The location was amazing and the staff were very warm and friendly and helpful. However we noticed that one of the beds was not made up on the second day of our stay so it was a little unusual. Really enjoyed the scenery and the hanfu wearing though

My whole stay at this one of the best ones i’ve ever stayed. Staff are all very friendly and approachable. And almost all of them are courteous towards me and my family. One of the Staffer, Wan Bin, was meticulous in handling my case and handled it professionally. Overall, the stay, food and and hotel staff is very helpful. This stay is highly recommended.

Good experience overall. Location is just besides the main attraction, 3 min walk to the entrance. The service staff is friendly and helpful, especially the front desk 小郭 and team provided us good suggestions for nearby sight seeing and hotel activities.

This hotel was the best in every aspect I've ever visited. Especially the service provided by Li Yue was incomparable to any other hotel. I will definitely visit again. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

多年未到揚州遊玩，近期隱居有客房套餐蠻實惠的，酒店活動也挺豐都的，我和老爸都玩的盡興，休息的很好，酒店的早餐品種挺豐富，還有可愛的貓貓陪吃喝，哈哈哈哈。酒店前天服務響應很迅速。總之不錯不錯。酒店漢服拍攝也很贊哦，真心評價不是託，小哥抓拍的表情和眼神都很到位，不是那種硬要讓我凹造型的拍攝，隨意不經意間留下le美好👌🏻

一直想來揚州，以往總被人潮勸退。這次選了冬天的一個週末，説來就來了。訂的酒店出乎意料的好，前台小姐姐服務態度超棒，看我們帶孩子，給我們升級了主樓的房間，這樣一來吃飯就很方便了。酒店附近風景也很美，可以眺望到大明寺。白天在外面逛，累了晚上回到酒店，配上我買的酸奶美美的泡個澡，好不愜意。非常愉快的一次旅行 下次有機會再來。

對這家酒店服務非常滿意，帶娃出行，本來覺得那個温泉池有點舊了，但真泡起來，温泉水滑溜溜的，很舒服。地段也無敵，走幾步就到了瘦西湖公園～24橋名不虛傳，對面那個夾城公園早鍛鍊也不錯。還去品嚐了一下酒店的下午茶，雖然不算便宜，但景色OK，揚州慢也好喝。

假期帶孩子來揚州，選擇入住隱居，温泉入户是首選的原因！攜程的價格也很給力！酒店的環境真的是太棒啦！幽靜，古色古香，充滿江南水鄉的氣質！酒店的服務熱情周到，房間乾淨，設施很好！贈送的旅拍也是真能拍出大片的效果！也感謝酒店幫忙升級的房間！一次美妙的親子之旅！提個小小的建議，建議給早餐廳，配備收拾餐具的小推車！工作人員收拾餐具真的很辛苦，也很費力！

卧室一般洗手間很大，互補吧。冬天還是負一的温泉池舒服風小。地下停車場小鵬充電功率跟對面一樣但是價格高出太多，對面國網免費兩小時充電。出門右轉300米就是瘦西湖西門，中餐廳價格是外面三倍不推薦。總體入住感受很好。
