No frills stay, located beside a park. Rooms are big and the hotel even help set up decorations for our honeymoon celebration (a pleasant surprise)

Location was quite central, clean room and good service. Breakfast spread was good, international style.

Staffs are friendly and helpful, foods are good and very convenient location, walking distance to Yunnan Art Theater

The room is comfortable, but lighting in the room can be further improved. Overall, it is a good place to stay when in Kunming.

We booked this place for its proximity to Cuihu Park. It's a very convenient option close to lots of eateries and hip coffee shops. We appreciated the large room and the friendly, attentive staff. The fitness room is on the top floor and provides 360 degree view of the city, which I thought was a cool idea. We didn't eat any meals there so cannot comment on the guys.

I am very happy to have chosen to stay at this hotel as it is centrally located and near the beautiful lake close to many good food and beverages outlets.

Walking distance to green lake. Hotel reception provides baguette for free so that you can use it to feed the seagulls at green lake. Staff is very accommodating and friendly as well. They helped me to receive my taobao parcels and recommended places that I can visit, not just in kunming but for my next leg in dali as well. Super clean and spacious room. Love it.

A very old hotel, very small TV (guess is a 21') given the room size ration. Light switches are not centralised, need to walk around the whole room to off all lights. Requested for high floor in reservation but was assigned lower. Was woken up by car horns around 7+am, requested for higher floor room the next day but given a 'roll eye' attitude. Disappoitment for a Grand Park group.
