Recientemente me quedé en el hotel Lella Meriam en Zarzis Túnez, que reclama una calificación de cuatro estrellas. 1- Water Leaks: Durante una lluvia, el agua se aseminó a mi habitación y a los pasillos, a pesar de que el balcón estaba cerrado. 2- Air conditioning: The room’s air conditioning was dysfunctional, resulting in insuportable warm nights as well as my son of 8 years old and I could not leave the window of the room and the door of the balcony opened due to mosquitos and road 3- Seguridad Preocupaciones: He observado los cables eléctricos y las cajas de energía expuestas en los corredores del hotel, lo que representa un peligro importante para la seguridad, especialmente para los niños. 4- Piscina: El agua de la piscina no se mantuvo, y mi hijo experimentó irritación ocular después de nadar . Me informó el personal que siguen añadiendo cloruro sin cambiar el agua . . 5- Personal: He notado un sentido general de descontento entre el personal, posiblemente debido a los salarios retrasados. 6- Entertainment: Los programas de entretenimiento carecían de variedad y eran repetitivos. 7- Puridad y mantenimiento: Los corredores no se mantuvieron limpios, y hubo una notable falta de mantenimiento en las habitaciones. Teniendo en cuenta los numerosos problemas que he encontrado, creo que el hotel debe ofrecer una compensación por no vivir hasta su nivel pretendido.

I don’t recommend the hotel. On arrival the reception staff were kept us waiting for an hour. There were three of the reception staff and four guests to check in! One of the staff didn’t want to change my money into Tunisian dinars. He said the exchange rate is bad now, but will be better in the evening. It was not true. The room is very basic. The air conditioning doesn’t work in the mornings until around 12. The bathroom is dirty, nobody cleans the mirrors or shower. Old towels that have changed colour from white to greyish. The food is ok, but nothing special. Small selection of fruit, practically only watermelons and melons. Baguettes fresh only in the morning. Plates and cutlery dirty, the same applies to tablecloths. No fresh juices, no diet versions of soft drinks. Very poor quality coffee in the main restaurant. Better coffee in bars. Bar and restaurant staff are quite nice and helpful. Reception staff slow and ignore you as long as possible. No free internet and the one you can pay for is only available in the lobby and it’s very slow. It is definitely NOT a four-star hotel. I have been in much better three-star hotels so I would give it two stars.

Hola, algunos buenos y malos comentarios para este Resort. El descenso es que las habitaciones no son 4* valor, la primera habitación que nos asignaron: el duche no funcionó, el AC cayó a piezas de la pared y, por supuesto, nos dieron la habitación cerca del sistema de sonido bastante alto (no todo el día) La televisión y el Wi-Fi no funcionan en la habitación, pero no necesitan TV&WiFi en vacaciones, estoy de acuerdo! Si llegas al aeropuerto de Djerba, tienes que saber que el viaje de entrenador no es de 30 minutos como publicidad por la agencia. La habitación era muy buena y el personal era muy agradable. Las habitaciones necesitan una buena renovación. Entiendo que la COVID tuvo un impacto muy negativo en la industria hotelera en todo el mundo, pero ¿es una razón valiosa para dejar que un hotel deteriore de esta manera?
