Location & Accessibility 📍 Prime Spot: The hotel is located right on the main road, making it very easy to find. The Crowd: During my stay, most guests seemed to be locals or people attending events like weddings and parties nearby. Distance to City Center: It is about a 20-minute drive to downtown Brussels. However, be aware that there is currently a lot of road construction in the city, which can lead to heavy traffic. The Service & Check-in 🔑 Reception: There is a front desk, but it is staffed by only one person with limited hours (usually until around 20:00). Self Check-out: For check-out, it’s very convenient—you can simply drop your key card in the designated box and go. Housekeeping: Cleaning staff operate during standard office hours, so they are not available around the clock. Parking 🚗 On-site Parking: There is a large parking lot located at the back of the building. Cost: It costs €16 per day. I recommend registering your car at the counter during check-in so you can drive in and out as many times as you like. Food & Amenities 🍴 Meals: Please note that breakfast is not provided. There is a restaurant across the street, but its opening hours are inconsistent. Shopping: There is a large supermarket within walking distance (located in the nearby alley), which is very handy. In-Room Facilities: The room features a kitchenette with a microwave, perfect for preparing quick meals. Who is this hotel for? ✅ Best for: Business travelers, people looking for a ”stopover” while driving between cities, or those who need a functional place for a short-term stay. Not for: If you are looking for a luxury holiday vibe or a ”resort” experience, this might not be the right fit. It is designed for utility and convenience.

Era conveniente tener un autobús lanzadera, pero en lugar de parar en la entrada del hotel paraba en la carretera, por lo que solo bajaban personas que el conductor conocía, y el edificio visto de lado se veía diferente a la imagen del hotel que había visto en la foto, así que no me bajé, luego vi el cartel de Novatel y me di cuenta de que me había perdido mi parada. Después de eso, irán a otro hotel y luego regresarán, así que no hay problema si simplemente esperas, pero tendrás que esperar un rato en el otro hotel. En primer lugar, el hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, transporte conveniente y muchas opciones de restaurantes y tiendas cerca, lo que lo hace muy adecuado para personas de negocios y turistas. Después de entrar al lobby del hotel, me atrajo su estilo de decoración lujoso pero cálido. El personal de recepción fue amable y atento, y el proceso de check-in fue muy rápido. La habitación es espaciosa, luminosa, decorada de forma moderna y limpia. Las camas eran cómodas con ropa de cama y almohadas de buena calidad. El baño está completamente equipado con una amplia gama de artículos de aseo y toallas. En general, este hotel tiene un buen desempeño en términos de ubicación, instalaciones de las habitaciones y calidad del servicio. Para aquellos que buscan una experiencia de alojamiento de alta calidad, esta es definitivamente una opción recomendada.

The first room I entered was unclean. Even though they gave us another room post that, it wasn’t the nicest experience. But, overall the location was good! And, the staff was friendly.

Ideal para viajeros de negocios. La recepción cuenta con una pequeña tienda de autoservicio, lo que compensa la falta de restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia en las cercanías. El desayuno es sencillo, pero incluye lo habitual: pan, leche, café y huevos. Además, debido a su reciente construcción, aún se percibe el olor a muebles nuevos.

We traveled with a car and need to go to Brussel Midi on next day to pick up someone. So the location is perfect! Only 10 min drive. And they offer secured parking in front of the building for free. Check-in only open for 4 hours. But the hotel and trip.com have clear introductions in advance, so it’s not an issue. Reception are friendly. Room has no AC but it cooled down after we opened the window. The only reason for low score is the bed and the pillow. There is some protection cover underneath the bed linen, which is hard and feels like plastic or PVC. It didn’t breathe. Lying on top of such thing, our back start to sweat. Our solution for this one night is to lie on top of the duvet, so we could stop sweating. The pillows were also not standard.. when touching it, the filling are little fluffy balls… something like a normal pillow filling after hundreds years the cotton or microfibres stick to each other forming those little balls. (See picture what was under pillow case) For one night stay it was basically okay. We all had shower (water pressure was brilliant). There was strong light outside our window. So we didn’t need to turn on room light.

Excelente experiencia en el hotel cerca del aeropuerto de Bélgica. La recepción es amable y el precio del hotel es asequible. Cerca de Carey Express se pueden comprar chocolates como recuerdo.

I enjoyed my stay at the Pentahotel, Leuven. The ambience is retro chic on entry. The checking in & out processes were easy. I requested for a quiet room and it was honoured so I had a good rest on days I stayed in. The location is great, close to most of the sights and a good walking distance from others. I walked to and fro the tours but I could see the buses and lots of cyclists moving around. Customer service was great. Liza was really helpful and friendly. She was mostly at the reception and always had a smiling face when responding to questions/enquiries. My room was clean and since they have gone eco green, you only request for cleaning services when needed, which I think is a great way to reduce waste. The basics were available in my room but I would suggest adding a tiny vanity kit for emergency situations. Also, the discounted coins they give upon checking in for drinks at the bar or in the lounge was a nice touch. In summary, Pentahotel is a nice place to stay and enjoy the beautiful city of Leuven. I did.

El hotel está situado en el aeropuerto, y el restaurante es delicioso y nos gusta la vibración. En el lobby, nos gustaba la máquina de café y la máquina de agua saborizada, y en cada piso también hay un distribuidor de agua que era muy conveniente para nosotros. Sería muy recomendable si necesitas ir al aeropuerto de la mañana.
