Buena estancia. Hotel era bueno. Cerca del centro de la ciudad. Profesionalismo del personal varía. Las habitaciones estaban limpias. Estaba en una habitación única pero mis habitaciones de amigos se encargan de ellas parece ser la individualidad en cada habitación y suite. Good Points: 1. The Hotel was located in the heart of the city, particularly Republic Square. So, it was ideal for moving around and also to cater for food. 2. Being 3 Star, the room was good enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Bad Points: 1. Room: The room, toilet in particular, was not cleaned during the 3 nights of our stay. When we complained, just the dustbin was picked up. 2. Facilities: No elevators in the Hotel. Our room was in Level 4 and we had to carry our luggage by hand. However, this point was manageable to us. May be an issue if any old people travel. 3. Bedding: We had clearly mentioned that we are four of us and we need proper bedding. We had booked 1 Double bed with extra bed. Double bed was a little small, but was fine. The extra bed was like a stretcher. Even one person while sleeping will fall outside the bed, in case he/she turns . We had been to Georgia and Serbia. But the extra bed (width of bed) that was provided was good enough for two kids to comfortably sleep. 4. Additional Bed Chargeable: Then we had to ask for an additional bed and they ended up giving us again one more stretcher kind of bed and charged us AMD 9,000 for 3 nights. 5. Breakfast: For 3 days of stay we had the same menu with hardly any change.

Reservé una habitación doble, pero le di una habitación en el cuarto piso sin balcón. Veo en la introducción del hotel que la mayoría de las habitaciones tienen balcón, porque no importa si te quedas solo una noche. Las instalaciones de la habitación son similares a las instalaciones nacionales de tres estrellas. La recepción es bastante satisfactoria, solo hay un ascensor del hotel y el tiempo de espera es demasiado largo. El desayuno se sirve en el piso 12, que se adapta al estómago chino y puede estar lleno. Hay un supermercado enfrente, lo cual es muy conveniente. La ubicación geográfica está bien, de todos modos, toda la ciudad no es grande y caminar está bien. Creo que otras habitaciones deberían ser más grandes que esta habitación económica.

Landlord carried our luggage's up from back alley of a restaurant, metal door cement stairs, and showed us his unit trying to promote it. After long arguments we agreed to stay three days. This was my first visit to homeland and it took me time to recover from the shock. At noon and after we checked out, next landlord called to tell us the address is going to be other the one we had booked online too. At this point, it was clear this was organized online hack of system or bookings. I told the landlord we are heading to the booked address to meet us there. We had luggage's and it started to rain. I had to let my daughter watch the luggage's at Republic square and walk to the unit where the second booking was. Two security guards approached us took the phone and gave it back saying you have no booking here. Four hours back and forth with no place to stay and under the rain in foreign land with my husband shivering under the tree and daughter stunned at the unprofessional behavior's of the people who are supposed to be in hospitality business and me running around looking for a place to stay and at the point of giving up, our path crossed with Manager of National Hotel, Sophia. Suddenly, we were at the care of a professional in hotel management and hospitality expert. She matched the price we were going to pay and gave us a unit on the spot. National hotel staff were ready to help us with different services and we settled down at a great location with all the amenities a tourist requires resting and catching up with where we left off. Next think we know, we are on a tour bus, touring the whole city. We met all kinds of people who made a difference. Sophia was the first to remind us that she was there for us if we needed anything. Pleasant to talk to, showed empathy, was responsive to our needs in a way that we decided to stick around and go nowhere else during the term of our visit. Fortunately we were able to cancel our next booking as well which had all of a sudden dropped from the list of ***********. I will follow up and investigate this further but in the meantime I owe Sophia a big thank you. I thank God for this miracle. I recommend the National Hotel and you can depend on it's manager Sophia. You will not be disappointed. Also, don't trust online booking as pictures you see might not exist and alternative solutions might not be what you were promised in the first place. Not all hotels provide same standard of service. We were lucky to end up with one that has high standards to deliver and commi**ent to satisfy visitors. We are forever gratefull. Much appreciated Sophia.

Adoro este hotel. Es inexorable. La piscina era fantástica y el personal era muy profesional. Trate de solicitar una habitación frente a la plaza principal. Los únicos hicups fueron que el hotel quería que me cobrara el cheque temprano. ¡No me gustaba eso y me negó y algo sorprendente y pude comprobar en el inicio de un costo adicional! Usé el aseo de pelo en el spa del hotel y por $40 lave esa gris justo fuera de mi pelo!!! Este hotel es muy nuevo y está en estado de pristina!!! Me quedaría de nuevo si yo hubiera vuelto a Armenia !!!

Hotel nuevo a 10 minutos de la Plaza de La República. Habitaciones amplias ,modernas y bien equipadas. Agradecer que el segundo día nos preparasen un gran desayuno para llevar pues salíamos de excursión antes de la hora del desayuno. Recomendable
