Professionalism, friendliness, helpfulness of the staff. Elegant and modern environment. Very clean and well cared for. Very large structure with many activities. Beach a few meters. Lots of entertainment, clubs and shops for shopping in the area. Generous breakfast and with a very wide choice of food. Perfect hotel!

Ahí pongo mi punto de vista sobre este formidable hotel . De primero la recepción es muy muy buena de segundo las habitaciónes son limpias mucho . De tercero la comidas son buenísimas deliciosas y por fin las animaciónes lo que hacen todos días son divertidas hemos pasado agradable tiempo paso mis saludos majdi mikey selma decaprio muchísimas gracias a este equipo os quiero mucho mucho beso

Hotel is beautiful. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Rooms are lovely. Animation team are brilliant, everything well organised and so much going on. Came just me and my son who’s 4 and also has adhd and autism and I really can’t fault the staff for their friendliness and help. Recommend this hotel to friends and family back home. Will 100% be returning 😊

Hotel was lovely & clean, pool area fun & energetic. Animation team, happy, friendly, good at getting people involved. Only downfall is the food. They do no cater for allergies. However after speaking with the manager they did then cater for my child.

Malek is a great host number one entertainer the hotel is lovely and has plenty to offer for entertainment throughout the day Shops are cheap but owners are pushy and you need to be firm Theme park nearby but be aware of height restrictions must be at least 1 meter

Perfect family hotel. Staff are so friendly. Rooms are enormous and kept so clean. Food is plentiful, however if you have fussy children there's not much choice. Pasta and pizza are the staples. Entertainment is fun, the animation team are fabulous, always smiling. Malek and Dino are the stars of the show.
