No nos permitieron mejorar la habitación ni proporcionar una cama extra para nuestros hijos que duermen con nosotros. En cambio, nos obligaron a reservar otra habitación, lo cual era muy caro en ese momento. Fue un desperdicio porque nadie dormía en esa habitación. La alfombra olía mal y las toallas son demasiado finas.

Un excelente lugar, cerca de todo, cómodas habitaciones y funcionales, no confundirse con residence y hotel a pesar que es el mismo hotel tiene arras independientes, el hotel tiene el lobby principal y el restaurante

El alojamiento fue fantástico y los desayunos pantagruélicos. La terraza de noche una maravilla. Echamos de menos que, a pesar de haber varios huéspedes hispanohablantes, solo hubiera una persona en recepción que hablara español. Para ser uno de los idiomas más hablados del mundo parece que lo olvidan con facilidad a la hora de contratar personal.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. After reading other reviews, we decided to book this place. We loved everything about it and would definitely stay here again.

We were staying in a room accessed directly from the main lobby on the first floor (room 41).
The room itself was spacious and well furnished. However, noise well and truly travels. I have a hunch this is due to the fan systems, which allowed us to hear our neighbours TV into the early hours as well as some other less family friendly noise… Noise was also heard from the lobby rather easily. To be fair to the staff, when we highlighted our neighbours TV and music into the early hours the staff addressed this well.
Otherwise, the rooms seem a little tired and could do with some rejuvenating. Notably the shower did not drain well, the toilet roll holders are wonky and other first class touches just were not there.
All told, I would suggest the price point here is too high (we paid over £200 a night on average over a three night stay) given many things were far from perfect.

Stayed in Residence hotel. Rooms were very nice, quiet and clean. All hotel amenities were available to us. Location was great. Would definitely stay here again.

A well located hotel next to its sister hotel, the Dukes Palace, where we had breakfast each day from a wide array of dishes and where we were able to use the bar and restaurant. Not cheap, but nothing is in Bruges and I think it represented value for money.
