Una amiga que había estado hace poco me recomendó el hotel y fue muy buena decisión quedarnos aquí para nuestra estancia en Zhangjiajie. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, limpias y muy cómodas y estuvimos muy a gusto, sobre todo también por el trato tan cercano y personalizado. La hostelera es encantadora y nos ayudaron a planificar nuestra visita al parque y a reservar las entradas. En un principio íbamos a estar dos noches pero como llovió el primer día nos quedamos una más para disfrutar mejor la zona y nos sugirieron alternativas para aprovechar también el día de lluvia yendo a visitar el pueblo de Furong. Si volviera repetiría sin dudar, ha sido una de nuestras mejores experiencias de hotel tras dos semanas viajando por China.

Nuestra estancia en el hotel Ruke de Zhangjiajie ha sido estupenda. Exquisita. No sólo porque el hotel es precioso y muy confortable, sino porque todas las personas que nos han atendido mientras estábamos alojados allí son super amables. Te hacen sentir en tu propia casa. Tienen un servicio gratuito de lavandería que es estupendo y a media tarde, cuando llegábamos de las excursiones nos llevaban a la habitación unas bebidas y dulces muy ricos y sin ningún coste. También tienen un servicio para limpiar zapatos que no llegamos a utilizar, pero es muy útil cuando vuelves de las excursiones. Y sin coste! El personal es súper amable. Nos recogieron gratis en el aeropuerto en una furgoneta con asientos con masage y el dia que nos fuimos nos llevaron a la estación de tren. Estos dos trayectos son de 15 o 20 minutos a cada una de las estaciones. Y adivina... Sin coste! El desayuno es estilo chino, pero todas las tardes te dan un formulario personalizado para que elijas que quieres desayunar. Toda la comida estaba exquisita, aunque no estes muy acostumbrado a desayunar fideos o sopa. Nos ayudaron a planificar la visita al Parque Nacional de Zhangjiajie y a comprar las entradas online, y todo con una rapidez y sonrisa enormes. El trato ha sido inmejorable y tienen una gatita que pasea libremente por el hotel y es súper cariñosa. Nos recibia siempre en la puerta. No dudaría ni un segundo en volver.
