This is everything you would expect of a modern Luxury Collection property. The rooms, the pool, the gym, breakfast... all top notch. Location is also perfect. There were, however some problems. Some serious. Some minor. Serious: - there is no way to contact the hotel electronically prior to arrival. There is no published email. I contacted them by Facebook Messenger, and they gave me an email address.... to which they did not reply. I recontacted via Messager... and they did not reply. No email address for a hotel in 2023 is not acceptable. - I was arriving ahead of the check-in time (10am vs 2pm) and checking out well before the check-out time (6am vs 12 noon). I explained the situation, said that I did not need my room early but i) if it was available great but ii) if it wasn't I would freshen up and change my travel clothes in the gym changing room. The answer - 'if you want the room before 2pm, you pay 50% of the daily rate. You may access the gym only after 2pm'. I was shocked. I understand that they are under no obligation, but refusing to allow someone to use the changing room?? I insisted. Eventually they relented. The changing room was perfect (and empty). But not good first impressions. - Returning from dinner, I was surprised that there is no evening turn-down service. I went to bed just before 10pm (I had been travelling) and did not think to put up DND sign because I was getting up at 6am and receiving room service breakfast. The turn down service came into my room just after 10pm when I was in bed. That is bizarrely late IMO (note that Yerevan is a late city with limited morning activity). - Room service breakfast was delicious except that orange juice was in a bottle. In Armenia, fresh OJ is available from any roadside stall. Surely the kitchens of the Alexander can produce it for breakfast? The hotel is expensive. It seems to be priced with the diaspora in mind who will not be surprised by NYC or Paris prices. For example, the $200 per hour for a massage is really extreme in this part of the world. I have no doubt about their claim to be the best hotel in Armenia, and I appreciated the luxury and service after some challenging travels through the Caucuses. However, I do think the management should get a grip on the service/value balance.

Nos quedamos 4 noches en el hotel habitaciones muy buenas y limpias El personal del hotel estaba muy bien especialmente equipo de recepción que fueron grandes , todo lo que pedimos por que se hicieran en 5 minutos El Hotel tiene la mejor ubicación posible , en el centro de la ciudad y cerca lo suficiente Tot we did not have any lunch or dinner at the hotel , breakfast was fine but more diversity needs to be seriously considered Main issue : Pillows were terrible

En Ereván este lugar no está mal. La habitación es muy amplia y el baño es bastante grande, pero el agua no fluye con fluidez. Reservé una habitación doble, pero le di una habitación en el cuarto piso sin balcón. Veo en la introducción del hotel que la mayoría de las habitaciones tienen balcón, porque no importa si te quedas solo una noche. Las instalaciones de la habitación son similares a las instalaciones nacionales de tres estrellas. La recepción es bastante satisfactoria, solo hay un ascensor del hotel y el tiempo de espera es demasiado largo. El desayuno se sirve en el piso 12, que se adapta al estómago chino y puede estar lleno. Hay un supermercado enfrente, lo cual es muy conveniente. La ubicación geográfica está bien, de todos modos, toda la ciudad no es grande y caminar está bien. Creo que otras habitaciones deberían ser más grandes que esta habitación económica.

Thank you Cascade for everything I stayed 5 night in Cascade Hotel and every thing was so good that I decided extend my check out for 3 nights more… Despite the hotel is located in the one of the best location of city but the location is very serene and full of peace… My room window open onto the Cascade (one of the attentions on the Yervan)… I was one person (one girl) but the hotel feels like my home… You can approach to the best place of the city just by foot.. The staff are very friendly and helpful.. Air conditioning was very good… Their is no electric hot water but you can call with the room service and they provide it for you in the seconds… Hair dryer was strong… I must check out tomorrow and i will miss my room in Cascade Hotel... Thank you so much Cascade⭐️

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The hotel has a great location in the heart of Yerevan city, very good service, welcoming and very helpful staff, clean, spacious and modern rooms. Beautiful restaurant with amazing panoramic view, live piano music and delicious Armenian food. It has a nice open common area balcony with a view on Cascade Complex and full of live Yerevan city streets, spectacular in the night. There was a good choice of food and fresh fruits on breakfast.

Algunos días no tuvimos recepción. La recepción fue la mejor en la recepción del hotel y incluso después la calidad era baja - El personal tenía argumentos altos en la recepción frontal - Otro invitado que se inspeccionó por primera vez una mañana volvió a decirle al personal que su habitación no había sido Llegado. we booked this hotel for 5 nights. the location was perfect. just close to all tourist walking destination. staff very nice and friendly. we got big room and room service cleaning also perfect. breakfast lounge always busy and hard to find a table and tables mostly left un clean . the pool request us a hair cap in order to use and we did not know this in advance, so people must pay for this also.

The Hotel was in a very good location. It is just few meters from North Avenue, under it was a grocery shop, restaurants, supermarket and top brand shops are nearby. It is nearby UCom too which is handy if you still have no sim card yet or an internet connection. It is a walk away from republic Square too. The staffs are accommodating and helpful. Breakfast are awesome and delicious and they clean the rooms everyday. At the end of our 4 nights stay.... they gave as a send away gift and that was so thoughtful of them 😊

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The hotel has a great location in the heart of Yerevan city, very good service, welcoming and very helpful staff, clean, spacious and modern rooms. Beautiful restaurant with amazing panoramic view, live piano music and delicious Armenian food.
