The hotel, restaurant, and staff were amazing! Perfect location right across the street from one of the gondola locations, and close to other bars and restaurants.

The staff are always there to help us.
Very friendly staff and accommodating.
The hotel is about 10-15 walk to the shop and also very close to the Zermatt - Matterhorn express going to the Matterhorn.

We did not request to make the room, but we found that some of our properties lost or overthrown/ messed. We felt very uncomfortable with the unreliability and unprofessionalism.
