid, which made the stay quite uncomfortable. The receptionists were really polite and made sure we had everything we needed. We saw a show at the LAC Lugano that evening which was really lovely and the hotel was conveniently located for this, but was quite tricky to find when coming from Central Lugano. The bathroom was separated into a shower and a toilet, where the sink was in the bedroom which was odd. The toilet didn’t have a lock on the door which lacked privacy and was more like a wardrobe style door, where you could hear everything going on behind it. The shower was a see-through glass door which again, lacked privacy. There were 3 coathangers to hang clothes and not a lot of storage space. The room overlooked the pool which was really lovely, and had a blackout blind to block out light in the morning. We could control the lights from a button beside our bed, which was helpful when going to sleep. However, the shower light wouldn’t turn off at night which was irritating, as when we tried to take the key card that activated the lights out, it cancelled out the power and we couldn’t charge our phones. Overall, this stay was alright for one night but we couldn’t stay here for a week. The negatives outweighed the positives massively.

Nice hotel 15 min walking from train station but bus stop is in front of hotel. Overall r good and nice breakfast. With warm services.

Las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero más limpias y tranquilas. Los turboeléctricos, las nubes, el agua debajo están disponibles. La ubicación es superior y se puede llegar a la costa a unos pasos. Es precioso.
