Great location, but the room and hotel were in decline. The room’s carpet had more hair than I thought possible, clearly hadn’t been vacuumed - possibly ever. Every part of the room had stains and cigarette burn marks, the bathroom was also not clean. For one night, perfectly fine as location is excellent for sights and train station. For more than that, I would choose a better place.

Very nice staff and a clean and nice room. The shower wasn’t super hot, but it was okay.

Very close to the railway station, just 7 min taxi ride. I checked in very late, around midnight and still very accommodating. The room was average, has all the amenities you need but the carpet was soaking wet which I didn’t realise until I took my shoes off. They said it was from the person that checked out before me, that the shower flooded. Their resolution was to put down a towel on the carpet and use the other side of the room that wasn’t wet. I was too tired to ask for anything more as had an early train the next morning.

Bad smells, bed bugs and dirty sheets. The service is terrible also: I tried to communicate with the receptionist about a plug that I may have left in the room, yet it seemed that she was making an effort to be as unhelpful as possible. A very unpleasant place!

This hotel is located near the railway station.But our room was very smelly.Something like wet rug or anything.I can’t spend more nights there.There is no air conditioning and window is located for road.Very noisy, hot .We leave door open.Hotel’s lobby is pretty clean.But inside not like lobby.

I stayed 3 nights here and was quite satisfied with the its quality considering its price. I do hope the hot water comes out right away when I need it.

Cheap, pretty central. Because of all the Covid restrictions at the train station it's a much longer walk there. Night staff were very nice. Old room but clean enough.

酒店的衞生還不錯，前台的服務特別好。酒店的位置離火車站不遠，走路的話需要不到10分鐘，城市的中心也特別近。唯一可以批評的方面是熱水：雖然洗澡的水不冷，但是有時候它不完全熱。

設施：比較老舊 衞生：乾淨，但是洗手間反味兒比較嚴重 環境：老舊 服務：非常好，前台小姐姐很熱心，老闆也很友善周到 對的起這個價位，交通方便近西寧高鐵站，近省人民醫院，住這裏主要為了照顧住院的病人。

總體一般般吧，但是考慮到我入住是145一晚的價格，我覺得還可以 設施：我覺得這是我最不滿意的，不知道為什麼房間內的燈很少而且很暗。隔音太差了，走廊和隔壁房間幾乎沒有隔閡🙃

房間挺好的，夠大，前台態度好，生意也興隆，就是床鋪被套不是很新，該換新的了，都是洞！續住一晚被子好像沒換，因為上一晚睡覺太熱了，就把被子放地上了，保潔把被子直接再拿床上，明顯都是灰啊，不知道咋想的！其他都挺好的

老幫老闆娘人情周到，關心住客。
