Highly recommended place to stay

My whole stay at this one of the best ones i’ve ever stayed. Staff are all very friendly and approachable. And almost all of them are courteous towards me and my family. One of the Staffer, Wan Bin, was meticulous in handling my case and handled it professionally. Overall, the stay, food and and hotel staff is very helpful. This stay is highly recommended.

Good experience overall. Location is just besides the main attraction, 3 min walk to the entrance. The service staff is friendly and helpful, especially the front desk 小郭 and team provided us good suggestions for nearby sight seeing and hotel activities.

Only good thing is the onsen goes into your room, but the design has a fault, tried to open the window for ventilation but ppl from the other room can see u

This hotel was the best in every aspect I've ever visited. Especially the service provided by Li Yue was incomparable to any other hotel. I will definitely visit again. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location is super nice , close to a lake. If you are a lover of lakes and ancient China vibes , this hotel is right for you. The hot spring in the room is extremely enjoyable, and the staff was extremely attentive to our every need. They even upgraded our room on arrival. Two big minuses: 1) the breakfast is really substandard. For the price you pay , I would not expect orange juice from the supermarket , and all the western items were somewhat dissapointing so I sticked to fruits and Chinese items. 2) the vending machines don't sell any water , and I had to walk out of the the room to the lobby in the cold to get water at night.

多年未到揚州遊玩，近期隱居有客房套餐蠻實惠的，酒店活動也挺豐都的，我和老爸都玩的盡興，休息的很好，酒店的早餐品種挺豐富，還有可愛的貓貓陪吃喝，哈哈哈哈。酒店前天服務響應很迅速。總之不錯不錯。酒店漢服拍攝也很贊哦，真心評價不是託，小哥抓拍的表情和眼神都很到位，不是那種硬要讓我凹造型的拍攝，隨意不經意間留下le美好👌🏻

這次訂了個預售的套餐 包含一間庭院雙床➕一餐正餐，到店後給我們免費升級到了園景房，房間很大，私湯池超級大，小朋友都可以在裏面游泳。温泉水温度剛好，泡一會就發汗了。酒店像個大花園，散步一圈很舒服。包含的漢服體驗拍攝也非常贊！衣服很好看很乾凈，攝影師水平很好，出片率超高！

環境：酒店在瘦西湖景區內，後面的花園應該也挺大的，旁邊就是瘦西湖公園，可以欣賞美景，旁邊就是瘦西湖公園的東門。酒店門口就有公交車站，有遊1，不打車去各景點也都很方便。酒店的貓貓也很可愛~不怕人，努力營業。 設施：酒店開了一段時間了，設施稍微還是有點舊了，但也不影響使用。酒店電視可以投屏，很方便。 感謝酒店幫忙升級了房間，讓這次出遊更美好~

酒店內部園區環境很好，到瘦西湖周邊走路五分鐘。園區轉轉挺好的。服務勉強還可以，可能主要是服務觀念跟不上，無論是前台服務人員還是客房服務人員，效率和意識都不太能跟得上。但總體過得去吧，畢竟價格這麼便宜了，週末也就1000快的樣子。瘦西湖環境還是挺好的。

天氣涼了，想要泡泡温泉，所以選擇了這家有私湯的酒店。私湯就在房間裏面，9:00-0:00有温泉水供應，泡完很舒服。酒店位置很好，離瘦西湖景區很近。不像別的温泉度假酒店在郊區，想去市裡麪很遠。 酒店環境也很好，跟小園林一樣，可以兜兜玩玩很久。一開始安排的房型是私湯在庭院裏麪，很有氛圍，但是考慮到天氣漸涼，最後還是和工作人員溝通換到了室內。
