Clean and spacious room. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast variety a bit limited. Lunch and dinner menu are fine and affordable. For the price we paid for a family of 4, it’s worth it.

As the resort is fairly big, the walk to have our breakfast is pretty far! It will be convenient to have the buggy to transport guests from the villa to the dining area. The view of the rice terrace can be seen from the hotel.

Real gem in the outstanding rice fields scenic areaw Great view and remote location. Great restaurant and helpful staff. Highly recommend !

Really enjoyed our time at the Clouds & Terraces hotel. Beautiful scenery, very friendly service. The hotel staff and the manager went out of their way to arrange our transport for the onward journey. When we left they gave us a present. Very nice gesture!

This was my third trip to Yuanyang rice terraces to watch the harvest, that I am fascinated by, during harvest season My previous trips I stayed at OneNess Resort (1/2 mile from Cloud). Both are great. Oneness is newer but Clouds has a vintage personality that is hard to beat. When I arrived, I was disappointed that there was no regular chains or small desk or table to sit at to work on computer and organize the daily videos that I captured. I just mentioned this to the manager and I went out to explore the area. When I returned, he had brought a table and chair to my room and placed them on the rooms terrace. The people here are so friendly and I personally take service and friendliness of the staff at the top of my list, Two of the young girls (sorry for the phrasing but I man 78 and we always used to use that terms as a compliment) tracked me down to invent me to come to the reception area and they would make me coffee. I was heading out so they quickly went back to the main reception and then returned to give me several “brew in you room” coffee pods. Fabulous location, fabulous people.. I’ll be back - God willing.

EXCEPTIONAL. I’ve been solo traveling for 6 weeks now and this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in any city or town. Truly stunning location, very very well designed hotel, and lovely underfloor heating. Best breakfast I’ve had outside of luxury hotels, great hiking nearby. Really loved my stay - kind of regret I didn’t stay any longer. Very little food around Yuanyang rice paddies, but the hotel has a good restaurant on site.

This hotel is right in the terraces with lots of hiking trails nearby. The staff were very helpful with everything. Room was clean and comfortable. Food at the restaurant was excellent. A wonderful experience!

酒店是依山而建，錯落有致的一棟棟小樓，大堂挺漂亮，大堂外面就有梯田，天氣好的話景色應該不錯。房間不是很大但裝修比較有特色，有地暖和電熱毯，有可以看到風景的浴缸和露台，服務員態度很好，老闆很熱情，餐廳的菜品味道都不錯，總體滿意！

酒店在哈尼小鎮，停車方便。都是獨棟樓。一幢三套房間。頂樓的遺憾是有個斜角，略有不便，酒店有餐廳，價格感覺偏高一點點，但在景區也還是可以接受的。味道不錯。早餐也不錯，品種挺多，餐廳旁就可以看梯田和日出。工作人員還很熱情，把我們一直帶到樓棟還給提行李。
