Had lovely time! Although not like 3 or 4 stars hotel, the place give very local homey vibe. the owner was super friendly we felt like home. Near the mountain where you can play snow activities like skiing and more. Oh how i miss harbin! Love

El dueño de la casa de huéspedes fue increíblemente amable, cálido y honesto, lo que facilitó la comunicación. No solo ayudó a organizar el traslado de ida y vuelta al aeropuerto y a la estación de tren, sino que también ayudó a reservar actividades como senderismo en el valle nevado, pesca en hielo, Bear Ridge y Wusong Ridge, para que no tuvieras que preocuparte por nada. La cocina del noreste de China también era deliciosa: cerdo agridulce, costillas de cerdo estofadas con judías verdes y rábano rallado agridulce. Cada plato era un deleite para los sentidos, y las porciones eran generosas.

Reservar en línea es muy cómodo. El servicio es amable y atento. El ambiente es típico del noreste. Es una estancia agradable con niños. Se lo recomiendo a mis amigos que también viajen aquí.

The best guesthouse I have ever stayed in. The best host, the best service, the best hospitality! This place is highly recommended, you won’t regret booking here. The price is incomparable with the service you received. The room says it comes with breakfast but we ate their food all the time😅(breakfast, lunch, teatime, dinner). Free flow of fruits, hot water, you can use their kitchen to cook. It made us feel home its like going back to your grandparents house. The host offered us to sleep in the other room and leave our luggage in the original room just because our window handle was broken and the room gets colder at night but we refused because we didn’t want to trouble the host for a small minor issues. Plus the blanket was so thick we slept like a baby. We were out of our budget to go for the mountain’s activities plus it was extremely cold, and the host took us out to try various outdoor games like sliding, tubing, and games that I didn’t even know what they are called and all these are for free! My friend’s boots were mistakenly worn by other guest who just left and the host drove my friend off to chase the bus and search for the boots, so responsible! We ate lots of their food and they only charged 10yuan for 2 people (so cheap!) and by the time I wanted to pay, I didn’t have small change and took out 100yuan, the host immediately refused to take the money and said “no need”. I felt like crying instantly as to how kind this host is and this really touched our hearts. We wish to comeback in the future and stay longer!

My family and I had an exceptionally satisfied stay and absolutely enjoy every minute of my time in the house. Snow Valley is quiet and laid back, a place excellent for relaxing. I am extremely fortunate to have found this place as we spent many hours in the house. It is not far from the Main Street and away from the loud music performance stage. We also had several meals at their place. The food are homely and comforting, definitely a local touch. The owners and family are super welcoming and extremely helpful. They facilitated with all bookings (activities and transport). Everything was easily communicated and arranged. The place is clean and warm, the beds and floor heats up at night. There is hot shower and all toiletries (you can request for a small towel if you’ve forgot one). They brought us on tour and even provided photos and videos using 360 camera and drone. Impressed by 姐夫 (sister-in-law) photography skills in the cold -20 degreeC! The views and service were amazing and impressive. Grateful for their warm hospitality. Highly recommend this place!

¡Lo recomiendo totalmente! El Hostal Haitao tiene una excelente ubicación, justo en la calle principal de Xuegu, lo que facilita mucho los desplazamientos. Tiene una entrada muy grande y un patio enorme donde es fácil aparcar. El servicio es excelente, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Además, el precio es muy asequible, solo unas decenas de yuanes por persona, y eso incluye el desayuno. También tienen abrigos de algodón florales gratis para las fotos. La limpieza es impecable y la comida deliciosa. Ah, y un punto importante: ¡el arroz Wuchang es realmente aromático y delicioso!

Los dueños son tan bonitos. Ayudó a navegar todo y tomar nuestras fotos y videos en la montaña. Dame buena comida y nos enseñaron a hacer los dumplings gratis. Se quedaron 7 días siempre se aseguran de que tenemos nuevas actividades cada día.. Hay montañas en la parte de atrás de nuestra habitación y el río/lago congelado cerca de la casa de huéspedes. Sólo tienes que caminar alrededor de 100m a la frente y verás el lago congelado mágico. 100% recomendado. Oh y el baño muy caliente cuando te sientas también. Un baño moderno en un clima extremo

Итак, подробно про отель. Он, видимо, достаточно новый, поэтому к чистоте и ремонту претензий нет. Местоположение тоже супер, прям возле хуафу, через дорогу. Леди на ресепшене тоже отзывчивые, молодцы. Но! Сервис хромает, заехали в номер- туалетной бумаги не было, приходилось ходить просить. При уборке в номере воду новую не ставили, полотенца на меняли, но в принципе дома мы тоже полотенца каждый день не меняем, так что пофиг. Так просто мусор выносили и всё. Что не понравилось сильно - в душе моешься, вода уходить не успевает, затапливает пол до самой двери, то есть в туалет уже сходить будет проблематично следующему человеку. Так же в душевой ни единого крючка и даже выступа, полотенца повесить некуда. Еще не понравилось, что розетки все китайские, на наши не ориентированы, пришлось покупать переходник. У них стоит там какая-то коробочка (фото прилагаю) и в ней шнуры с разными выходами, вроде как она выступает в роли переходника, но от нее ничего не заряжается, может она платная, мы так и не разобрались. Телик - ни единого русского канала, хорошо хоть он современный и можно было на него расшарить экран телефона и с него перед сном посмотреть кинчик. Еще в номере холодно, с окна дико дует, несмотря на горячую батарею. А это еще на улице не минус. От холода сразу неуютно как-то. Отель малюсенький, в холле нет туалета, но в принципе без проблем уже после выселения пускают в нумера в туалет сходить. Разрешают оставить вещи до таможни на ресепшене. И еще нам сильно понравился унитаз с подогревом) аж вставать не хотелось 🤣 Отель неплохой, но с минусами, в следующий раз поедем в другой какой-нибудь. Завтраки не брали.

The room were spacious & clean. If the services allowed to give 100stars, I would definitely go for the max! Awesome services from the owner & family. They were really friendly and welcoming. The owner extremely kind to assist us since before we start our travel..kindly answer all our inquiries..you can add the owner through wechat and communicate..arrange our transport from harbin and to snow town..give us suggestion regarding activity can be done in snow valley..and ofcoz the accomodation itself magnificent with nice view of snowfall..the owner provide us with free traditional attire for taking picture,free hit water splash and free tanghulu..the location is extremely good in the centre of snow valley just nearby the stage..for those from malaysia like me do not hesitate to boom this stay..
