bathroom floor not clean this hotel is a pretty old hotel but it can but it can it can be cleaner outside, can smell smoking on the non-smoking floor

We were put onto 8th floor, and the room was big, comfortable and clean. Breakfasts were very basic, but the key point was free breakfast. Hotel front desk staff were friendly, and even helped out on my mobile APPs.

40-50 m2; only 40 m2 was arranged. No gift was mentioned. Disappointed. There should be a gift offered by this purchase.

The switches for the lightings in the room are not user friendly.

The hotel is Morden, spacious room and conveniently located. Value for money.

Good check in/out service. Restaurant waitress is extremely friendly! What a pleasant stay experience. Highly recommended.

I arrived hotel at around 10:00, and provided them my name at check in counter as usual, the front desk staffs told me they cannot find my booking number, I showed them my trip com booking screen which has all my booking info, payment record etc, and still hold me there for half an hour, finally they said they can "arrange" me a new room and need another deposit, no next time to this hotel

All good. Exceeding my expectations with such pricing.
