是我在埃裏温住的最舒服的酒店 1-乾淨，衞生，尤其是床 2-前台女士超漂亮，服務很細緻 夜裡值班的男生也很好，幫忙叫車去機場，因為我怕深夜出門不安全，還給我送出門，送上車 3-房間裏可以點餐，送餐速度也很快，而且價格比外面的還便宜一點 4-地理位置很好，在小區裏，安靜，出門200米過地下通道就是中型超市——便利 5-交通便利，可以步行到市區的各個主要景點 6-沒有到入住時間，提供行李寄存，時間到了行李會幫忙送去房間 7-早餐時間比較久，8:00到中午，比較人性化

위치가 대로변 안쪽으로 좀 애매하지만 위험하거나 그렇진 않고요. 조명이 어둡고 시설은 그냥 쏘쏘합니다. 지역 내 다른 숙소 비교해서 큰 메리트는 모르겠네요.

조지아에서 미니버스 타고 아르메니아로 넘어왔어요..예레반 시내는 와이파이 없이 구글지도 만으로도 다닐만 해요. 저는 영어를 잘 하는 편이 아닌데도 호텔 직원이 매우 친절해서 부담없이 하루 지냈어요. 감사합니다.

Останавливались всего на 1 ночь, но, думаю, в следующий раз остановимся надольше. Понравилось, что всё есть: спальня на верхнем этаже и гостиная с раскладывающимся диваном на 1м, санузел один, есть небольшая кухня со всем необходимым. Есть шампунь, гель для душа, тапочки, чай, бутилированная вода.

Excellent staff and the Breakfast was awesome. Best for traveller's especially for walkers, because the hotel is located in the middle of the city everything are accessible. More travel to come to us and wishing all the best, Goodluck, Enjoy!

My schedule in Yerevan was very unpredictable. I seldom knew day to day when I was leaving or staying. However the staff here was very flexible and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the property was quiet yet easily accessible to downtown shopping, dining, and events.

I enjoyed my stay at My Hotel very much. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is excellent near the city center and yet calme because situated in a courtyard. Very clean and excellent breakfast one can even enjoy outside.

"I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay at My Hotel Yerevan. Despite pre-paying for a deluxe room, my guest was given a much smaller, standard room upon check-in. The staff seemed indifferent to the error, and it took a day of persistent complaints for them to acknowledge the issue. The housekeeping service was consistently poor, with rooms requiring multiple requests for basic cleaning. Moreover, the hotel's location is less than desirable, and the surrounding views are quite bleak. I had selected this hotel based on the positive feedback from other guests. However, my experience was a stark contrast to these reviews, leading me to question the authenticity of previous ratings. It seems that some reviews may have been influenced by external factors. I would strongly advise potential guests to carefully consider other options before booking at My Hotel Yerevan."

Rating... Thank you very much. The meeting will be renewed after three months. The hotel is good and clean, but the location is not known. A billboard should be placed on the main street. The hotel is expected to be very popular with Iraqi tourists because the toilet includes a shower

This is my last time staying in this hotel, i thought i forgot my passport and called them but literally less than 10 seconds i called back and said I found it, the guy hung up rudley. I stayed with them in November 2023 as well, they gave me the worst room possible with COLD WATER, i thought maybe its normal or it will get fixed, i ignored that and decided to move on, they didnt even apologize lol. Yesterday I coudnt sleep because of the noise from the other guests, imagine at 1:00 and 2:00 in the morning, you hear people in the hallway talking and walking, so much for a comfy hotel. They also never give good offers, they charge you for breakfast even though you dont want it, they barley give any discount in your a regular,( ive stayed here 4 or 5 times). The location is also a pain, if you want a delivery it will take a long time for the driver to find you. Better go to another place.
