Room had an air conditioner, but they didn't provide a remote... so i couldn't use it in the middle of the Armenian summer. Rip.

Если вы хотите, чтобы вaс выгнали из отеля в незнакомом городе в 12 часов ночи только за то,что вы миролюбиво заметили, что комната не соответствует описанию на сайте - тогда вам в отель Red. Если вы хотите остановиться в малюсенькой душной комнате с крохотным оконцем под потолком, без телевизора, без шкафа и полок, без какого либо магазинчика или кафе, где можно купить воды или бутерброд в радиусе 3 км, тогда вам в отель Red. Если хотите приехать в отель в полночь и найти на ресепшен записку "Ищите меня во дворе" и потом 15 минут в кромешной темноте искать владельца-ресепшиониста на задворках и обнаружить его в компании пьяных мужчин, которые при вашем появлении начнут громко хохотать, указывая на вас пальцами - тогда вам в отель Red. Мы много путешествуем, были более чем в 40- a странах, но такого хамского отношения, как в отеле Red Yerevan, мы не видели нигде. Когда хозяин отеля начал нас оскорблять мы, как и многие в подобной ситуации, включили видеозапись. Так что видеоподтверждение имеется. Хозяин имел наглость сообщить на ***********, что мы не приехали. Мы отправили видео в головной офис Booking и спрaведливость была восстановлена

Остановились с друзьями, у нас было 3 номера. Спасибо хозяевам за гостеприимство. Были два раза в начале поездки и вернулись в конце поездки. Все чисто и аккуратно, очень вкусные завтраки. Удобное расположение, парковка. Обязательно вернёмся сюда!
