The pink sand beach is a 5 minute walk away, and Tippy's restaurant is a 2 minute drive or 15 walk down the beach. Sea Shanty, which sits in 1/4 acre of private grounds, has a roof top deck, overlooking the trees, with a view to the ocean beyond. There is a new 15 foot, private swimming pool for your use. The cozy master bedroom, which has King size bed, is directly off the deck on the second floor of the house.
